Just as I suspected these are over priced over hyped headphones with a great marketing campaign. Don’t waste your money. I’ve had these about 3-4 months now and will randomly die mid workout even though they are charged. Ave your money and buy PLANTRONICS headphones.

    No bass and flat sound

    • Written by Cheap S

Very disappointing sound. Bass is non existent. I figured with “beats” headphones I would be able to hear some “beats”. I wish I had saved my money and bought headphones from another company...

I originally bought these headphones because wires do not work well for me at the gym. I have had these headphones for over a year and I still love them. They are perfect for running and lifting at the gym or even just walking around. I have had no problems with the quality, no wear and tear. The one downside I would say is the rubber pieces of the earphones do fall off sometimes. Either way I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for something wireless

    Great headphones

    • Written by Eugene K

Been using them for a year both in the gym and on morning runs. The battery is great. Easily connects to iphone. Only issue i have is rubber tips a bit loose. They come off sometimes when taking from pocket and can be lost.

They are advertised as "sweat resistant' but however when coming into contact with sweat, they turn off automatically for about 8 hours. They also turn off for 12 hours if they come into contact with cold weather <38 degrees even though in the gallery, it shows someone who snowboards wearing powerbeats. They connect great because of the apple ecosystem but overall they suck. Also they can be "bricked" if they come into contact with a liquid for a prolonged amount of time. If I could trade these for airpods I would in a heartbeat. I have powerbeats 3 in a gold color btw if you're wondering

    Horrible Product

    • Written by Dave L

Horrible product. Does not work in the cold (all my other headphones work). Lacks durability, the ear ring broke off and now is super glued back together. Mediocre sound quality. Do yourself a favor and buy Bose. Also notice how these headphones have a 1.5 star avg review and all the 5 star review are pushed to the top.

I got these headphones expecting them to have a great sound quailty for the price plus they are beats by Dr.Dre let me just say they are the worst headphones I bought the beats wireless 3 headphones and they suck so bad in fact I listen to them for one hour and gabe them away to a co worker after I just paid 134 the day before I bought another set of wireless headphones from Verison and no comparison killing the beats for a 3rd of the price I wouldnt waste that much money on these your only paying for the name not the quailty of the sound people

Powerbeats3 wireless major flaw on hook that goes over ear.

    • Written by Rafael C

These things are a fragile piece of garbage. The hook that goes over the ear suddenly snapped off. I just got these things. And the same thing happened to my daughter so clearly this is a flaw in the product. This problem is not covered by warranty. It think is ridiculous that $200 pair of equipment that is meant to use while at the gym could be so fragile. I barely used them. Don't give them your money. I'll never buy a Beats product again.

    Don’t buy this product

    • Written by Anthony I

The quality of the beats is phenomenal of course. But within the first week of me buying them they’re already shot. I cant pause or change songs on the mic anymore. So for 200 dollars this should not happen during the 1st week. All around of course the quality is good but for 200 dollars they shouldn’t already break. I advice searching the market for a better product possibly Bose.

    Cheap build quality

I had these for a little under a year, and the right ear hook fell off. These are seriously very low quality headphones for the price. Service quoted me $100 for repair even though they are still under warranty. Take my advice and buy any other pair of wireless headphones

I had this item less than a year and the piece that wraps around your ear broke off while I was trying to put them on. And then I was told that it is not covered. Over $200 for these headphones and they don't last a year.

Owned a pair of beats several years ago and they stopped working after 3 months. My wife bought be a pair of beats 3 for my birthday I told her it was a mistake and it will stop working in couple months. Guess what stopped completely working after 2 months. The company never learned after all the bad reviews of the Beats 1. Waste of money

    Not up to Apple Quality

    • Written by Tim S

The fact is that these earphones are not up to the expected standard for $200. Also not what you expect from a Brand owned by Apple. Worked fine for 12 months then started to fall apart as well as charging and connection problems. Will look elsewhere for replacement product.

    Excellent pair of headphones

    • Written by Jason G

The powerbeats3 wireless earphones are great headphones for everyone to use, but it’s the perfect headphones that every athlete should consider getting. What makes these earphones so special for athletes is that it provides a hook that goes around the ear as this will make it so that the earphones will not fall or slip out during any kind of exercise. This feature is very important for an athlete to look for in searching for new headphones because we don’t constantly want to keep adjusting headphones to prevent them from falling. This isn’t just annoying to handle with but also very distracting while working out. I, myself, am an athlete and usually my workouts can be very intense, sweaty, and also lasts a duration. I thought that finding a headphone that can accommodate all of these will be difficult since past headphones keep breaking from water damage. Luckily, I’ve came across the powerbeats3 and I gotta say that these are the best pair of headphones that I have ever purchased. Not only the powerbeats3 are water resistant and the battery life lasts 24 hours, but also durable. I’ve had the headphones for a year now and it works the same way as when I got it. Usually other brand wireless headphones last only a couple months, which would get a lot of customers disappointed causing them to buy another pair. The Powerbeats3 wireless headphones provide the highest quality of sound that any individual can ask for. These headphones are the perfect way for someone to temporarily escape the world and complete daily tasks while listening to music. The smooth, clean, and powerful sound that the headphones produces will certainly cancel any background noise. As mentioned, these headphones are perfect for an athlete to use but it’s also perfect for someone trying to do homework or study for an exam. Typically, students want to maximize their focusing ability on the assignment and want nothing but peaceful music around them.

    Stopped Working in 2 months

    • Written by Roman P

I purchased the headphones and was initially pretty impressed. Pretty decent sound, volume output was high, a little bass heavy but overall good sound quality. I read the reviews and was surprised to see the negative feed back but even still I stuck with headphones and did not return them. Two months later... The headphones are constantly connecting and disconnecting making it impossible to listen to a single song with out interruption. Huge waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Not a Long Term Product

    • Written by Erika G

I just purchased a new set of Powerbeats Wireless 3s in December because my previous pair stopped working after a year and a half and it was going to be cheaper to buy a new set than to have it replaced. I am not having to send this product in after 2 months because they just decided to shut off. I think the sound quality is great, but I'm very disappointed that I can't rely on this product to last. I use my headphones primarily for working out and I want to have a product that I'm not worried about it breaking. I want a reliable product, especially for the money I am spending on this.

Worked great, but only for one year

    • Written by Katie W

I received the Powerbeats 3 as a gift last Christmas. I workout 5-6 times per week, and these headphones worked very well and the battery life was long. Now, after only one year of use, they shut off after thirty minutes and require a full charge for another thirty minutes of use. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I am a runner and sometimes run for 2 hours at a time. Bottom line, do not buy this product. Invest money in something else.

Great sound quality but the worst in terms of durability.

    • Written by Velly K

The ear hook came off even without any rough use. Bluetooh isn't very effective sometimes. After using for long hours, ears start to hurt. Sound quality is great but the product could be designed better. Airpods are way better.

    Charging Issues

    • Written by Parker C

I bought these Powerbeats 3 earbuds thinking they were better than AirPods(which I haven't tried yet) and boy was I wrong. I bought these as a Christmas gift to myself, they worked for a month until they stopped charging, they made white and red blinking lights and went back to red. But they never fully charged even if I left them for an hour which should charge them fully, basically if you're reading this you shouldn't buy them if you are planning on doing so.
