    4th replacement

I have had to send mine in and were replaced all for exactly the same issue. They just don't charge anymore. Each time it gets replaced with a new one and lasts about 1 or 2 months, then it happens gain. Bad quality product this is..

    Terrible quality

I'm currently waiting for my second replacement (3rd pair total). Reoccurring problem with the volume automatically turning all the way down. Except now there is a new twist...they also initiate Siri. Just what you need when you're working out and need to be focused. I'll never buy another BEATS product and you shouldn't either unless of course you're printing money and have an extra $200 to throw away.

    2 months they will break!

I workout very hard in the gym and sweat a lot. These are not sweat proof. My volume control doesn't work and the volume is permanently low now. Going to return it get a new pair. Hopefully it doesn't break from sweat

poor product would not even turn on.

I bought this product at Target, after my LG wireless headphones stopped working correctly. I charged them all night and nothing will not even turn on worst waste of 200.00 dollars returning them immediately! I read the instructions, tried to reset them when on the help page nothing worked. I think I will try a different brand, very poor product experience.

    Controller wears away

These headphones are fantastic but the rubber around the volume controller wears away leaving a headphone you can't control. 5 stars if they can fix this. Unfortunately it's a part that can't be replaced. Big money for something that has a breakable unfixable part

    Horrible product, disappointed in Apple

Same as most here. I'm on the third pair. Break once a month, no charge held, stops turning on, controls stop working.

Don't waste your time and money, because after 14 days they won't refund you.

Apple- the company that has more cash than the US- ripped me off of $200.

    Not sweat resistant

This is going to be my second pair in less than a month. They work just fine for a while, then they come in contact with sweat and they go haywire. The volume randomly goes up and down, Siri comes on without pressing anything, and the buttons stop functioning. Only good thing about it is they are still under warranty and Apple replaces them.

    Very problematic

Purchased my Powerbeats3 from Amazon in March and I am now on my 3rd set and I am currently on hold waiting for Apple Support, likely to exchange for my 4th set. They work for a while, but then they start shutting off after short periods of usage, anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Then they won't reconnect. Need to plug them in overnight to revive them.
On with support now, getting another set sent. Oh bother...

    Best Workout Headphones

I don't understand the negative approval rating of these. I love them I bought mine in June and they have been fun to use. I can't go on a run without them now! They give me extra motivation sometimes. Let me just say the bluetooth range is amazing. I went to a track and tested these out by leaving my phone on a bench while running a whole lap. The connection faded maybe five times but I was at least 100 meters away and the music and connection were still there! Moreover, they sound great and I don't see any better wireless headphones being made. I've never experienced the music going up or down on its own like in the reviews.

Powerbeats 3 died completely and not charging anymore

First set of Powerbeats3 died within a month the battery wasn't charging at all and now less than a month later my second set died too. This is the worst piece of garbage ever at $199 price tag I feel rip off. Save your money or just buy a different brand

    Great for gym!

They fit well and are perfect for use in the gym as the strap gives you the confidence that if one did come out you wouldn't lose it! Only negative its a little hard to get the right fit but once your happy there are good to go!

    What's all the fuss?

I don't know what the deal is with all the bad reviews but in my experience I've had nothing but a great time with these beats. I will be honest there have been a few hiccups, like today.

The only problem that I have experienced while using these headphones are that they shut down on their own. Today during my workout it powered down twice and I turned it back on to see it auto connect to my phone as per usual but then 5 minutes later it turned right back off. I even charged them for about 30 minutes before I left my apartment so they should have lasted throughout my workout but I digress.

I've owned mine for about 7 months now and just ordered another pair today (white pair this time). I am in fact absolutely in love with these headphones. I use them to work out, when I'm relaxing, on the road or even just hanging out in my apartment. I pretty much use them everyday. I know the day is going to come when they decide to not work anymore whether it be because of too much sweat or age or whatever but I recommend this product to any music lover out there. Yes the price tag is high but you're paying for an awesome piece of equipment!

    Awful

At the beginning of the summer I purchased a pair of the wireless 3 after owning a pair of the powerbeats 2 for about two years. The powerbeats 2 were great, durable, nice sound, and actually worked as advertised. When I went home with the 3s they had clearer sound, but were quieter. After about a week and a half of using them while I worked out they completely stopped working. Wouldn't power on. So I take them back to Best Buy where they just give me another pair, so I think cool they were probably just defective. Sure enough 2 weeks later the same thing happens, and now it is past the date to return the headphones to Best Buy, so they send the headphones into Apple for warranty and now I'm just stuck with a pair of these headphones which basically just stink. Thanks beats.

    PowerBeats 3

I'm not pleased at all. These worked fine for a while but like literally everyone else they started failing. They intermittently turn in siri, start playing music, hang up calls, etc. And the worst p`art is, they wont turn off. I had to disconnect them from the bluetooth to get them to stop doing weird commands. PowerBeats 2 were great, bring those back. In the mean time, I'll file a warranty claim like everyone else...

    Buyer Beware-Cheap Junk

Just had my 2nd pair of Powerbeats 3 in for repair. Intermittant switch failure whenever I use them to exercise. Apple has informed me that they're sending them back to me unrepaired because they can't replicate my issue... because they're not sweaty!! They are NOT sweat resistant. They are shoddy and well below the accepted standard of Apple products. All the slick packaging and hype with very little quality. Apple should be ashamed to sell this product. Cheap junk. Massive ripoff. Will never buy a Beats product again.
