    Dissatisfied

I literally purchased these tow weeks ago and use them at the gym. Today in the middle of a work out while at 80% they shut off, I thought hey maybe it must be my phone, so I restarted it & nope still would not sync. I then checked on line and reset them and still nothing I am now attempting to charge them to see if it must've been a glitch with my phone and the headphones and nope it just has the red light lit and it's been charging for over 2 hours. I can't find my receipt and I'm extremely upset right now.

    very disappointing

Not at all what I came to expect from an Apple product. Steve Jobs would never approve of this product being on the market, Tim Cook. The headphones randomly turn volume up and down at random times. The volume button on the headphones doesn't work. The headphones open iTunes on my phone when it is completely closed. The headphones aren't 4 months old and they are now worthless to me. You lost my trust because you're selling absolute junk for $200. Perhaps you'll revert back to your quality-focused culture -- perhaps you won't.

    I am very dissapointed

I have suffered this problem with PB3 like other people, i purchased this 1 month ago. After a long workout, it suddenly stopped working. I search for solutions and got nothing fixed.
When i charge my PB3, it always shows up with red light.
I am really not sure about my 200$ purchase, very unhappy about this even though this product is still on 5 warranty month ahead.

    They don't last

I am on my third pair now. These die after around 5 workouts. They claim to be workout ready. If i run more than 8 miles they will die and never turn back on. What a joke.

    Horrid

I'm on my third pair of these earphones in as many weeks. Stay far away. I wish I had never heard of this product. The fit is fantastic but the product itself is horrible. The hardware has zero staying power - tonight they died mid-workout - and I go out of my way to protect them from sweat - even though they are marketed toward the fitness market. Beyond disgusted.

    Got them today!

I first bought the urBeats and I could not stand them anymore. When I was at the gym they would keep falling out of my ears. I am extremely happy that I went out and bought the Powerbeats Wireless! Awesome sound, more comfortable, and no more worrying about Any headphones falling out of my ears!

Worst Earbuds I HAVE EVER PURCHASED

I received a pair of Powerbeats2 as a gift last year for Father's Day and since then I have returned them 3 times. The last time Apple finally gave me a new pair (Powerbeats3) rather than having me send them in for repair. I have had them since February of this year and now these are not operating properly. They don't charge all of the time, and when they do the charge only lasts about 45 minutes. I will NOT recommend this product to anyone.

    Literally Trash.

Any review on here that says these headphones are great, definitely came from Apple employees trying to boost the ratings for this product. These headphones work great for about 2 weeks. After that point, you run into so many issues like the headphones not connecting to your device, the headphones not charging or holding a charge, and last but not least shutting off in the middle of a workout. These things are not sweat proof/resistant like the description says. These are literally trash. If I didn't spend $140+ on these, I would drop kick them off a bridge. Apple offers to have you send them in and get them fixed, but that takes like 2 weeks. Save yourself the money and just buy some cheaper headphones. These are sad and pathetic headphones. I would love a refund, but sadly I bought them at Best Buy and lost my receipt.

    These are fantastic!

So glad I got these! They actually deliver on the 12-hour promise and they sound great the entire time. Getting them paired up with my iPhone 7 Plus via the W1 was such a pleasure its almost a shame I only need to do it once. They were instantly recognized by all my devices via iCloud. The only very minor issue I have is that the cord occasionally gets caught up behind my neck if I'm wearing a hoody but outside of that these things are perfection. They stay firmly in place while working out and are comfy enough to leave in for long periods of time. Of course they've got that iconic Beats sound and design going for them too.

    PATHETIC!!

The Powerbeats3 are horrific. I bought them at the end of February and they won't hold a charge for more than 1 hour. They DO NOT charge in an hour as advertised. Will NEVER buy this subpar product again. Literally a pile of garbage.

    Very disappointing

Don´t buy if you are willing to do workouts with them. Mine lasted two workouts, they stopped working when I started to sweat.
Official product information states " Sweat and water resistance provides the necessary durability for strenuous workouts and weather." which doesn't go very well with my experience and all the similar reviews on this page.

They should change the product description.

    Overprices and Underperforming

I was excited to get these in the Siren Red to match my red iphone. Configured them and really enjoyed the fit on my ears. However, the quality was horrible. I went through many of the apple settings and nothing could satisfy me. So I am back to the Bose headset which sounds soooooo much better.

    Junk

I use to have a pair of Powerbeats 2. I used them several times a week with some issues of them cutting in and out. I was in a globo gym, so I just chalked it up to all the metal that maybe was interfering. Upgraded to the 3's and it is even worse. I can't even use these in the house without them cutting in and out. I even laid my phone on the bed with a sheet covering it, and was able to induce the cutting in and out. I have done all the updates to the headphones/phone. Did a reset on the headphones and they still cut in and out. It is a shame that this has been an ongoing problem with the Powerbeats for the last couple years, which is proven with a Google search. Time to cutout my losses and shop for another brand that can read the reviews on their website and make the needed corrections.

    Regret this purchase!

The reviews are all correct, if you sweat when you train avoid the Powebeats 3! I returned 2 pairs to the store, the 3rd pair lasted about a month before the issues began; volume goes up and down, track skips or pauses, remote stops functioning. I def sweat during my runs, but that is the main reason I bought these! Apple will replace them, but I am unclear as to how many times they need to repair the same issue before they do something about it. I have to admit they sound great when they work, and they are the most comfortable bluetooth earphones I have owned, but they can't live up to their claim of "being able to handle the toughest training." First time I can honestly say I regret purchasing an Apple product. Hopefully they fix this issue!

    Wonderful - When They Work

I bought my PowerBeats 3 for the express purpose of working out. They work wonderfully, pair easily, UNTIL you start to sweat. I do a lot of HIIT, weight training and running, and once I am warmed up and sweating, the headphones power off until they dry sufficiently or I can force the power to come back on.

It is incredibly annoying. This is leading me to believe that there is a serious flaw with the design or manufacturing of this device. I am very, very disappointed that 199 dollar pair of headphones that are marketed towards active people cannot be used when someone starts to sweat.

This is not the typical quality I have come to expect from Apple.

    Worst product

I've returned 3 paired. They are worst and most expensive headphones I have ever owned. Here's what's wrong: The batteries will sometimes die after 10 minutes of use. The battery percentage is not at all accurate (going from 91%-0% in 10 minutes). I've noticed these problems seem to happen when I turn off the headphone and then later turn them on, In any case, my 3-year oly jaybird freedom headphone work so much better even on a 5 hour battery life... at least I got that

    Waste of Money!

I have had my Powerbeats 3 for three months and just starting running seriously again and these headphones are HORRIBLE! I have had numerous issues with them automatically disconnecting, none of the controls work once I start running, volume will automatically go up and down all by itself. How can Apple seriously charge this much for a earphone that has so many flaws. I have read numerous reviews with the same issues. How can Apple say that this earphone is sweatproof and for working out. I am an Apple lover, but this product should not be in the Apple family. IT IS HORRIBLE!

    -5 Stars Dislike

I bought two pairs! One for me and one for my wife. I got the red and black, the wife got the blue and black. These headphones are amazing when they work! They are comfortable, literally 12 hours of battery life with continuous use on high sound volume. The mic works wonderfully actually picks up sound better than the iPhone. Unfortunately After 4 weeks my wife's headphones would no longer charge, power on, etc. Dead in the water. Only a few flashing lights telling you the battery was dead. No amount of resetting, troubleshooting, charging, etc. would fix this issue. I actually spent about 45 minutes reading other customer reviews on apple’s website, on Amazon, etc. HUNDREDS of people are experiencing the EXACT same issue! Many of them mention they are on their 4th replacement in a 4 month period, 2 replacements in a 2 month period, etc. From what I’m seeing a large percentage of customers are only getting a 4 week life span with this product. APPLE there needs to be a recall and a design fix! If I replace it 7 times in my 12 month warranty that would cost you guys more money than just actually improving the design and fixing this issue! There is obviously something that is NOT RIGHT! I LOVE APPLE I am absolutely an APPLE FANBOY. Right now I disappointed though. This makes me sad that when the replacement comes I should only expect 4 weeks before it quits working then have to go another 10 days for replacement! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE APPLE, I LOVE YOU GUYS, COME ON NOW!!!??
