    Really not ok

I have retured 4 pair of Powerbeats. The sound control has stopped working or increased/lowered the volume on its own. They simply do not work for sport activities as they don’t stand any sweat at all. Apple, please replace with something that works!

I've had my Powerbeats3 Wireless for less than 3 days and part of the ear piece broke off. Other than that I love them.

    Not good

This is my third pair in less than 12 months. But my 8th pair since 2015. I wear these everyday to the gym and that is it. The first pair the volume button stopped working and then would turn down until I couldn't hear a thing, and that happened automatically! And the other two pairs stopped charging. They have a 12 month warranty so I get them replaced but it's not the point it's a hassle as I live a long distance from the shop. Pick your game up Beats/Apple also I won't be getting another pair but instead get a refund. Don't buy these and by these I mean the ones that hook behind the ear.

Wish i could give zero stars-Hasn't even been 30 days.

I litarally just bought these. They were okay sound wise but no where near wireless headphones ive bought and paid half for. The worst part is after about 25 days of ownership i got through a song and a half and they just stopped working. They're not dead trust me i checked. I've tried to charge them and got no response ive also tried to reset them with no luck either. Apple need to address this situation if this problem is as prevalent as these reviews suggest. I am beyond angry.

First Beats purchase and I'm sold!

I bought these to pair with my Fitbit and use at the gym and they did not disappoint. I'm not sure if they're noise cancelling or not but when I'm working out I can't hear any sounds around me which is awesome. They charge really fast and sounds is amazing, especially the base. They are great for running as they don't move around at all. I was worried the clip was going to hurt my ear after a while but you can twist it so it's not constantly in the same position if it does (it hasn't yet). Can't fault these at all!!

Honestly don’t buy these if you sweat

I am on my second pair of Powerbeats and each pair has lasted about a month before failing to work from sweat exposure. The first sign is that it will randomly turn off during a workout. Do not buy these if you sweat. They are not meant for exposure to sweat. It is such a disappointment and waste of money.

Sweat Resistent Headphones not Sweat Resistent

As much as it pains me to say this, Apple has clearly created workout headphones that you cannot work out in. I love the headphones when they work, but they are continuously powering down in the middle of runs, which is extremely inconvenient. They are sending me a new pair, but it sounds like their issues are not going to be solved by a new pair. I will delete this review if the next pair last longer than a month.

    Piece of Garbage

JUNK !!! PEICE OF A GARBAGE, bought for $199 and the ear piece broke in 3 months and now apple charging me another $100 to fix it saying it is not an accidental damage. Basically they want to rip me off from their own product defect. NEVER BUYING APPLE PRODUCTS AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!

    Everything sounds terrible

Powerbeats 2 were great. That pair broke after 1.5-2yrs. I figured Powerbeats 3 had to be better. I was wrong. Everything sounds like your listening to something out of a tin can.

    Good but....

Sound quality is very good, but After a couple month use, the sound can increase suddenly and then the volume control suddenly not working at all. This very bad

I never write reviews for anything, but thought I had to about Powerbeats. These headphones are junk. They are expensive and they fell apart. I do not want to buy any of Apple's products now and I will definitely not buy another pair of Beats! Apple should not have acquired this company and the qulity of these products is poor.

    The Best

Beats By Dre is a world-known brand for producing premium headphones, earphones, and speakers. With that being said, I decided to give them a try. Out of all of their products I decided to buy the wireless Powerbeats. After getting plenty of use out of them I became infatuated with them. I believe these earphones are one of the best, if not the best product, I have bought in a while.
The Powerbeats are a sleek, portable, and convenient pair of earphones. The main capability of these earphones possess is that it eliminates the hassle of a wire between your head and your phone. You are able to move around freely without worrying about a wire being in the way. This also gives you the option to carry your device on you or to leave it somewhere else near you while you enjoy your music. For instance, you could be charging your phone in one room and listening to music in the other.
Many complain about the audio quality these earphones have. In my opinion they sound great. This is from the average consumer, not some audio guru. They sound better than any other earphones I have bought in the past. So far I have had the Powebeats2 for six months and they are holding up pretty well. I use these earphones every day. I mainly use them to work out, watch movies, and watch YouTube videos at the house. I have personally only used this product with my iPhone and its quality is quite impressive.
Pairing devices has never been easier. The Bluetooth connection is amazing and connects to my device right away. When the two are connected, there are no problems with disconnection unless I walk pretty far away from my phone. Another great thing about these earphones is the 5 minute charge. You plug these babies in for 5 minutes, and you will get an hour of juice in return. This comes in handy for the days you forget to plug them in for a full charge. When you do have a full charge, you get 12 hours of battery life. That is more than enough to last you an entire day. What more could you ask for?
Oh Yea! The earphones are also sweat resistant. I find this very suitable for when I do physical activities such as running and lifting at the gym.
Aside from all the great capabilities these earphones have to offer, the sleek design of the earphones is quite an eye catcher. They appear to have come from the future! There are many colors to choose from but my favorite color is the red ones because they are vibrant and stand out the most. The shape of the earphone is designed for a secure fit. They hook around the back of your ear for a snug lockdown. Since they are lightweight, when hooked to the ear you barely feel like you are wearing earphones. To the touch these earphones are very smooth and do not feel cheap. This is a good sign because you usually want your stuff to last. The earphone’s control buttons feel firm, and they have a grip to them. As to the response of the buttons to the phone, it is immaculate. For example, I could pause a song from the buttons on the earphones and it will automatically pause it on the device.
In conclusion, these earphones provide you with everything you need. They are a great product that I think is essential in everyone’s life. They are dependable and easy to take anywhere you go, whether you are going to the gym or just chilling at the house. If you are on the fence of purchasing these, just do it. You will not regret it. Once you go cordless, you will never go back.

    Not made for working out

It’s funny how the pictures in advertisements show someone sweating while wearing the Beats 3. Do not purchase these for workouts. I’m on my 4th pair this year alone. Thank goodness for the warranty, but it runs out next week. Do some research and find a waterproof set. Very disappointed in this product. The time, energy and money spent going back into the shop to get another pair, because the previous ones died is horrendous.

    ear hook fell off

initially i thought this product was really good and efficient. I always take care of them and leave them in a space where they cannot be touched. Recently the left hear hook fell off out of no where when i took them off. Its really disappointing considering i paid 200$ for this through t-mobile and for this to happen, low quality plastic used and i got hustled for it.

    Worst Ear phones ever

I am a regular outdoor person and hit the gym everyday and decided to buy Power BEATS 3 but within few weeks they died on me while working out and never powered on. so as usual got the replacement those died again then again got a replacement in few weeks .Now this new replacement Power Beats keep powering off randomly, control become flaky and stop responding and after 20-30 min they shutdown abruptly and power on after few hours. I have had enough pain to buy these for $200 then keep going back and forth to get a replacement every time. i would like to return these forever and get a full refund for my money please. No Wonder LeBron is playing like this if he really uses these when he trains.

    Noticeable Decline in Quality

I first purchased the Powerbeats 2 and absolutely loved the sound cancellation and music quality, unfortunately the ear piece broke off after 2 years. I still had warranty through the retailer and received the Powerbeats3 in exchange, they are definitely cheaper in feel and a drop in quality. The materials are no longer a comfortable flexible rubber but a cheap hard plastic on the cord and ear piece. I've also experienced more connectivity issues during peak hours at the gym where several others are using Bluetooth headphones. I use them every day and enjoy the benefits the A1 chip has to offer, but the new features and extended battery life cant make up for a poor build.

Great gift that lasted a month

My wife gave me the beats 3 earphones as a Christmas present 2017. Loved the sound quality and the fact that they were wireless. I used them 5 days a week at the gym. That was until yesterday when they just stopped working during a workout. I spent over an hour trawling through the internet and watching YouTube videos. Literally tried every conceivable combination but still not working. The thing that has upset me the most is that I now have to tell my wife, the great gift you gave me is broken. Lasted longer than a New Years resolution but kind of expected a longer life out of something that is owned by apple. Very very disappointed.

    I love them but...

I've had my powerbeats3's for a little over a year now. My ear piece that goes around my ear started to rip because of the metal piece inside of the earpiece ripping through. Also, just the other day the earpiece completely broke off. The speakers to these headphones work amazing, but just be careful with the earpieces.

    Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed. My boyfriend bought the wireless beats3 to surprise me and I tried to connect them to pair with my phone and it will not pair with Samsung Phones. I honestly can't believe that product like this will only pair with iPhone. I will never again buy a product from beats since you obviously have to have an iPhone just to use it. How selfish!
