    Apple do something about these

Headphones only good for 6 months and then shut down. Apple will replace but what happens after a year? I would buy something else if I did it over. I would exchange for the Apple EarPods if they would let me.

Broke within 1st month, after warranty repair it broke again 4 days later

I use these headphones for light 30 min run every morning. 3 weeks into owning them they would not connect to any device. They were replaced under warranty by Apple, the warranty headphones then proceeded to completely not turn on or charge that same week. I wonder if they will replace it a second time, and a 3rd, and a 4th, and so on until my year warranty is over

    They're not so bad.

I once found my beats floating in water. They had been in my car when a cup broke in the adjacent cup holder overnight they were flooded. Sat there all night. I dried them with rice. They still work. ++++++ even if they didn't apple care is amazing. You guys are just snobs because it's 'not a real apple product'.

    Worst of ever

I bought Powerbeats 2, and it were great. However, the Pb3 is just trash. My first pair stoped working after two weeks. Then, they send me a replace. It only worked for one hour because the battery stoped to work. Again, I asked for a replacement. This pair that just came, I does not power on at all despiste of full charge, or I think It is charging. Also, I asked for a reimburse, but they refused. Totally a waste of money and time.

    Waste of Money

Not sweatproof, constantly either shutting off or lowering the volume even with a little bit of sweat. You’d think that they’d start with this concept at the beginning of the design considering they are workout headphones. Please, save your money.

    Don't waste your money!

I've only had this product for about two months when it stopped working. The sound quality was great and I loved these when they worked but they just didn't hold up as promised. These headphones are absolutely not for those who love to get a sweat on at the gym. The headphones are not sweat resistant and stop working as soon as you begin sweating during a workout. I am so disappointed because for the money I paid for these I expected superb quality. Instead I got the worst quality there is, I feel ripped off honestly. And it is sad because I love the sound of beats headphones. Extremely disappointing product, a waste of money.

    I can't believe I wasted my money

I purchased my beats less than a year ago. One day one of the ear pieces started to fall apart. Literally it started to open up. Not too long after as I was putting the other on my ear it fell off. I could not believe it. I obviously called Apple immediately for a service repair. They got back to me saying physical damage is not covered under warranty. While I understand that I can not stomp on my product and expect a new one, I do not expect to use the product as intended and they break. They offered to send me a new pair for $100 but I refused to spend another dime on a product I know to be deficient. Besides the terrible manufacturing, when I would speak on the phone with them, people always had problems hearing me. Overall I will never purchase another beats product again. I should have read the reviews before purchase. Please save your money.

    Volume Control Stopped Working

During one of my most recent workouts the volume control on the headphones stopped working. I imagine that this was due to perspiration but I had purchased these headphones with the belief that they would be resistant to sweat. Disappointed and will be looking for headphones that can withstand these issues.

    Garbage

These headphones are garbage. I’m on my second set. They are not sweat proof . These need to pull off the market until they can get the sweatproffing corrected. No wonder Dre sold them this product. It’s garbage I am so unhappy I paid too much money for this product to be this bad.

    Nightmare

Don't even think to buy this trash I used it for two weeks and working good after that the nightmare starting: - disconnected suddenly and simultaneously - not charging - open Siri without press button - increase and decrease volume (crazy behavior) I try to replaced it but they refused since when they test it its working good but once I use it at home it's going to crazy so I throw it :)

    Garbage product

I bought my first pair in October 2016, and was so excited. They did not last long before the volume began turning down on its own and would not turn back up. Then they just would not turn on. I thought I just got a bad pair so I ordered a second and those only lasted about two weeks, I was able to get my third pair by returning the second. Now the third pair will not turn on. That's three pairs of expensive powerbeats in one year that are unreliable. This is a garbage product and should be taken off the market.

    Don't waste your money

After using Powerbeats 2's for 2 years and being very happy, the ear piece broke. Which I am not gentle so yeah not to mad. Decided to order the Powerbeats 3's for a few bucks more. Well once I got them and tried them on I knew they sucked. You want to know the difference between the 2's and 3's Audio quality is way better on the 2's. Comfort of the 2's is far superior , even the cord to wrap around the neck on the 3's sucks its so stiff it never laid flat. Wore them once and returned them to order 2's Oh and the 3's even when powered off, if I walk near them they power on and connect to my phone...hello I don't my battery draining while sitting there. Whoever designed and quality controlled these should be fired. Remember back when Apple was all about the consumer experience....apparently neither does Apple (Beats)

Nothing good to say about these

I really dont have anything positive to say about these. Got about 4 months out of them before the battery wouldn't hold its charge. I sue these in the gym and they really didn't live up to my expectations. They are overly heavy, the band at the back is heavy and when you move your head it tugs at the earphones. The earphones often came loose, I tried all the different ear buds. Given the price point, this was a real disappointment for a brand I trusted

    Look nice but don't last

I like the design and feel but they are just not reliable. I've spent more time not being able to use them than actually using them. I've taken them to the Apple store 3 times and O still have issues with them every few weeks. One time the controllers stop working so I couldn't pause or move to the next song. Most recently they just won't charge. I really want to like them but I can't recommend them to anyone.

    Fantastic sports & activity headphones

I use these headphones daily while working out and doing chores around the house. They pair reliably with my iPhone, Apple Watch, and rMBP with easy switching between devices. They provide some noise isolation, but not so much that I feel cut off while out running. The customizable ear hooks hold them securely in place while running, flinging around kettlebells, or cranking out burpees while covered in sweat. Audio quality is fine for listening to music or podcasts while engaged in other activities, but they're no match for serious headphones like my AudioQuest Nighthawks for fully enjoying music. The microphone works great for making phone calls and seems to reject keyboard and other environmental noises well. I've had these headphones for about six months, and while the pricing is steep, they've been extremely reliable for me.

    disappointing

it's a mess when you use iphone, apple watch and PB3. It's impossible to control the volume, play, pause or forward with the earphones, instead of enjoying my excercise I'm fighting with the watch or phone to keep control of my music. Sometimes I can´t even switch off the earphones by pushing its button, so I need to switch off bluetooth on my iphone, and then try tu push off the button on the earphones. Some other times even when I stopped the music on my device, the earphones start playng randomly any playlist it finds. While you are doing some excercise, after some minutes without complaining... then volume starts lowering automatically, without pushing any button... so then starts another fight to turn it up directly on the iphone. When the PB3 works well I must admit the sound is very clear, high, and there´s no external noise. I find them comfortable, I really do not need to be adjusting all the time. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'll rate it on 2.5. I do have some other Beats products and those are great, no complain, but powerbeats 3 are really a pain.

    disappointed

Here's my 2nd review(and 2nd pair).I was way too nice last time. They just conked out on me mid run this morning.Just disconnected suddenly. I tried to reset them, didn't work. 1st pair lasted a year, 2nd pair only lasted 4 months.I'm going back to radioshack and buying a cheap pair of wired headphones for my workouts now. Sound quality wont be as good, but at least I know they won't break. Bad product, extremely unreliable.

    Very very poor quality

First one stopped working (couldn't be turned on) after 3 months with infrequent use. Called Apple Care, got a replacement. 2nd one stopped working (couldn't be charged) after another 3 months with infrequent use. I feel the Beats products do not hold the same quality as real Apple products. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUCKER!

    Breaks easily

Probably wore it 15-20 times over the course of year, earbuds just snapped and broke.... and not covered under the warranty..
