    Please read*** do not buy**

*****do not buy******I use to own the powerbeats 2 which were really good however there was two issues with these. The first issue was the connectivity and the second was the fit, they use to fall out when running fast. I had high hopes for the powerbeats 3 but i can honestly say they were awful I had to return them with in the first 10 days, four times. That's right I had four different pairs.

Issues are: Not connecting to the Apple Watch, I had to reset the watch every time to connect. One pair just died and wouldn't switch one and the final issue was the connectivity after 30 minutes they use to unpair. Do not buy *** instead I bought the Bose sport wireless which are just perfect, no problems connects perfect, fit - perfect, better sound

Same problem, Wont Turn on, Very disappointed

I use my powerbeats3 like 7 times, every time I workout, Suddenly down volume, change tracks, at the last I can't power on, It's a shame Apple made this type of products, This are expense products, I assume quality was good, but really disappointed.

    Bluetooth Connecting Problems

PB3 worked great for 2 weeks, right out the box they connected to my iPhone 7 plus with no problems. I worked out them every morning and they worked extremely well!
Until yesterday morning....started my workout and all the sudden they disconnect...I tried reconnecting and nothing.
I spent half the day reading blogs and other website on troubleshooting and fixing yourself and got them finally to stay connected.
I thought, ok we are good....got to the gym this morning, started working out, and half way through disconnected again! SMH!!
    $200, $200!!!! For this???!!!

    DO NOT BUY THESE!

Not Sweat Resistant? Or what is it?

I recently bought my Powerbeats 3 about a month back and they seemed to being with disconnecting by itself and all of a sudden it would just shut off on me with no reason. I tried rebooting but they keep blinking 3 times and It worked again once i charged it. Now it's as if the wiring or such is fried! It won't turn on or anything. I paid $200.00 for these and it's ridiculous. On top of all Apple products being overpriced. Is there anything I can do? Especially when we buy that product, for that price. We should deserve a result in the issue. PLEASE FIX APPLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

And my second pair only lasted 2 weeks

My first pair was awesome.... Then the buttons started malfunctioning after about a month of running with them. Well not malfunctioning, just not functioning at all. I put up with it for a week... then I realized it was silly to have to adjust volume/skip songs on my device when I'm wearing wireless headphones. Luckily, I was able to exchange them. Today, after two weeks of wearing them, the right speaker gave off a loud static noise while I was on a run. When I tried to turn the volume down, guess what? The buttons weren't working again. I'm pretty disappointed. 2 weeks!

I'm bummed because they fit great, stay in my ears, the battery lasts forever and they sound great. But all that is worth nothing when they stop working in the middle of a workout.

    Powerbeats 3 Wireless Earphones

My first Powerbeats purchase and very disappointed. The cord is a bit too stiff and when you run and turn your head it pulls on the earphones and they begin to come out of your ears. If you loosen them up they are too bouncy and if you tighten them up snug and the earphones come out of your ears.
Sound quality is horrible. It is so low that you can still hear the motor of the treadmill when you have the volume on the highest setting. My corded Bose they do not compare to and they were less in price. This was a waste of money. I cannot return them so I will have to give them away.

    Several Issues

At first the sound quality was awesome but after working out a few times the sound pauses, volume spikes, and it disconnects. Verrrrrry annoying - extremely disappointing technology

    Same issue as everyone else

I got the powerbeats 3 just over a month ago. Initially I thought they were awesome. Felt good when I put them on, sound was good. Then I went on my first run with the powerbeats. Within probably 20 minutes of running and sweating the volume started fluctuating on its own, and the controls didn't work. I had to pull my phone out mid run on multiple occasions to adjust the volume back to a decent level. I left them alone for a few days, they dried out and seemed to work fine. Went to the gym, started sweating, and they started acting up again. Volume fluctuations, randomly pausing, etc... I'm going to send them in and see what happens...

    Overpriced junk

I purchased my Powerbeats 3 when they came out last fall (2016). I'm on my third pair and soon maybe, 4th. They have the best sound for bluetooth earphones but the rest is just junk! Bluetooth issues never stop, the earphones activates Siri on its own, pauses music, lowers the volume, skips songs, disconnects and reconnects on its own and something new with my third pair, I cannot turn them off!

Needless to say that I'm fed up and I'm not sure the great sound they produce is going to motivate me to get a 4th pair. I want a refund.

It's very unfortunate because these earphone put a lot a doubt in Apple's great reputation for putting out great products. This one is clearly a dud and should be removed from the market.

POWERBEATS 3 wireless are WORTHLESS and AVOID purchasing this trash product

I purchase these garbage good for nothing beats back in November 2016 when they first released them. I have had two exchanges since and I'm going on number 3. To be honest the Genius Bar had no clue this item was sweat resistant and actually water resistant. But that's not the case they tend to disconnect and no it's not the battery being low. I've charged the battery and attempted to reconnect by forgetting the headphones and again they work for 3 minutes max after that. Apple I'm not lying look up my Apple ID and you will see that I've made two exchanges at your manhattan village location in Southern California. So my review is an honest one. Your product should be removed from the shelves and inspected for quality. Maybe even go as far as doing your homework on what water resistance and sweat resistance means. Stop cheating your consumer by selling over price trash. Please contact me if possible send me a replacement pair that I will not have to return in a matter of weeks.

    NOT SWEAT RESISTANT

bought these wireless headphones after my precious beats wireless got chewed by my dog. I had these beats for no more than 1.5 weeks and they would not turn off nor charge. I should have read these reviews before purchasing. I am never buying anything Beats again, giving Bose my business and trying soundsports!

    Battery and charging issues

i purchased these in Feb 2017. After only two months they will not charge, when pushing the power button on the red light flashes 3 times then nothing. Tried resetting several times. I'm so frustrated that we spent 200 bucks on a defective product. Taking these back to the Apple Store and hope they give me a replacement. Now I have eat crow, my hubby absolutely hates everything apple (I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years) now this product only adds to our household debates and I hate to lose. ;)

Had powerbeats 3 for about a month!!!

I bought these earphones about 30 days ago. Yesterday in the middle of my workout my volume starting going down then completely off. I turned my volume back up and within 5 seconds the same thing happen again!! Then next thing I know my songs on my ipod touch started to skip. I thought at first that someone tapped into my ipod Bluetooth or something...no lie!! Then out the blue Siri pops up...WTH??? I chalked it up as maybe my ipod needs to update, even though I just bought the ipod the same time I bought the powerbeats 3. So today at the gym within 20 mins into my workout the same issue happens again. WTF??? Needless to say I finished my workout without music. I returned home and looked up the reviews for this product. From what I read this is an ongoing issue with your product Apple. I have contacted support and still waiting for them to contact me back. I must say that I really wished I would have read the reviews prior to me purchasing these earphones for $200! I am very disappointed in this product and I really hope that they will replace my earphones with some that actually work or give me a full refund.

    A learning curve!

My uncle resently got me a pair as a suprize! I loved them, then the second day they broke): I was done with them I said I hated beats but then I put a different ear bud on and they sounded amazing, I had forgot! As a kid getting a pair don't mess with the ear hook to much they will snap off!!! If your carful enough there acually not that bad! Except for your paying $200 for a $40 set of ear buds. I'm my opinion that's stupid! I will never buy my self a pair of beats EVER! But I'm ok if someone else wants to send me a pair! Anyway I think the Powerbeats3's are super stupid but if you somehow end up with a pair there not that bad! Dear Beats by dr, Dre better luck next time!

    Pinnacle of Frustration

Like other reviewers, I am now on my 4th pair! After about 2 weeks, the head phones stop charging. The last pair I received just never turned on after I put them to charge. Agree with everyone else, extremely expensive for what you get. Yes, they are great when they work, but their life span is just way too short!

    Awful

Have purchased 2 of the all black PB3's. After approximately 10 days of working out, the headphones (both sets) will work for about 10 minutes into my workout and then turn off without the capability of turning back on. I hold the power button and the white light flashes 3 times. Ive attempted the reset by holding the power button and volume down while plugged in. Doesn't work. Also tried updating them with no luck. Says they are already updated. Had the same issue with my original Powerbeats. I sweat a lot when I work out and I do notice how much sweat runs down the cord and into the control panel but not sure if that is the issue. I also live nowhere near an Apple store and the agony of sending these back and forth really is the icing on the cake.
