    Best Workout Headphones

I don't understand the negative approval rating of these. I love them I bought mine in June and they have been fun to use. I can't go on a run without them now! They give me extra motivation sometimes. Let me just say the bluetooth range is amazing. I went to a track and tested these out by leaving my phone on a bench while running a whole lap. The connection faded maybe five times but I was at least 100 meters away and the music and connection were still there! Moreover, they sound great and I don't see any better wireless headphones being made. I've never experienced the music going up or down on its own like in the reviews.

Powerbeats 3 died completely and not charging anymore

First set of Powerbeats3 died within a month the battery wasn't charging at all and now less than a month later my second set died too. This is the worst piece of garbage ever at $199 price tag I feel rip off. Save your money or just buy a different brand

    Great for gym!

They fit well and are perfect for use in the gym as the strap gives you the confidence that if one did come out you wouldn't lose it! Only negative its a little hard to get the right fit but once your happy there are good to go!

    What's all the fuss?

I don't know what the deal is with all the bad reviews but in my experience I've had nothing but a great time with these beats. I will be honest there have been a few hiccups, like today.

The only problem that I have experienced while using these headphones are that they shut down on their own. Today during my workout it powered down twice and I turned it back on to see it auto connect to my phone as per usual but then 5 minutes later it turned right back off. I even charged them for about 30 minutes before I left my apartment so they should have lasted throughout my workout but I digress.

I've owned mine for about 7 months now and just ordered another pair today (white pair this time). I am in fact absolutely in love with these headphones. I use them to work out, when I'm relaxing, on the road or even just hanging out in my apartment. I pretty much use them everyday. I know the day is going to come when they decide to not work anymore whether it be because of too much sweat or age or whatever but I recommend this product to any music lover out there. Yes the price tag is high but you're paying for an awesome piece of equipment!

great sound, need to replace every 6 months

avid runner of marathons so was very excited with 12 hours of charge. LIE they hold barely 4 hours of charge and have failed twice. Had them replaced on warranty twice for button failure. really expensive, great sound but fail every 6 months.

    Awful

At the beginning of the summer I purchased a pair of the wireless 3 after owning a pair of the powerbeats 2 for about two years. The powerbeats 2 were great, durable, nice sound, and actually worked as advertised. When I went home with the 3s they had clearer sound, but were quieter. After about a week and a half of using them while I worked out they completely stopped working. Wouldn't power on. So I take them back to Best Buy where they just give me another pair, so I think cool they were probably just defective. Sure enough 2 weeks later the same thing happens, and now it is past the date to return the headphones to Best Buy, so they send the headphones into Apple for warranty and now I'm just stuck with a pair of these headphones which basically just stink. Thanks beats.

    PowerBeats 3

I'm not pleased at all. These worked fine for a while but like literally everyone else they started failing. They intermittently turn in siri, start playing music, hang up calls, etc. And the worst p`art is, they wont turn off. I had to disconnect them from the bluetooth to get them to stop doing weird commands. PowerBeats 2 were great, bring those back. In the mean time, I'll file a warranty claim like everyone else...

    Buyer Beware-Cheap Junk

Just had my 2nd pair of Powerbeats 3 in for repair. Intermittant switch failure whenever I use them to exercise. Apple has informed me that they're sending them back to me unrepaired because they can't replicate my issue... because they're not sweaty!! They are NOT sweat resistant. They are shoddy and well below the accepted standard of Apple products. All the slick packaging and hype with very little quality. Apple should be ashamed to sell this product. Cheap junk. Massive ripoff. Will never buy a Beats product again.

Replaced twice , same old problem.

Apple needs to do something about this. Obviously a defective product.
Got mine replaced twice and after few charges, unable to switch on.
This is going to be my FOURTH set. And warranty is ending in 2 months.
Not worth the money and trouble

    Very disappointed!

I had the powerbeats 2 which worked fine, (I should have kept them but gave them away) I had no issues with them at all. Then the Powerbeats 3 came out and the 12 hour battery life sold me on the purchase of over 200 dollars. Like everyone is stating they are horrible! Power turns off by itself, volume goes down and up all by itself, it disconnects from the Bluetooth on your phone, and it has a strong static sound once I leave the gym and try to make a phone call. I'm currently on my second replacement and really I would like my money back. NEVER BUYING BEATS AGAIN!

If you do buy these poorly constructed epic fails hang on to your receipt. Take a pic, of it save, put it in a shoe box, because you need it.

PLEASE PLEASE RECALL (On my 3rd headset, that is currently malfuctioning)

No matter, how much I use or little I use they malfunction. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!! In theory they should be amazing. Sweat resistant, 12 hours of battery life and over ear fit. With that resume you would think they would be amazing. Unfortunately after about 2 months they will stop working and the buttons will continue to malfunction. They'll begin skipping, volume going up and down everything will go wrong. I love apple, but these are a complete disappointment and honestly should be recalled, because I was robbed out of $150. I have sent back to Apple 3 times and the same thing keeps happening. Unfortunately this will probably be my first and last pair of beats headphones.

Powerbeats 2 were amazing, what happened????

I have had these headphones for 4 months and have had to submit two separate warranty replacements for either the battery not charging or holding a charge or connectivity issues. I upgraded to these from the powerbeats 2, which I LOVED, and this has been the most frustrating experience for a pair of headphones I have ever dealt with.

    Poor reliability

2 pairs went bad w/in a month. First volume control lost, and then intermittment audio loss, followed by complete failure where even a hard reset was not possible. I returned them and bought Bose - much better product and cheaper too.

I can't believe this is an Apple product

I'm so disappointed in the sound quality. The pairing is terrible. But the part that makes this product so disappointing is that if you sweat at all it starts To cut in and out. If you don't plan to work out in these they might be fine. Apple really needs to recal this product.

    Seriously disappointed

My second pair of Powerbeats3 died within a month of use. It is not sweat resistant and it appears incapable of being charged over longer time. My first pair had exactly the same problems. Very disappointing.
