    Very impressed

I love my new beats x... The are so comfortable and fit my ears perfectly without falling out, they block out some much outside sound you would think they were noise cancelling, battery life is excellent, I have tried other wireless earbuds and hated them, very pleased so far. I hope they stand up to the test of time

    The bottom line

Cons: Sounds bad while brushing your teeth with an electric toothbrush. Pros: Sounds great everywhere else.

    Bad Sound Quality

I switched to these because I lost my pods. The sound quality is horrible. Yes they get loud, but u have to shove them down your ear to hear some bass. Then when you hum, you can hear yourself...terrible sound quality...when you switch between the powerbeats and these, you can tell the difference...horrible.

    Am giving up...

Worked for 2 months and then died. Was told a new replacement pair would be with me in 3-5 working days. It took nearly a month. No update or explanation as to the delay. 2nd pair have only lasted two weeks. Much the same as my beats x, I'm giving up.

Do NOT buy these - even my replacement pair didn't work

This is the first review I have EVER written and feel so negatively towards this brand that I just had to say my peace. This is my 3rd Beats product that has given my problems, and honestly, it's my fault at this point. I can't wait for another company that actually makes a decent product to come in and wipe these guys off the market. The first few weeks I had the BeatsX they worked fine, then just stopped working out of nowhere. They wouldn't turn on at all and wouldn't charge. I sent them back to Apple who sent me a replacement and even the replacement pair doesn't work. Same issue, they won't turn on and won't hold a charge. This company and their products are total garbage. Don't waste your time.

Love It, best bluetooth earphones I used

I absolutely love these earphones, firstly the battery last a long long time 8hrs of listening is great. Super comfortable I wear them all day at work and my ears don't hurt after a full day of use. For there size they pack a powerful punch.

    Best decision this year!

I've pondered a lot on what type of headphones to buy. I've had during the past couple of years 2 earphones from Beats, 3 from Sennheiser, 1 from Denom. All over 100$ and all good headphones. Though the quality of the sound is not going to blow your mind, these are definitely the best quality wireless earphones you can buy on the market today at this price. And the battery actually lasts you 8 hours !

    unreliable

I really had nothing to complain about until my fist pair stopped working. Now it looks like I'm going to have to get a second pair replaced because I'm sure I won't be getting a refund. If you like having to replace earbuds every couple months go for it!

    Stopped working

After a month of normal use my Beats X completely stopped turning on. Now all that happens is the light flashes red when its charging. I've tried resetting it, but to no avail. Disappointing because I enjoyed them up till this point

Quit working in 4 months, used half a dozen times.

Overall design is nice, sound quality is great but they quit working in a very short amount of time. Will no longer connect to any device...

Apple customer service offering to fix them.

    THIS IS A MUST GET!

I have gotten these pair of headphones for a month and a half and I can admit that they sound phenomenal.

I wanted to buy them because i was bored of the quality of the typical EarPods that came with the iPhones and I hated the wires that dangled around any wired headphones. so I gave it a shot in the dark despite how a group of people do not appreciate Beats for its over-emphasized bass. I was so excited when I got them, as it didn't take long of a purchase until I got the Black edition in my hands.

At first glance unboxing it, it looks legit cool and subtle in its design, yet really beautiful. Then from all the hype that surrounded it since the iPhone 7 launch about the ease of connecting it with Apple's W1 chip, the ads weren't lying, it was so simple to just connect it with my iPhone and MacBook. But as simple as the connecting process was, when I used it for the first few days, my ears hurt, probably because it was not used to these types of earphones as I have never liked the idea of it in my ear. BUT the sound that came out was AMAZING, I am not an audiophile however; because one person's ability to listen to things can vary from another and these were uncompromising with its sound. After a few days, my ears got use to it eventually, and it didn't hurt since. I really liked it for the ease of connection via the W1 chip, the coming through of a promise of an advertised 8-hour battery life, simple controls that was not complicated and how it just looked really gorgeous.

If I had a gripe about something other than my ears having to adapt to earphones, it's that the wires from the flex form cable were a little long?

Other than that, THESE are a perfect set of earphones that I feel everyone should get it; sure the branding makes it cool, but moreover, the sound quality is just lit.

Good quality and easy pairing. Some drawbacks

As expected the material and quality of the headphones are high. The easy pairing with iPhone and my MacBook Pro a dream as well. Two draw backs however give them a rating of 3 stars from me. Microphone is very wind sensitive, almost annoying and considering giving them back. Although not targeted for runners I gave them a try and the design with the neckband doesn't always work for me. Sometimes (mostly in head wind) the neck band falls out of place.

This be a DO NOT BUY

I loved my BeatsX for the first two weeks - then today I only get three short white blinks when trying to start them. Attempted to reset them per Beat's website, to no avail. Get five long red flashes, then back to three short white flashes and nothing. Searching the forums, turns out tons of other people are having the same issue - from $150 headphones. I have had mine about two weeks and had just tossed out the box yesterday. Now the fun games of having Apple Support be snobbish and tell me I'm "stupid" of course the headset has to be working. -- I like the Mac, the iPhone, and the iPad, but I'm stopping buying anything else Apple. They used to make top of the line products, now they only have top of the line prices.

Great sound quality but poor battery life

One of the best BT earphones with heavy bass, unfortunately, the battery doesn't last as per advertised. I have been using the earphone over the pass week and based on my observation, it never last more than 5.5 hours for continuously usage on music and some calls (lesser than 30 minutes).. Not sure if i got a defected product or what.
