Love mine! Going to buy some for family!

I love my AirPods! I do have another pair of bluetooth headphones that I swap with the AirPods during charging. But the AirPods are my favorite bluetooth headphones. I received mine last Christmas. My daughter & husband will get some this year.
Amazing sound! Fantastic connectability! Total awesomeness!

Thank you, Apple for another great product. Worth every penny.

    Connection issues

    • Written by Alejandro C from Fishkill

Great product overall. But the connection is not 100% to my liking. I often have trouble connecting to my phone which wastes a lot of time. But, the air pods ar better than the regular ear buds because they don’t have any dangling wires. Overall, great product and I suggest it for people who are tiered of the dangling wires on the regular ear buds.

Got a pair 2 days ago, love them I stopped wearing bulky headphones and stopped using the wired headphones.
These are definitely worth it. I have trouble keeping the wired headphones in my ear when working out or jogging.
These do not slip or fall out when I jog, they don't get in the way and I am definitely getting a pair for my girlfriend for Christmas.
Pairs well with my apple watch pairs very quickly with the Iphone. no complaints no problem

    overpriced and poorly designed

    • Written by Christopher C from Chicago

The headphones come out of the ears so easily that it affects sound quality and causes too much frustration. Whether I'm commuting to work or trying to work out, the headphones slowly fall out of the ear 100% of the time. As they become less snug the sound quality disappears and you find you are constantly pushing them back into the ear. Your ears get sore from trying to constantly shove these monsters back in. They just do not fit my ears, or my friends (whom have mostly abandoned apple for android long ago and tease me that I still throw money at them).

Switching to a lightening jack is incredibly annoying when you've spent a great deal of money on 3.5mm headphones and accessories just to have them now useless. I still do not hear any difference in sound quality from 3.5mm to lightening. Clearly this was just an attempt to get more money from their customer base.

Charging and listening to headphones (while on a call or music) is annoying with the bulky adapters required. I don't want to carry around more stuff on my commute. A product shouldn't be this annoying while costing more than the average accessories on the market.

I'm not sure, but I believe they are draining my phones battery quicker than 3.5mm jack headphones did. Maybe my imagination, so I'll give apple the benefit of the doubt.

This is the last Iphone I plan to own... when it goes I'm breaking free from Apple. They were once known for having a simple to use device with few issues... that is when complicated Blackberrys, and such, were popular and cell phone technology was evolving. Now cell phones are much easier to figure out making apple products seem more "dumb and featureless" than ever. My current Iphone (released less than a year ago) already has freezing issues, apps closing, memory issues, and annoying software bugs that get fixed with updates but then create more bugs.

Goodbye Apple... this is what happens when you sit in a room and try to figure out how to make more money instead of trying to design better products. I would love to see the gaping holes of the ears of Apple employees that designed these. Come on! Who's ears are these made for??

good wireless headphones but kills phone battery

    • Written by Kaleb W from Murrieta

Very good wireless earbuds only to find out it kills your phone battery so make sure to bring a battery bank or something for your phone because it will drain the battery quick mine went from 95% to 52% in an hour of listening so apple needs to fix it or I use wired ones permanently I have an iPhone x btw

Happy with these. They are great however not for everyone.

    • Written by Stephen G from Houston

I’ve owned these for 6 months. Swapped a set out under warranty for mic issues with voice fading in and out when I speak to Siri or talk to people. I have conversations outside in wind conditions or loud environments involving providing serial numbers and the agent on the other end of the line hears every bit loud and clear. Amazing! Ive owned many Bluetooth ear pieces such as plantronics, jawbone - one of my previous favorites, jaybird x3 which was decent but I got tired of loosing ear tips and returned. There are no adapters to fit various sizes of ears so fitting in your ears is a hit or miss. I work outdoors in the communication field climbing ladders, stairs, carrying tools, attics etc and they have not fallen out once. There is gps tracking and playing cricket sounds on find my iPhone to find them. I’m very happy with airports. I like the charging case and that it uses the same lightening cable from Apple as the phones and iPads. If 1 of 2 gets removed from the ear or falls out, music does stop to give you a heads up. Sometimes I forget they are in my ear lol. Win!

Wish they were squishy instead of hard plastic

    • Written by Cristina S from Spokane

These are incredible as far as sound. Unmatched!!!!!!! And I had the best LG wireless headphones out. That said. For me, either my ear holes are just too small, or idk why but, they fall out constantly! My hair pulls them out. Taking off sweaters, pulls them out or they get caught in the sweater. They’ve fallen into the washing machine and into the garbage. And once I had to move my whole entire couch to find one that fell out. I’ve decided to never wear them out of the house. Also it is extremely annoying that when I attempt to adjust one, it hangs up on people. My husband has the Samsung Obed which are even better ... they have the squishy little insert thing. The sound is just as good :(

    A must have

    • Written by Charlie R from Waco

Ive put some time in on these. Monday - Friday 8 hours a day listening to a mix of podcasts and music. If these were to ever fail, it would be an instant re-purchase for me. The case fits perfect in that little pocket no one uses on your jeans, the batteries last long enough to get me to lunch, then I charge them while I eat, and the are ready to go for the 2ed half of the day. Perfect wireless earbuds. Love it

    Wow!

    • Written by Sasha F from Calgary

I was really worried about wether these were going to fit my ears properly or not. But they did!

First off, I'd like to comment on the charging. They charge from 0% to 100% in less than 5 minutes, and they last quite a long time. The charging case is smaller than I imagined it to be and its super easy to keep in a pocket/purse. The sound quality is really good. Connecting them is really easy, and I love how they auto-connect to my devices when I put them into my ears. My only negative comment is the fact that they make a high pitched feedback-like noise when no music is playing, but I got used to it. Hopefully Apple will release a software update to fix this.

    Best Headphones Ever

    • Written by Gavin N from West Point

I was always skeptical about buying these, a bunch of my friends had them but I just thought they were over priced pieces of junk. I decided to buy them last August and they have proved me wrong. The bass is unbelievable, the ear detection is a life saver. I would suggest to buy these 100%. If you love great headphones get these, they are worth it.

    SO Worth the Price

    • Written by Stephen D from Wilmington

I have been a long time apple user, and I have always been happy with their products. Apple earbuds are the only ones that do not fall out my ears. I had been wanting to get Airpods for awhile, but I was unsure if I wanted to spend 160 dollars on wireless headphones if it really wasn't worth it. I eventually caved, and I'm so glad I did. These headphones have exceeded my expectations. The sound is clear, defined and crisp. The Airpods are very comfortable in my ears, and I have experienced no trouble with them falling out while at the gym, or using them at work. The charge is incredibly impressive on the headphones itself and the charging case. The case needs to be charged once for less than an hour about every week and a half. The double tap for Siri is a very helpful feature, since now that my headphones are wireless, I will leave my phone in a different room because the music goes with me. Even though my phone might not be at my grasp, I am still able to change my song, call a family member, or turn the volume on my music up. These headphones are expensive, but if you love music and are constantly on the go, these headphones are worth every penny.

    HONESTLY DIVINE

    • Written by Autumn N from Siler City

    Oh. My. God.
After a few long weeks of research & wondering if I wanted to make the commitment of $100+ for these wireless earpods, I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and purchase them ... aka these are what I gave myself as an early Christmas present this year! (Lol, adult life)
The verdict is - I’M SO FREAKING HAPPY WITH THESE!
So easy to use, great battery life, excellent sound quality & you can have Siri/different commands! They pair effortlessly to my iPhone 8 Plus as well.
If you’re wondering if you should get these or not - JUST GET THEM!
You’ll be happy you did ;)

Bad battery after a year and a half

    • Written by Crispaul O from Spring Valley

I purchased my AirPods in June 2017. Definitely love them and used them constantly. Today, November 2018, the AirPods battery can only hold 1 hour worth of charge while being used on calls or only 2 hours of use listening to music. I used to be able to able to get 5-7 hours doing a mixture of both. I've probably used it 70% of the time working M-F for the past year and a half so I think I got some miles out of them but the fact that it costs $50 a pod to replace the battery hardly makes economic sense. What this tells me is that I probably need to purchase a new pair of AirPods every year and a half just to satisfy my levels of usability.

    Excellent!

    • Written by Mark C from Castle rock

I was very surprised by the sound quality of these little guys. I had bought a cheap, non-apple brand once before and they were garbage. My wife bought these for me for a Bday present. I have been using them daily ever since. They do not completely cancel noise around you, but fit snug and and block most of it. The quality of the speakers is amazing for such a small speaker. Just clear and clean music or radio. They are comfortable enough that I fall asleep with them in almost every night. I love that when falling asleep, they lose battery and pause/turn off my device. (I'm a person who has to hear the TV or Radio while falling asleep). I love that they turn off automatically when you take them out saving battery. The charge time is incredibly fast. Other than at night, they will run all day on a charge. I may charge them during lunch or between meetings, but have never had them run out of juice while working. I hope they last as good as they sound.
