    Excellent

The product is speechless, didn’t expect Apple to make such an earphone.
Thanks apple for making such an innovative earphone for such a low price.

well it's good but not as the old ones, please make it better as the old

it is a really good and useful thing, the sound has a good quality. Well not every one wants to buy the wireless ones.

Thank you for the greats updates, and the fantastic quality.

    Great earphones with one downside.

These have to be the best earphones I have had included with a phone. This is simply because I accidentally washed them and they still worked, not even damaged physically or quality-wise. Talking of quality, the sound from these tiny things is truely outstanding without having to mess with the EQ. The only downside I have found is that they don’t stay in your ears if you are running! Another great Apple product.!

    Terrible

I have had my earphones since September and by November one ear had tuned out so I was stuck listening to the music through one year while it would skip and pause songs at random and now this morning they’ve just stopped working and as a commuter, I’d rather listen to my music than the trains! I keep my earphones in tip top condition, and although I got these free with my phone, I do not feel comfortable shelling out £30 for a new pair when cheaper brands produce better quality earphones...but wait, you’ve removed the jack so no one can BUY cheaper earphones! I thought that I was the only one, but after reading these reviews I’m clearly not. I love my phone but shame on you apple for downgrading big time in this department.

    $800 PHONE WITH $2 EARPODS?

I can't believe anyone would pay 29 for this junk. I throw them out when they come free with the phone! The sound quality is terrible, and they are the most uncomfortable ear buds made. They don't even have a rubber cushion, which most of us like because it makes the ear bud tolerable and sometimes comfortable. It also helps cancel out the noise. Apple is always claiming to be pushing the envelope with design so why can't they design quality ear buds? They want 800 for the phone but then they give you these cheap, one size fits all, uncomfortable, and poor sound quality ear buds.

    Doesn’t Last Long

I wish Apple would work on these because I constantly have to keep on buying new ones, just about every other month. This is honestly contributing to me thinking about switching over to Samsung. Please fix this!

    Great Sound Quality

To be honest, those are the best earphones ever, I've had them since I got my iPhone and so far they work great. Also from my experience, they do resist water really good, I left them in my pocket and washed my jeans, they worked great after. 100% recommended, totally worth the price

    No where sales them

What a joke, when it’s broken while still new, you running over town nowhere can find a end is flat to fit in stupid iPhone with a flat end. On a Christmas night! Most horror ever, a wireless headphone so big and ugly hanging out of ears cost 300. The only headphones come with the phone so useless, not everyone can afford headphones like you people working in apple.

    Worst idea ever from Apple

I hate these earphones. I used to be able to seamlessly transfer my earphones from my phone to my Mac. No more. My MAC doesn't have a lightning jack. And charging? I have to buy a special charger that will let me charge my phone at the same time that I wear my headphones. Bluetooth EarPods you say? Why do I want to hassle myself with another device to charge? And what about playing my iPhone through a stereo when I practice guitar? I have to have a special dongle to do that. Apple has made my life harder. I don't buy their products for that. If they keep it up, I'll stop. I don't write reviews very often, but I resent this design choice so much I felt compelled to come here and write one.

    AMAZING

I’ve washed and dried these earbuds 4 times because I always forget that they’re in my hoodie pocket and the performance of the earbuds is still the same as it was when I originally received them with my phone.

    IM REALLY Mad LMFAO

So buy your new iPhone and my first day at work the EarPods you just came out with for the IPhone 8 the lightning connector is all ready faulty have to unplug my phone everywhere 20 minutes to play music or to make the remote buttons work. If you don’t recall and give everyone headphone I bet the next iPhone won’t do well cause I’m not buying Iphone ever again. You don’t care about your products they cost 30 bucks each to make. You guys

    Junk product

I am seriously hate this product, only use for iPhone 7, not for all laptops because there are not such lightning ports. Apple, do you want me to buy another ear phone with AUX plug, if so, what is the point with this EarPod with Lightning, what a piece of junk.

    Durability

I had my I phone 7 plus for less then a year. And used my headphones for about 6 months and one day when I was using my lightening headphone ear pods ( while in my pocket) with every step they would either pause or skip or go back etc... and only using them for about 6 months while I had my phone for about a year they were not durable what so ever. (Sound quality and comfortability are not an issue) but for durability and price was not equally matched.

    Cord + Apple = ]<:{

These get two stars for lasting me seven months, whereas the previous iteration, with its 3.5 mm headphone plug, typically lasted me only around three months. I use these for several hours every day and now I’m without a pair. Yes, wireless is the future, but it’s not a future I can afford just now (not that it matters since AirPods are out of stock until January). Instead I’ll have to plunk down another $30 for a product that I know will eventually fail—and that eventuality will cross my mind each and every time I use them. But I’ll throw down 30 bones because Apple EarPods sound better than other $30 earphones and work seamlessly with my iPhone 7 Plus.

From MacBook power cords to every version of its EarPods, Apple doesn’t do cords well. Which is probably Apple is so excited about a wireless future. I for one would be a little more excited if the AirPods weren’t $160.

2 months of use, already broken

I got these in the box with my iphone 8 and immediately loved the sound quality. I was thoroughly impressed, however, after using them for two months they are already not working. The sound in one ear is crackly and the other has completely dropped out. Very disappointed in their lastability.

Will randomly shock me - feels terrible because it’s in your ears.

    Great Sound

I am amazed at how rich and improved the sound is with these, when they look the same as other EarPods, just with the new connector.

    Waste of money

Had 4 pairs this year. Every pair has one side suddenly go deaf (literally, in between songs) and often they start skipping/pausing the music too
