    Terrible quality

The cable is extremely weak, mine broke within 2 days of use. The fact that they connect via lightening port means that the cable fails if they are pulled or caught.

    Doesn't fit my ears.

The Ear hole is far too large to fit in my ears. They keep falling out.

    Mini Speakers

After having these for two weeks, they have already broken. They have literally turned into mini speakers. On a low but not off setting, you can't hear it. When you turn it up to the point where you can hear it, the person next to you can also hear it VERY CLEARLY.

    Good product

I've had these for five months and they work amazingly still. The have gone through the washer multiple times and never stopped working. Today they were ran over by a car, and one of them had the plastic come off, but all the technology on the inside still works and with someone e electrical tape they still work perfectly. The only downside is the price, but most earbuds that I've used that work well have never lasted this long or sounded this good, and are more expensive. Would recommend.

    best earphones i've ever had!

Usually i don't bother with EarPods. But because they came with the iPhone 7, i thought i might try them out. Unlike other earphones, these earphones have lasted the longest. Even when i left them in my jacket pocket and they ended up in the washing machine. I just found them five minutes ago in the washing machine and i was expecting the worst. I thought they would be broken for sure. But amazingly they survived. And now they smell like Surf Lavender washing powder! So thank you apple for making good quality earphones that withstand water! I would definitely recommend these for people who leave headphones in there pockets :)

    Too large for my ears

I like the idea of these and the sound seems better than previous earbuds, but these are way too big to fit my ears. After a few seconds, they work their way out of my ears so I can hear everything around me versus the actual sounds playing through them. These would be much better if there was some way to change up the sizing.

Bad, bought it a week ago and the left headphone doesn't work anymore!

I am so angry! I bought these at the Apple Store, not online. Today I was watching Greys Anatomy and out of nowhere the left headphone won't fricking work anymore! I took such good care of these stupid headphones, and waste my money for my left headphone to flipping just stop working?! If you are looking for some good quality headphones, these aren't the ones in my opinion. Also I bought some beats, the ones that wrap around your ear, costed like 100$? And guess what... They broke. I put them in my bag and they broke! I am so mad. Honestly the dollar tree ones last longer than this. In my opinion bye.

Design flaw in the earphones - too slippery

Although Apple tried to impress new users with this new design, the size and shape is not for everyone. First of all, the earphods material is slippery plastic so it easily falls from my ear drums. I wonder how Apple chose the plastic material for customers' ears.. They look pretty but very impractical.
I've ordered a poly cap to improve the friction. It should equip with the proper friction in the first place. Idiot apple design team.

I absolutely love every feature of these EarPods!

    Whoa,
    Whoa,
    Whoa,
I love how good these EarPods are working!
    1. Automatic pause for music or movie on your iPhone to chat
with someone who walks in on you.
When you remove one from your ear it does this.
    2. Long distance range through walls.
I actually walked out of the room where my iPhone was propped
up on my desk, went down the hall into another room a good
distance away and they kept on working!
    3. Works on latest AppleTV - love this.
    4. Siri activates with a double-tap on one EP (EarPod) - love this!
    5. Quick Charge case - Really charges them fast.
    6. Rich, high-quality AUDIO - really great sound.
    7. Rich, really great VOICE into EP!
Didnt know it had a mic at the end of the EP.
    8. This has really really helped me with Siri.
No more correcting what Siri THINKS I'm saying lol.
    9. Tap on EP to answer calls!
    10. Tap on EP to replay or select a song.
    11. Tap on EP to Turn up volume.
    12. Works with any Apple device!
    #Apple has done it again.
    Refined the #EarPlugs with #EarPods.
    My report: Five Star A+++

Okay for a few days, then they break..

If you're going to force us to use these headphones, please make them durable. I don't use them for extreme sports or anything even close. I literally use them to commute with. After a month one stopped worked. They are terrible quality.

    Great but break

I love the apple head phones and always have the fit perfect for me. I have heard some people complain about the fit, so that just depends on you. One thing that is awful about this product is the durability the break so often and they are so expensive to replace. Love them but hate them

Went through 2 pairs in 3 months.

    The sound quality is good.

They aren't reliable at all. I hear cracks and noise during listening to Audible on iPhone 7 Plus. The audiobook sometimes stops without pressing the control button.

The worst is that they break. After a month of regular audiobook use the left headphone stopped working. I got it replaced, and once again, after a month, the left headphone stopped working. It's nice it's easy to replace them at Apple Store, but it's terrible experience overall.

Nowhere near old Apple Headphones with a jack on my older iPhone 6s. Had the same pair since iPhone 5s and they worked great.

    eh

can't deny how comfortable these headphones are to wear and the sound quality is great, just frustrated how many times i've had to replace these headphones since getting my iphone 7. seem to break a lot quicker than the old headphones and they're not exactly cheap to replace

    Horrible Earbuds

I got a pair of these earbuds with my iPhone 7 when I got them. A few months later, I dropped my phone with them connected and by some strange reason the part that connects to my iPhone bent. So when I reconnected my earbuds to my phone expecting them to work, they didn't! I tried everything along with even trying to bend the part that connects to my phone back to normal but NOTHING worked. I ended up having to pay $30 for a new pair. Now, the EXACT THING just happened again so looks like I'm paying another $30 for earbuds. You should really fix this cause now I'm regretting leaving my android. Also, I wish I can rate this item a small piece of the star but sadly, I cannot.

These Work Great For iPhone, but Not Compatible with Macbook Pro

I bought these thinking they would seamlessly work with all Apple products (or at least with an adapter). However, I come to find out that I cannot use these headphones with my Macbook Pro. There is no adapter or dongle to make this work with your Macbook either. So frustrating. I returned them within a week.

If you have a Macbook Pro from 2015 or before DO NOT BUY unless you are fine with them only working on certain Apple products or if you want to carry two types of headphones around all the time.

    Not very durable

At first I thought that these were very well made. It sounded very clear, or at least much better than my other earbuds. But today the part that connected to the lightning connecter broke off from the wire and EarPods, when I have not even had these for one whole month. This gives me doubts that the dongle, charger, or future EarPods will last very long.
