    Awesome Headphones!

These are hands down the best headphones I have ever owned, to include the Bose headphones I have. Sound is great, not bass heavy. Battery life is amazing! I can wear them for several hours and they stay comfortable. I would recommend the Beats Solo 3 to anyone looking for quality headphones!

    (Gives thumbs up)

These things are great. They're really just a pair of headphones that are simple to use and have nice, simple and slimming design. They're durable and comfortable to use. I love being able to use mine, the buttons on the side make it easy to manage message and calls while jamming out.

    Cheaply made

Great when they were new but basically fell apart after 7 months of very light use and apple said repairs wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Definitely not worth the price.

    Solo 3

My fiancés gave this solo 3 headphones. I wanted to buy them for quite long time but money was tight. So, she suppose me with that. Long story short, it didn’t even last me One year the cushion start coming out. Trust me I take care of my stuff like they’re my body parts Very disappointed. Wish I could put a picture of it.

    A Solo Story

Paid $400 for these. Love them to death but the fact that the leather comes out from the edges is very annoying. This appears to be a very common issue too. Also don't like the fact that they "need to be sent away for inspection" when it's clearly common. You can use a bank card to slide the leather back in but it's only a temporary fix.

Worst headphones I've ever had (and I had a few).

Got those for free when I purchased a Macbook in an Apple Store. I never had Beats before so I was excited to finally try them out. Comparing to my Bose QuietComfort, Beats are garbage. This is the worst audio performance I've ever experienced and I did test a lot of different headphones. I don't understand why these are so expensive and popular considering this low quality of sound. Sadly, there is no app or settings that allow you to change the EQ. Another thing is that while I was giving those a chance, my head and ears started hurting because of the poor design. It started hurting after 30 minutes so I wonder what kind of pain people have to be in just to have the B logo on their heads. Again, don't spend your money on badly designed headphones that don't even let you enjoy your music.

    Waste of money

If you are looking for good headphones these are not the ones. These are over priced and they only have bass in the right ear. It doesn’t have bass in the left ear which really throws me off so i never use them. So now i wasted 250$ and i will never be able to get that money back. Disappointment.

Makes my ear hurt, my ears turn red

I hate these headphones because if I wear them longer than 10 mins, my ears start hurting because they are so tight and when I take them off, I see that my ears have turned red. Don’t waste your money on these badly designed headphones. The sound is good thou but THERE IS ALSO NO VOLUME BUTTON ON THE HEADPHONES...ABSOLUTELY HATE THESE. Don’t waste your money. There are better more comfortable headphones out there.

    Love/Hate

I bought a Macbook Pro for school in Aug. 2017 and got these for free with the purchase... I was in love for the first 6 months. But then the material covering the cushions started to come off and it didn't take long after that for all of the foam cushioning to be revealed. I also noticed that the material was very thin and it looked poorly made. I'm honestly so mad about how fast they damaged. I used to have a pair of UrbanEars that I got on sale for $30 and they lasted me 3 years before damaging, but for some reason the Beats deteriorated much faster. And for the price they are, you should be able to wear them everyday for longer than 6 months without the material starting to fade and come undone. If they were made better I would say that they are a 5 star product, but because of how fast they deteriorated, I give them 2 stars.

Definitely Not Worth The Original Price

It was either this headphone or the Sony Wireless ones, now I’m reconsidering. I’m glad I purchased these while on sale because really and honestly they are not that good enough for $300.00+ due to low quality in sound, and the leaking once it hits highest volume. Wireless feature and design of the headphone makes it worthwhile but that’s just it. At the end of the day your just paying for the name.

    Great stuff. Like always

Not used to writing reviews, but seriously these headphones deserve more than a 3 star average. These are my latest beats products purchased and I can't be any happier. Great sound quality and noise insulation. Also superior battery life. My solo 2 lasted good 3 years and so I expect these to do.

    Complete trash

I am so absolutely disgusted that I paid a premium price for what I was hoping would be a premium product and it literally only worked twice before it refused to play any audio, despite being connected to bluetooth and me messing around with trial and error of internet fixes on how to correct this issue. Completely dissatisfied and I definitely will not be purchasing anything of the like ever again. What a complete waste of money.

    Simple perfection

I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with my pair of Beats Solo 3's. From opening the box they came in, to using them among many different devices, what always stood out was the engineering that went into them. Perfect sound, with a nice touch of keeping ambient sound out, all the time keeping nice high, low, and mid range playback top notch. The quality of theses headphones are simply unrivaled by competitors Im completely happy with my purchase and will probably never own any other brands, because I need music in my life, and I gotta have the best. I recommend them, its as simple as that. You will not regret it, and thats a promise.

    No good

Worst head phones. The sound is cheap and tinny. They have to be placed in your ears a very certain way to sound good, and they don’t stay in your ears like that. Don’t even think about using these for running—they don’t stay in ears properly and are apparently not sweat resistant. The battery time boasts 8 hours—HA. Longest battery has lasted since day one has been like 3 hours. I got these 8 months ago and they stopped working today. Worst ever.

    Good

I have had my Beats solo 3 headphones for just over 1 year and I love the sound. Now I realize that the quality is really bad :( I recommend getting the warranty. The nice person at Apple helped me out and got me a semi used pair for $190 witch is a lot of money but cheeper than the $300 for new ones.

    Not recommended

These headphones lasted me about a year. Now the wireless feature doesn’t work and no sound comes out of the right side. While it lasted, it was pretty comfortable and the bass was good but still not worth 300$. Worst money spent ever.

    Not worth the money

These headphones work great in wireless mode, but when you plug them in that changes. Out of the box I plugged the headphones into my iphone and only one side worked. I then tried my wife's phone, and the problem still persisted. I went back to the store and traded the headphones out for a new pair. The new pair had the exact same issue. When I tried wireless mode, the headphones work great. I am fine with paying apple prices due to their great track record, but this is pretty unsettling. We got these headphones as part of the back to school promotion. If I had to pay $300 out of pocket, I would have returned them and never looked back.

Don’t buy if you use headphones everyday

Had mine for about 5 months and then the leather on the ear started coming off. Had the same issue with my old solo 2s
