    • Written by Mohammed I from Birmingham

I got an iphone 6 plus this year brand new sealed and they came with these they have good quality sound in almost 4 weeks the case broke then a month the left side does not work. You might as well buy fake earpods because they are the same but the only difference is the price. In the uk u could go to some phone shop or any other shop that is not apple stores and they are £2 and they are the same quality speakers

    Easily Break

    • Written by Sasha M from Mendocino

I really like the overall fit and sound of these, but the jack's on the ones I receive are always flimsy and tend to bend, which in my experience kills the sound. You have to be careful with these earbuds.

    Great sound quality, durability issues

    • Written by jetpakturtle from Cupertino

I really like the sound quality of Apple's EarPods, and they fit comfortably in my ears, but I have found that these break easily with normal use, without a case to protect and store them. I have two pairs of EarPods, one of which had the plastic ring on the plug broken, which sometimes leads to the right earphone having no audio. The second pair's cord broke, with the wire fraying, completely breaking the EarPods.

    they work good but...

    • Written by Alexis M from Gridley

The earbuds them self work good and have a good base sound to them and they are also rlly comfortable and get the job done. The only down side i noticed with these is that they are just normal earbuds but over priced. like if i wanted over priced earbuds i would judt get airpods but just think why should we spend $30 on earbuds that work the same as any other earbud but the only difference is that they have the word apple after it. my own personal sugestion is that you should just go to walmart and get earbuds that are like $5 instead of spending $30 on something that just says apple.

Not all they say they are

    • Written by Emily P from Morgantown

The headphones I have have hands down the best audio quality. They fit your ears well too. But! Nevertheless, when I purchased a pair the audio controls unexpectedly ruined in about a month. I took great care of them, keeping them away from water and protecting the cord from bending badly. Aggravated I put up with it. A week before Christmas I got a new phone. The new headphones that came with them have already ruined and I’ve taken great care of them once again. It’s only been a month, AGAIN. I’m extremely disappointed. The controls are cheaply made.

    Comfortable, but Breakable

    • Written by Loren G from Lee

These headphones are by far the most comfortable headphones I've owned. The sound quality is outstanding. But, all magic comes at a price. These headphones tend to break easily, the cords can get tangled up, wires rip. They frequently get caught on things, such as doorknobs, chairs, or the corner of a table if it's caught just right. And for the price of 30 dollars, I cannot afford to buy a new pair every month or so. Perhaps, if they were a smidge cheaper, I would consider buying more. But that simply isn't the case. Overall, I believe the sound quality and comfortability to be worth a solid five-star rating, but the poor quality of the wiring is simply unbearable and brings down the overall quality of the product.

    Just ok Earphones.

    • Written by Ajith K from South Abington

The sound quality for 'music and calls' was good for the 1st year. Even though I take good care of it, the volume dropped drastically after 1st year and I am forced to hear at full volume always. And while talking, If there is some background noise I am not able to hear anything. To buy a new one, it is pretty costly too.

    best non in-ear earbuds...

    • Written by J S from Vancouver

They don't sound good. Perhaps not many people realize that but any decent pair of headphones will sound better than this. But I like them because I don't need to stick them inside my ear.

Awesome sound quality but poor material quality

    • Written by Trupe T from Tow

One of the best sound quality earphone i had. Easy to clean the wire with alcohol. I had to get used to the product shape, in the beginning it cause pain on ear after couple hours of use, than you get used to it and don't cause pain anymore. The audio channels is reversed/swapped (I can swap it on OSX, but not in iPodShuffle). The right channel started to malfunction due to faulty wiring after 2 years.

    It's okay

    • Written by Yong M from San Leandro

Since this is a product from the Apple Store, I am not entirely sure if these are the same EarPods as the ones that came with the iPhone. So when I first got it, it seems like the ones that comes with your iPhone. However, after 6 months of using it, the right EarPod stopped working. Considering the price of the earphones, I was expecting it to last at least a year. Very disappointed in this Apple product.

Awesome but the metal bit snapped in my iPad Air 1

    • Written by Aimee S from Katanning

Ok so I decided to use them because they came with my parents iPhones (April - May 2016). I instantly loved them because of their awesome quality of sound. On a downside I saw that there was an accumulation of eat wax in the mesh part. Just last week they started not working but, I could still use them if Would hold them. I looked at the metal part and noticed that it is bent. I went to take it out coz it wasn't working and I saw that the metal snapped and half of it was stuck in the hole. I ended up getting my dad to pull it out and now I am stuck with using cheap headphones that people gave me. Until I get the money to buy a pair of them (I am a student who is in year 9) when I am in the city (which is over 2 weeks away)

    love them, but....

    • Written by Laura B from Patterson

The audio quality and fit are fantastic but they have the unfortunate ability to break very easily. I feel like they break within 2 years at the most but due to the great fit i need to buy new ones and as someone who doesn't make a great deal of money, it isn't great. They has have a problem of accumulating ear wax within the mesh after a few months of use.
