    Awful product and service

    Product worked well for three months, Then left ear started not connecting and then did not connect at all. Call Them they told me they would replace them because they are malfunctioning. Thought they were just give me a new pair but instead I had to drop them off and wait for them to send me refurbished ones I’m guessing. Wouldn’t it just makes sense to give the customer a new pair being that you sold the malfunctioning ones the more frustrating thing is that it’s been five days I still have no headphones and I’ve been called into the store two times to pick them up and when I get there and they tell me they’re still missing one of them waste of time and headache thanks Apple

    Left side not working after a couple use

    My Airpods battery went out and I proceeded to charge it. After this, the left side stop working completely. I tried to clean them, reset, every possible things I could, and it just really frustrating when something this expensive go to waste only after a couple of uses. Other users are beyond correct to said HOLD OFF to buy this before Apple perfect it. They really did rush this release. Do yourself a favor and save money guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    AirPods2 working out

    I really want to like these! However, they are so frustrating to work out in --they fall out no matter the size, they slip with sweat , they do not sync easily with outside devices like a Pelaton bike & you have to use Siri to change the volume. The sound quality is amazing; I really hope Apple looks to make a "sport" air pod that is functional for runners and active pursuits

    Left airpod stopped working!

    I've probably used these only a handful of times when the left side went out. Unbelievable.

    What a waste of time, money, and energy that could have been spent better elsewhere.

    This product is aweful. This is now the second pair of air pods I have purchased. Why second you ask? Well because the first pair broke.... for the EXACT REASON THE SECOND PAIR DID. I had my first pair of AirPods for about 4 months when the left earphone began getting quiet. I put up with it until it got to the point where I couldn’t hear anything out of it. So I bought the second pair. And here I am, 6 months later, writing a bad review on this product because the second pair did the Exact. Same. Thing. If I am going to be spending near 200 dollars on a pair of head phones, I better get quality out of the product. Not just purchasing the product to look cool. If I could get a response, I’d love to chat with someone about it! Thank you.

    Worthless trinket - DON'T BUY this product

    Bought them in June, in October the lid will no longer close the charger (the lid keeps going up) and the apple technician asked what did you do with it...Ironically I said, 'apparently went to war with it. Fought ISIS in the middle-east while carrying the AirPods with me in the front.' They wanted to make me pay 69 dollars + tax to get it fixed. A few months ago I bought them for 200 dollars. I said I will never give a penny more. DON'T BUY this worthless trinket.

    It was a mistake buying these headphones. They do not reconnect well after connecting with other apple products. I wish they would have said that in the description.

    Disconnect after 30 sec

    After one year use, it starts disconnecting calls within 30 secs. Listening to music is ok, but when using the mic it disconnects very soon. I did all the tips on the web trying to fix it but none of them works. A lot of people have exactly the same issue and the answer on the community is to call apple support. However, there is no repair, it is replacement which charges you to buy a new pair as mine goes beyond 1 year warranty.
    Besides, there is also battery issue that it only lasts less than 1 hour while listening to music now. I love this product but feel very disappointed.

    The absolute WORST over priced glitchy mess of the decade

    I’m on my way to my fourth Genius Bar appointment because one pod consistently goes out. It’s the worst product. I’m so done w Apple. They just aren’t that great anymore. Ugh. So annoyed at this poorly constructed unreliable mess of a waste of a product.

    DON'T buy if you expect these to last. SERIOUSLY!!

    I'm not the type of person to write reviews, but these things really don't hold a charge after a while. Bought these when they first came out and the battery only lasts for 45 minutes before dying now. I talked to support and got quoted $155.95 to replace two earbuds without the charging case, when they costs $159 brand new w/ the charging case in the first place. Outrageous!! Seriously, I literally have every single apple product and this is the one product I cannot stand behind. I find myself using the wired earbuds, simply because they don't die out like these!

    terrible switching between devices

    I am not an audiophile - I just need things to work. These earphones always give me trouble switching between my imac and my iphone. They randomly drop connection to the device I am using. I spent the last 5 minutes telling it to connect to the imac - it connects and when I go to watch a movie, the connection drops. Or frequently at work I go to play music and the headphones will drop connection and play music over my speaker. Super annoying.

    Do not Buy

    I bought them at Walmart and I was very very upset with this product. Never again.
    They fit great but the sound quality is not good. The bass is not powerful like other headphones and the quality is not the best.
    I was just not happy with the headphones at all.

    Beware of the AirPods

    Here is the thing, the AirPods are great but then you have to know the issues you face and expensive future cost you face. For one, the are
    not great quality are updates, the volume will stay low for about two to three days, with a bunch of reconnecting and shutting down your phone. Two, find my phone (devices) only work when you using the AirPods. The moment you put them back into the case office line and that is the only location you will see. Three, charging life is low constantly after every charge. Four, of you lost or have them stole without Apple care purchase, you will spend another $159 plus taxes because Apple with not support despite replacement or purchases. Five, your not getting a brand new device. When I received mines they had another name from previous owner. Beware of what you are looking forward to, no one review the real information.

    I have had over the last 6 months 2 sets of AirPods and both of them have been far from adequate. Both pairs lasted 2 months before going extremely quiet, at first I was reluctant to go to Apple and I tried everything to try to fix them but nothing worked so I went to Apple and they replaced my faulty ones with new ones. These new ones lasted 2 months before going extremely quiet, so if you are looking to purchase AirPods, DON’T.

    Will never buy another apple accessory

    Been buying Apple phones since the 3 and I've never had any problems with them, and I'll never go to any other phone...but everything else always falls short and the Airpods are no different. I was given the Airpods as a gift and at first I was unsure because I usually hate the design of apple earphones, but to my surprise these were great and fit my ears perfectly. But as most apple accessory it didn't last. About a week later my music only started playing out of one ear at a time. I tried to fix it myself but had no luck, so then I read every article and watched every video there was about how to fix but still nothing worked. So in the end I messaged apple support who told me the same rubbish I read and watched, before ignoring my emails altogether. Then after weeks of still nothing I got so fed up I booted them into a river. A real shame I was let down again, I thought the pods would changed my mind about apple extras...but no. Still keep up the good work with the phones.

    Waste of money

    A complete and utter embarrassment for apple, these airpods are really bad and 100% not worth the money, because the second day of me purchasing them the audio kept going fuzzy on the loud base sounds. I’ve bought £30 wireless earphones which is way better than this

    Very Disappointed!

    Bought a pair and loved them for a few weeks. I started having trouble with the right one not holding a charge. Apple replaced it. Still had the same problem. They replaced just the case. I’m still having problems. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I would not recommend buying these. Too bad because I love all my other Apple products.
