      You must own this to game on the AppleTV!

      The gaming on the AppleTV was compelling enough for me to upgrade. The remote is fantastic but it isn't ideal for intensive gaming. My first game was Rayman Adv The gaming on the AppleTV was compelling enough for me to upgrade. The remote is fantastic but it isn't ideal for intensive gaming. My first game was Rayman Adventures. It worked possibly with the remote. Once I paired the Nimbus it took the game to a whole new level! I was able to work on mastering the game and not the controls. This is really mandatory for anybody that wants to seriously game with the new AppleTV. It brings the console experience to Apple!

      Fantastic/Beautiful Pro Gaming Controller!

      Received the controller in the mail today and was pleasantly surprised. The build quality and design far exceeded my expectations. Responsive and very comfortable to hold. Probably the best controller I've used. Feels so good. $49 really isn't that expensive for an incredibly designed, expensive feeling, easy to use product. For you guys whining about that lack of a charging cable, remember one came with your apple TV, iPhone, iPad, iPod etc. I'm pretty certain it's not that big of a deal to use that charging cable for a few hours per month to charge your controller. If you are worried because it's not "designed by Apple in California", just buy the thing! It is up to par with apple's design for sure.

      Great controller

      Bought this with my iPad Pro and it works amazing been playing DH5 and it's flawless with absolutely no lag, wish all games had the option for game pad support.

      SLEEK DESIGN

      Love the overall design of the remote. However, within two weeks of using my remote my $99 SteelSeries Nimbus Controller myleft joystick on the controller for some reason pulls to the left on its own while playing Asphalt 8. I ended up running to the Apple store to purchase the other remote that was cheaper. I purchased this remote when they first released, I see now they have the same remote for half the price. Womp womp womp.

      Inconsistent across devices

      Worked great with Apple TV games, however, since March 2018, all the games I used to play now crash on Apple TV so the game controller is collecting dust. Un Worked great with Apple TV games, however, since March 2018, all the games I used to play now crash on Apple TV so the game controller is collecting dust. Unlike the world of MAC's and PC's, the game controller is not a generic input device on an iPad like a keyboard. It only works through it's own app which means it can't be used for most games. So the Steel Series worked great, but the IOS on iPad doesn't provide a generic game controller interface. The whole reason an operating system (OS) exists is to provide interfaces to input and output devices. The bugs in Apple TV and compatibility between existing Apps and the ever changing IOS make inconsistent. This year the NFL app crashes constantly on Apple TV. Last year it worked perfectly.
