      Became unreachable

It has become unreachable and unable to pair again. It was fine and fun for two weeks. Will return it.

This device has never worked through Wifi and only via Bluetooth.

You require a "Home Hub" (Apple TV 4th gen+ or HomePod) to be pretty close to it for HomeKit to not have issues connecting. You can however program a schedule You require a "Home Hub" (Apple TV 4th gen+ or HomePod) to be pretty close to it for HomeKit to not have issues connecting. You can however program a schedule on the device via the Eve app to allow it to work without needing HomeKit automations. The biggest let down with this device is that you can't tell it to not turn on if it has rained. My device connects fine on iOS 12 and via the HomePod despite what other customers have said. As this device has never worked through Wifi and only via Bluetooth. I can turn this device on or off via 4G when away from home without an issue due to my HomePod being within 2 meters (other side of the wall) from it. I hope this clears some things up.
