Apple Composite AV Cable
Connect an iPod, iPhone or iPad to your television with the Apple Composite AV Cable, gather up your friends and watch videos or slideshows together on the big screen. You can also connect the Composite AV Cable to your stereo or powered speakers for a room-filling audio experience.
The Composite AV Cable connects to your device or Universal Dock via the 30-pin dock connector and to your TV, home cinema receiver or stereo receiver via the composite video and red/white analogue audio ports. The cable also features a USB connector that you can plug in to a power source.

I think I have found the answer. Instead of accessing iplayer through the iplayer app, do it throug I think I have found the answer. Instead of accessing iplayer through the iplayer app, do it through safari. This seems to work for me. Good luck

I have a new Toyota AyGo which has a MirrorLink display. I'm told you need to use the Appincar. Where do I get the special cable?

Unfortunately, MirrorLink is only compatible with the Iphone 4 and 4S.

Trying to get it working with anything newer, is just going to leave you with hours of frustration.
Best option is to email Pioneer and Toyota to complain.

To make the audio sound better set your iphone4 to mono otherwise you'll only hear one channel of any stereo sounds.
Settings > General > Accessibility > Mono Audio "ON"
I found out how to fix the sound issue when I was trying to connect my iphone4 to a mono input on a PA Amplifier.

Sorry, the answer is "nope" assuming that you are asking if you can press the Interactive Board to c Sorry, the answer is "nope" assuming that you are asking if you can press the Interactive Board to control the finger gesture on your iPhone. The AV Cable will output video & audio. Since the Interactive Board requires the USB to be connected to a computer with the necessary driver to work, there is no way to control the iPhone. The USB cable is for charging and syncing with iTunes only.
