      Terrible.

      Do NOT buy these they broke after only 1 year of having them! There were ALWAYS a trouble connecting them.

      worst costumer service + the break without even using them

      I have the beats solo 2, not 3. And I usually never use them because I get headaches if I use them more than 30 min or so. I decided to use them and surprise! j I have the beats solo 2, not 3. And I usually never use them because I get headaches if I use them more than 30 min or so. I decided to use them and surprise! just one side worked. Which was weird because this expensive headphones are supposed to be great quality and they are supposed to last! even more if you barely use them. I contacted costumer service and the person I had the online chat with (LANCE), Told me they were out of warranty and that I have to pay $129 to get them fixed. And when I told him that was too much, that why did they break when I usually never use them , his response was : - so what to you expected to happen ? - . I didnt like this comment, because im already telling him i think 129$ is too much to get fixed a product that is very expensive and that it is supposed to be of great quality and that it should last more than a year in perfect conditions. Costumer service agents should be more kind! Dont buy this product if you dont want to pay almost half of the price again after one year!
