Personal Engraving impact on return policy?
If I get the case engraved, will I still be able to return it within 14 days? Or is it non-refundable

If it is from Apple's official online store, Apple will honor their 14 day return policy and 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If it's a non-Apple engraving, it will void the return and warranty policies.
