    Surprisingly Protective!

    • Written by Austin K from Atoka

I didn’t expect this case to be too protective, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Due to the plastic being used, it’s a scratch magnet. There’s no getting around that, but it’s your phone that needs to be protected anyway, and it performs as promised. I got the iPhone XR around March and have been using this case along with it since then. I’ve dropped this thing about 10 times give or take. All these drops have been on either concrete or hardwood floors, and the case takes all the force. Overall I am very pleased with how this case has held up.

Disclosure: My case did come with a couple of cracks at the top near the camera portion of the plastic. Apple gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the case as well. Even with those cracks, the case has worked perfectly fine. Just a cation for you guys out there looking into this case. If you do have cracks, Apple will refund you more than likely.

    Stylish Otterbox Protection

    • Written by Charles S from Bossier City

    Otterbox can surprise you sometimes.

This case doesn't make bubbles on the back of my iPhone like other cases do. It provides Otterbox protection, is clear on the back and creates Apple A-peel with my yellow iPhone XR.

This case is not scratch resistant.

    Darn good for the price.

    • Written by Steve E from San Antonio

For an Otterbox protective case, this is NOT going to protect your phone from dropping and smashing. What this IS going to do is cover your nice new iPhone XS pretty tight, fairly slim, nice looking, easy feel keys and touch, looks good and that's what I want in a case. I don't need pretty, I need feel, good protection and slim. For the dollar, pretty darn good.

    Bulky Protection

    • Written by Matthew T from Montréal

The Otterbox does, as you'd expect from them, provide a hefty sense of protection for the phone. But this comes at the price of a little bulk. The XR in it's case is markedly thicker than the 6S in an Apple Silicone case.

It's easy to remove and insert the phone, the buttons add a little resistance but not too much. The leather accent aids grip but you'll probably want to pair with a screen protector to properly secure your new phone from all sorts of drops and scrapes.
