Does this have to be plugged in to use or does it have a rechargeable battery?

    Power cord must be plugged into an outlet. There is no rechargeable battery.

  • Yes, it has to be plugged in; but the current draw if very low, so I expect someone will come out with a battery pack/power converter some day that will work. It is so small and portable, it would be a shame to have to tether it when out doors...

  • Must be plugged in. Although I believe that there is power banks out there that can support an normal wall plug.
