Not connect to my phone properly, every time I have to reset and reconnect

I found that the connection between my phone and the ear pod is really poor. Every time I switched on the Bluetooth and the ear pod cannot be connected. Last few times I press the pod case button to reset then it connected again but today I tried lots of time including reset they pod and restart the phone. Still not working. So hope someone can help me....
