Does the lightning connector use for connecting the EarPods mean that you can no longer listen to music on your phone and charge it at the same time?

    No,you can't charge your phone and listen to music or be on head Phones.Apple just removed the 3.5mm headphone jack. If you need to use your own headphones that don't have a lightning connecter they give you a small adapter that has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

  • No, you still can using the new stereo speakers on iPhone 7 or with bluetooth headphones!

  • Sadly, yes. If you'd want to do that you have to either have a special adapter that has dual lightning ports or use wireless headphones and charge you iPhone at the same time.

  • You can't use these EarPods if you're charging your iPhone with your lightening cable. But you can play music using the built in speakers. They've really improved them on the iPhone 7 & iPad Pro...they sound pretty great!
