Are these 5hz ear pods
Need to use specific 5 hz EarPods. Was wondering if these match my specification. Thank you

If I'm understanding you correctly, you need a pair of headphones that can produce frequencies as low as 5 Hz. Assuming this is an accurate understanding of the problem, you'll need to look elsewhere.
I read somewhere else on this Q&A community that the frequency response goes down to 5 Hz, however, that is a rather misleading specification. For all practical purposes, these headphones are incapable of producing sub-bass frequencies (below about 40 Hz). What you need are a pair of wide-range studio headphones, and in order to get down to 5 Hz, you'll probably need to pay a hefty price for it.
The Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones retail for $100 and only go down to 8 Hz, which, for the price, is surprisingly low. I don't think there are any Sennheiser headphones that produce frequencies any lower than 8 Hz. Audio-Technica's ATH-M70x ($300), list a frequency response from 5 Hz to 40 kHz, but that's a lot to pay unless you're really serious about that 5 Hz spec.
Of course, us humans can't really hear frequencies below 20 Hz, so the most you'll be able to do with 5 Hz is feel a rumbling sensation, which is something you can get for a lot less in the HD 280 Pro. So, I'd recommend rethinking that 5 Hz specification, unless I totally misunderstood your question, in which case I'll need some clarification.
