Do these work with 2 way switches?

As the other answer indicated, you can install this as a standard switch and use a pico remote as a 2nd/remote switch (I believe you have mount it on the wall so it appears to be a normal switch). But it does not have a carrier wire for wiring to 3-way switches, so you can't connect to an existing conventional 2+ switch setup without replacing all switches.

If you mean 3-way (2 separate switches/dimmers, one light), then yes. Only one dimmer is required and the load and light are both connected to the one dimmer. The other "dimmer" is simply just a pico remote that communicates wirelessly to the first dimmer... no power required. You can add multiple pico remotes to make it a 4-way, 5-way and so on.
