That will depend on where the music is coming from.
If you have loaded the music directly on to your device then no, there will not be any data charges.
If you are using Music Match (or some other cloud service) and store all your music in cloud and are playing the music from the cloud then there will be data charges as the music needs to be transferred from the cloud to your device.
If you are using services like Apple Music or Internet based radio stations then yes, there will be data charges as the music needs to be transferred from the cloud to your device.
