Should I get a low end 13 inch 2011 MBP or a low end 15 inch MBP?
Hello. I'm a graduating senior from high school and I feel that I can't keep up with desktops anymore because primarily, I'm concerned with the portability of things once I attend college. Right now, my current situation is this: I live off an 11 inch laptop. It's petty decent. I mean, I don't know how I'm living off of it right now but miraculously, I am. I surf the web A LOT, as in, totally like YouTube and Facebook and twitter and all sorts of sites I need for assignments. I still do projects and home works that require me to use a plethora of applications like ms word and power points and movie makers. Presently, I'm working on a movie that's needed to be submitted on my small laptop. I need power but not that much. I just need enough to get the job done. I also use video converters and I watch movies all the time. I also love to play music and use iTunes a LOT since I have an iPad and an iPod touch. So, the problem is, with my current situation, should I get the 13 inch, which is fairly okay or the 15 one to assure myself that I could use this laptop for over 5-7 years? I will be attending a biology course in college, so, I don't know if any of the sizes would relate to me. Also, I play games occasionally if I have time. Like, the sims 3 or plants vs zombies, nothing big. My parents could spend if I gave them a reason enough for them to buy a 15 inch. But, I'm still on the fence about it. Help me please :D and thanks!
Ps. The 15 inch is basically for the casual games, rendering of animations but not too often, movie projects, and some other things.

I am a college student as well and was debating between the 13" and 15". Price wise the 13" is ideal for a college student, but I plan on having my Macbook Pro for awhile, so I said "Go big or go home" so I purchased the 15" and it suites me perfectly. I listen to tones of music and have a lot of documents from school on it as well. The 15" is not heavy at all, the size is perfect, it slides snug inside of my small backpack. So personally from a college students point of view, I would buy the 15" Macbook Pro.
