    USB-C is USB 3.0 and USB-A is the regular rectangular side of a USB 2.0. A C to A cable is a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 cable, so yes, though it would be extremely slow.

  • You would need a cable not included to connect to USB 2. I think it is a different shape than the USB-A or USB-C.
