Hi! It’s actually only the wireless charging feature. Both of these on the Apple Store are the 2nd Generation, featuring the new H1 chip with “Hey Siri” and the faster connectivity and audio quality. If you look in the description and tech specs, both the $159 and $199 feature the same AirPods, with the only difference being the charging case.
