    Worst purchase I’ve ever made

I knew something was wrong when I found myself watching YouTube videos on how to put these in my ears. I’ve given them many chances over the past couple weeks I’ve had them, each more disappointing than the next as I realize these things won’t ever stay in my ears and the sound quality is mediocre at best. Ive has $20 headphones with better sound/base than these (even with their app). I spend my runs shoving them back in my ears every thirty seconds, despite trying each of the three fits and following the directions for “locking” them in my ears or whatever. I don’t know about you but I sweat when I exercise, rendering the suction cups as useful as melting butter. They slide out almost constantly. The only way they stay in is if I put the smallest cup size on them and shove them into my ear, where they uncomfortably (even painfully) suction and I have to max the volume to hear my music. The app is a waste of time. I wish they had spent the time and money used developing their pointless app into making quality athletic headphones. 9/10 I end up just carrying them the duration of my activity. Do not buy these headphones unless you want to waste your time and energy. Doubt I’ll even be able to return these. Money down the drain.

    No Stars - Very Disappointing

I cannot get my Freedom 2 to pair with my iPhone via bluetooth. I see from other posts on-line that this is common problem! I have tried countless resets, re-booted iPhone, Apple Watch & earphones. I followed the instructions and on other posts. All without success. What a waste - Avoid !
