    Great charger

Charges up my iPhone 7 Plus much faster than the iPhone charger.

Don't listen to reviewers complaining that the unit gets hot - these people have no idea how a transformer works. Chargers always get hot, and the higher the wattage the hotter they get. There is nothing unsafe about this unit, at all.

Miracle charger. Really. Charges even devices that failed to charge before.

I have a BlackBerry Passport that failed to charge for a few months now. I simply forgot about it as I use an iPhone. Today, I decide to try and charge it with the iPad charger. Guess what? It works. So does with the iPad, iPhone (a lot faster), Kindle and everything else. It is not a big deal, it is a wall charger but it is the best I've ever used. It is the kind of charger you want to buy extra just to have one around the house. And even if I have about a dozen USB chargers around the house, I primarily use this one. Apple, no matter what you do, don't kill this charger. I simply haven't found anything that works as good on the market. I can find third party cables, I can find docks but this is the only charger that also charges BlackBerry and I've tried many. I don't know how it does it but it simply works.

It works for both your iPhone, iPad and doesn't give out too much voltage

I am able to use my Apple charger for my iPhone SE and iPad without too much voltage going to my iPhone or too much voltage going to my iPad when charging it. Meaning I like the product because I can use it for all of my Apple devices.

    Needs an adapter

This kit is not suitable for iPhone 7 chargers and this was not mentioned at point of sale. A $A29 adapter is needed as well and I didn't realise this until after I had looked inside the box. I just assumed that, if an adapter was needed, it would have been included in the kit. After all, it is called 'World Travel Adapter Kit' so one would assume all adapters would be included.

Check your wall plug, not the charger

There DO are times when the charger gets hot, but it is probably the problem with the wall plug. When the connection isn't stable, there are little sparks that can heat the whole thing up. You might not notice, but using a external cable or a power strip will solve the problem. IF the problem stills, check your connection cord.
Also, WallPlug AND Connection Cord needed to be checked.
I am a Apple lover, and I trust its quality.

    Stopped Working

My charger suddenly stopped working after 2 years. I seldom use it as I usually charged my iPad using iPhone charger. Apple please improve it.

    What is the problem???????

I've gone through many of these chargers and I'm not alone. How can something so simple be so complicated to the worlds biggest and most successful tech companies? There is no excuse.

Charges iPhone & iPad Air SUPERFAST!

I have purchased many adapters and cables that are not genuine Apple products & they all fail 2 weeks later. This Apple adapter works great & charges my iPad Air & iPhone6 so fast! Yes, the adapter gets hot. However last time I checked, there is electric flowing through the adapter. Just like a light bulb or TV, anything with an electric currant flowing through it can get hot. I have used the same adapter for 2 years so it last long & gets the job done! I just wish Apple would make fashionable versions so there are choices other than just white. I highly recommend this adapter as it is very efficient and at just $19 USD it is very affordable. Thank you! Team Apple all day

I've had the iPad, iPad Air, and now iPad Air 2 as well as most of the phones including the first iPhone, now have iPhone6. Love the product but with my iPad air2 my charger gets so hot I can't leave it overnight just in case it causes my home to burn. This is really not a good advertisement to buy Apple goods also my iPad air2 itself gets very hot. Why is this Apple? I get apprehensive when my iPad gets hot so switch it off. Shouldn't have to do this. It seems as though this is not just my problem but a general one. What is Apple doing about it? Are they in denial? Hope it doesn't turn out like the hover stuff.

Never happened with the previous Apple pads and phones. Only rated it 3 stars because of the heating problems I am having, product itself is really good to use.
