    BAD!!!!!

I purchased theses poor quality headphones about a year ago .. exactly 1 month past the warranty. Now it's only workng on the right side the left side is dead. And I've never seen a costumer support that bad and unprofessional like this befor. I really regret the day that I purchased this headphone. Overpriced for nothing. I should have purchased cheap ones that probably would last longer.

    Will not stay charged

I bought for work out purposes only. After fully charging they only work for maybe 3 hours tops. Purchased 6/1/17 and this is my 2nd time mailing them back for the same reason. These headphones are not worth it. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN.

Breaks for no reason, repair is same cost as new headphones

I've had these for 1 year 1 month now, and was really enjoying them. I mostly used them when at work or on walks, not during sweaty workouts/intense activities, or severe weather. Yet they just stopped working (power button is unresponsive, and I've tried suggested troubleshooting), which is an unacceptable amount of time to last given the price and my use habits. Because the warranty has been up for a month, the repair costs $200 plus shipping, while I could get a brand new pair for ~$250. I would have bought another pair in a couple years if this hadn't happened, as despite some of the negative reviews I was a fan of Beats. But given the lack of durability and customer service, I now plan to switch headphone brands.

    Very impressed

To be honest I have always been curious about acquiring these headphones but the price has always kept me away. Now that I received them as a gift, I have to kick myself for not getting some sooner. The quality and noise cancellation is above average. You can literally put these on and immerse yourself in another world whether it be music, a movie or a good audio book. The fact that these also fold up and come in a protective hard case is another plus for this model. For the price, these should be protected as well as cherished. No issues with setting up the headphones when it came to the bluetooth connection. Very simple to do. Overall, I have to say that these headphones have definitely impressed someone who never really gave Beats a chance when they first hot the market. Now my family can add a wonderful set of headphones to our already established list of Beats products. I look forward to enjoying these for years to come. Thank you for a quality product.

    Quality of Product

I bought 2 Beats Wireless Studio headphones about 1 1/2 years ago.

Both of them are now having the material around the earmuffs peeling off.

At the kind of prices you are paying for these headphones, you would expect that the material used to make the headphones would be better, and that they would last longer before deteriorating in such quick fashion.

Apple used to pride itself on making really good quality products. However, from the many reviews on the website, it can be seen that the quality of headphones leave a lot more to be desired.

To say that I am disappointed with having spent good money on such products is the mildest understatement ever.

Ear Pads costly to replace after 2 year warranty expires.

Bought the Studios just over 2 years and happy with the sound the wireless connection and comfort. Just after the 2 year warranty ran out the ear pads started to crack badly. Spoke to beats and while its a great product, the repair side of things to have a quote to replace the pads at $280. Very disappointed. I know you can go online and pick up a generic for 10-20. If beats is reading this, you should design the next studios and be able to purchase pads separately as accessories and to be able to fit them yourself like the bose and other brands on the market.

    Design issue with the earpieces

I take very good care of my purchases and the Dre Beats Studio headphones were no different. Shortly after purchasing them the leather on the earphones came apart to which they were warrantied. The 2nd time the issue came up Apple wouldn't warranty them. As per the comments of the gal at the Apple store, the rest of the headphones were in immaculate shape and clearly they were well taken care of. Having read some of the other reviews on Apple and Amazon this seems to be a design/product issue where the glue/adhesive doesn't hold up to normal use. Personally I have greater expectations of product longevity and warranty after spending almost $300 on headphones. Go with Bose or another product if you want a better quality and hopefully Apple will honour warranty issues with other accessory products beyond Dre Beats.

Overpriced stylish not so good headphones

I was intrigued by the concept of the beats x and I bought them after reading a few enthusiastic reviews but it is a shame I could not test them beforehand. In general they work pretty fine, bluetooth pairing is quick and not tricky, the connectivity has no major issues BUT the sound of the headphones is painful bad. I compared them directly to my 3 ears old ear pods which were packaged with my last iPhone and the beats x could not excell. The volume is extremely lower at the beats x, the sound is not that rich and therefore they are for me not worth the money. The only pro of these headphones is the cut of the cord, but therefore the price difference is too high, I will sell them as fast as I can. Sorry Apple another flawed high priced product you did in the last years, like with the castrated macbook, the new macbook pro with no real enhancement except a small graphical bar above the keyboard....I have been really impressed by Apple products a few years ago, but currently it is a little hard to keep that enthusiasm.

    PAINFUL

Typical scenario of a celebrity endorsed item.. clearly no one tested these prior to producing them. within 10 minutes of wearing, your ears hurt. I physically cannot wear them for longer than 30 minutes, there is too much pressure put on your ears that your ears hurt, become sore, and it even starts to make my jaws hurt. I thought in the beginning it was because they were new, but a year later and I still can't wear them without it hurting. The sound is good, but I've had Bose and other high quality earphones that blew these out of the water because of how discomforting they are. I had hoped they would get better but they are just extremely poorly made. I have small, female ears as well as the ear speakers on these are smaller than other brands and they still hurt like crazy. Save your money.

Keep breaking, keep bringing them back

I purchased these for a gift and have had to bring them back twice for not working. Once not charging, once microphone broke. What a pain to have to keep returning these! What is the problem?? Common guys, this is obviously a problem.. read the ratings.

LEFT EAR NOT WORKING AFTER 28 DAYS

I had a bad experience with the beats studio wireless (matt black one). They really look awesome and the sound quality is great, but I was surprised to experience this inconvenient situation while attending an online course, an issue came up; where the left ear was not working and I had to read about this issue. After almost 30-45 mints of trails for different proposed solutions (Reset the headphones, check sounds settings in PC, remove cable and put it again, connect it to the charger, other silly solutions), It worked again but I have no clue which solution worked out (I think the option of removing the cable and reconnecting it again was the one which worked after maybe 10 times of unsuccessful trials). Anyways, I don't really understand how could there be quality-related issues in a $400 headphones! But, I don't recommend it to anyone!

The Absolute Best Bluetooth Headphones, or the Best Headphones Period.

I have spent more time engineering sound than I have doing likely anything else. I fell in love with these headphones the first time I listened to them. I care about sound. Range, depth, clarity and the reality of how the sound being played is heard. First and foremost, the reproduction of whatever you're listening to is incredible. If your'e listening to a band; you're standing in front of that band. If you're listening to a vocalist; they're singing that song to you. Rap; you're there while it was mastered in that microphone. Beats, rhythms, drums or percussive productions put you in a seat next to the person who made them. Add the beautiful style, comfort, BT, and the included accessories and Beats Studio Wireless may be the best Headphone ever made. I know sound, but these know it better.

    sound is great but

sound is great .. i love to listen the whole day but the mail problem is if your charge is finished you cannot just plug in your mac with extra jack wire ( not the charger wire ) and listen .. you have to put on charge again to work.. just that was the worst part. otherwise it will be great

Feel the Music. Not the Wires.

One of the highest quality of sound and quality in the entire beats range. Brings both seamless integration and high performance. Regular updates keep the beats in-check and work perfectly with any of my Apple devices.

    Rubbish headphones

I got these for christmas and for the first 3 days they worked fine but then stopped working due to a manufacturing defect. I've tried to get them sent into repair for a month but beta have failed to collect them for repair. A complete waste of hundreds of pounds to which I am still waiting for them to be repaired. Do NOT buy these headphones!!!
