    Working out, travel, painting

Though i've had an issue with hearing over the phone everything else is amazing. They're my second pair of wireless Beats (1st Space Grey now Beats Solo 3) and i'd never use any other headphones. Super loud and easy to carry.

They were good- for about 12 months

I loved these headphones- the sound, the noise cancelling, the design.. I'm just disappointed that the happiness didn't last, guess it just wasn't meant to be. The right cup, where it meets the head band, it's cracking. Other headphones usually put a privet there, suppose specifically for this reason. I don't know how long until it falls completely off but I assume it to be soon- also, the faux leather padding is peeling like an old couch. I even attempted to super glue it back together D: I mean- $400 aud.. expected at least a 4 or 5 years out of them. I'm not mad- just disappointed. I have to save and break the bank all over again for something with the same sound and cancelling but can keep up with me.

Apple/Beats - Poor Quality Poor Durability

Bought Beats Studio wireless at BestBuy a year ago...paid ~$400. Sound is great. Travel 4-5 days/week. 6 months after purchase, the leather covering ear piece separated, exposing foam on inside of headphones. 1 month later, the headphone band chipped then broke, and now I have 1" x 1" break exposing inner components of headband. Apple wants $150+ to repair, but I expect that durability will be the same...so no go. I'll wear them until they crumble to pieces - which should not be too long from now based on history...but they still sound great. When I replace, I'm headed back to Bose cause in addition to sound, quality is paramount and at $400...and I do NOT abuse them...they should last longer than a year.

    Charger messed up

I had my wireless beats for a little over 2 months and the battery suddenly stopped charging last week. I tried resetting them and it still won't charge. For how much they cost, I was expecting them to last more than 2 months and change. All my friends had bad terrible beat experiences. Shoulda listened to them. Smh

    Not worth the money

I thought these Beats were the greatest thing in the world taking them out of the box. i used them for 10 months doing running, weight lifting etc, but nothing very damaging to the headphones at all. In no time the leather on the earpieces was peeling off. They now look terrible peeling off and the white is brownish. To fix they it would cost me 100$ plus shipping..

    Not too happy!!

I have had my Studio Beats for about 2.5 months. Everything is fine except the plastic material covering the earphones are coming apart. I use them for travel and the gym. I cant use them now because it will only get worse. I am deployed and now have to wait another four months to send these back because my receipt and packaging are at home. I am very disappointed in the quality to have them come apart after using them for two months. The price is too high for this to be happening. Other than that, I love the way they sound, look and operate...but does me no good when I can not use them...Next time I will read more reviews to make my decision.

    Studio Wireless

These are the best HeadPhones I've ever used! They work perfect on Blue-Tooth and the battery life lasts a long time. I would suggest getting these because they are 100% worth the money. I think the reason the others are complaining is because they bought theirs from a bad place. Again, Great HeadPhones and I think you should buy them.

    Poor quality, broke 1x/yr

Be warned, these will cost you more in the long run. I invested in these as a tool for online school. I intentionally spent more than I needed to because I thought the overall value would be higher. At this price, I was expecting them to last 3-4 years with minimal/no quality issues. The first year the ear cups came apart at the seams and had to be sent in for repair, which takes 1-2 weeks turnaround. Being in an accelerated, online school program meant that this was more than just an inconvenience, it would impact my productivity. After communicating this, Apple did the right thing and replaced them that day and I figured all is well that ends well and was prepared to consider this an outlier. I was wrong. Less than 12 months later, the charging port came loose on the brand new pair (apparently a known issue, along with the fall-apart ear cups) and they wouldn't charge. Taking them in again, I was informed that any repair would be for cost ($150 up front regardless of the issue/cost to repair). They went by the original purchase date which meant that I was out of warranty and out of luck. So frustrating.

Granted, this review is not for the customer service I received (which was above and beyond) but specifically for the headphones. At this point I went with another brand because the way I see it, I'm going to dump $150/yr into headphones on top of the inconvenience. I'm not the customer trying to scam apple for a new pair of headphones every year. I just expect that after paying $400 for headphones, the quality matches the price. Apparently we're all just paying for Apples' acquisition cost of Dr. Dre's brand name. Do yourself a favor and get some headphones that match quality with price.

    Not worth the money

Let me start by saying these headphones sound great, however I am giving them 2 stars because they are uncomfortable after about 40 minutes and the sound randomly cuts out when connected to bluetooth. My ears always hurt after using these for a longer period of time. I bought these to watch movies on my MacBook but the connection issue was annoying me so much that I am now back to using my apple headphones which sound almost as good as these beats. I have had these for almost a year now and am very disappointed.

    Do not hold up

First of all sound quality is excellent, but these will not hold up the ear pieces started flaking off after a few months and then the headband broke after barely a year and the price I paid was $379 for the beats studios 2 and I wanted to repair them and I could buy a new pair for what they will repair them! No one wanted to help me find a solution! Very dissatisfied with product and customer service! DO NOT BUY! I have sonys now and the sound quality is great and much cheaper! I thought buying top of the line meant quality but not in this case with product or service just top of the line price!

    not a safe purchase

Do yourself a favor and find another brand to sink nearly $400 into. I had been a long time beats customer and was very satisfied with them until they switched to apple. I have purchased the tour 1’s, the tour 2’s, the studio 1’s, the studio 2 wireless, and the portable beat box (roughly $1,500. worth of products)

I received a replacement pair of studio wireless’s after my original pair cracked above the ear cuff (a very common for those of you who don’t know, and not the result of abuse) and the replacement pair did the exact same thing. I tried to get another replacement, for what is obviously a reoccurring problem and found out that the warranty doesn’t cover replacement headphones! The crack was on a single panel of plastic that would literally take all of 10 minutes to replace and I was quoted $200 for the repair, not including shipping. $200 for a mere piece of plastic? For an issue that is not my fault? I think not. Beats has lost a loyal customer due to their subpar customer service.

And by the way, the sound quality is good; but for $400 dollars you can find much better.

Spend $1,500 at a company and they thank you by trying to squeeze another $200 out of you. Bose here I come.

Sounds good with Macbook, not so well with Samsung S6

The main problem with these headphones is they don't have a standalone volume control, so if you have source audio that is maxed out at some level, it plays on these headphones as a fairly midling level volume. if not for this I might give this a solid 3.5.

My specific use case is attempting to watching Netflix on a Samsung Galaxy S6 with BeatsStudio Wireless headphones -- the audio is just below the comfortable hearing level, even if I jack up the volume to the max.

Sound quality with a Macbook pro is good, as is audio volume level. However, for the $380 price tag, I expect stellar compatibility with any phone that supports bluetooth. On a side note, at the moment of this writing, the "Contact Apple Support" website section on Beats is completely empty and sends you back to the same page over and over, except for the "Feature Questions" area, which sends you to a support person who, unfortunately, can't do anything about this issue since it's not really a hardware problem, it's a software defect.

    Love these headphones but...

These headphones are awesome, great to workout in! But, there's a common issue with them, the left side becomes low and statically. (troll the internet and you'll find it's a common issue, which should make it recall instead of a warranty issue) apple is refusing to fix it for free unless it's under warranty! Also I, wish that the headphones work without power and just the cord. So beware of these issues. I still love them!

    Proud owner of beats.

I'm always impressed by beats. I am a proud owner of beats this is my 7th pair. Comparison to the old studios these blow them out the water. The sound is very crisp, the headphone looks sexier then ever, and the base OH YEAH THE BASS IS CRACKING! Do yourself a favor, if you do not own a pair of beats and never have, these are the come to headphones. You will not be disappointed. Oh btw these blow the every other beats headphones out the water esp the iconic solo's.

    GO WITH BOSE

Bought Titanium Studio Wireless for $379 at Apple Store. Didn't work out of the box. Fixed. Used for 6 months (desk use, nothing more), then they quit charging. Sent in for repair, now they want $200 to "repair" them when they are under warranty less than a year old. I regret my decision of Beats over Bose so much now. Terrible quality with even worse support. 1 star. Should've known when they didn't work out of the box...

    Incredible quality!

Great pair of quality headphones for someone looking for a stylish but functional pair. The noise canceling works very efficiently and the sound gets very loud. Not the best compared to cheaper alternatives but these will definitely grab the attention of others around you.

    Very disappointed

I have bought two pair of wireless studio headphones for my daughter and in less than a year they crack on the left side where the wires are exposed and the foam padding comes apart on both sides. This has happened with pair. I am very dissatisfitied and will never recommend beats nor purchase them again.
