    Disappointed

    I owned a pair of studio wireless since 2015 but i changed that with one new pair 2 weeks ago,saime colour,when i tried them at notice straight away that they change the volume of the headsets to say like 25 % less louder,very disappointed now when i listen to the new ones,they didn't compare with the last ones.from 5 start strait to one star ......

    Do not hold up

    First of all sound quality is excellent, but these will not hold up the ear pieces started flaking off after a few months and then the headband broke after barely a year and the price I paid was $379 for the beats studios 2 and I wanted to repair them and I could buy a new pair for what they will repair them! No one wanted to help me find a solution! Very dissatisfied with product and customer service! DO NOT BUY! I have sonys now and the sound quality is great and much cheaper! I thought buying top of the line meant quality but not in this case with product or service just top of the line price!

    volume

    Cant turn up volume on headphones. And my phone's volume is at it's max level and the beats headphone isn't loud at all. I mean i can hear the music it just is as loud as it should be.

    not a safe purchase

    Do yourself a favor and find another brand to sink nearly $400 into. I had been a long time beats customer and was very satisfied with them until they switched to apple. I have purchased the tour 1’s, the tour 2’s, the studio 1’s, the studio 2 wireless, and the portable beat box (roughly $1,500. worth of products)

    I received a replacement pair of studio wireless’s after my original pair cracked above the ear cuff (a very common for those of you who don’t know, and not the result of abuse) and the replacement pair did the exact same thing. I tried to get another replacement, for what is obviously a reoccurring problem and found out that the warranty doesn’t cover replacement headphones! The crack was on a single panel of plastic that would literally take all of 10 minutes to replace and I was quoted $200 for the repair, not including shipping. $200 for a mere piece of plastic? For an issue that is not my fault? I think not. Beats has lost a loyal customer due to their subpar customer service.

    And by the way, the sound quality is good; but for $400 dollars you can find much better.

    Spend $1,500 at a company and they thank you by trying to squeeze another $200 out of you. Bose here I come.

    Sounds good with Macbook, not so well with Samsung S6

    The main problem with these headphones is they don't have a standalone volume control, so if you have source audio that is maxed out at some level, it plays on these headphones as a fairly midling level volume. if not for this I might give this a solid 3.5.

    My specific use case is attempting to watching Netflix on a Samsung Galaxy S6 with BeatsStudio Wireless headphones -- the audio is just below the comfortable hearing level, even if I jack up the volume to the max.

    Sound quality with a Macbook pro is good, as is audio volume level. However, for the $380 price tag, I expect stellar compatibility with any phone that supports bluetooth. On a side note, at the moment of this writing, the "Contact Apple Support" website section on Beats is completely empty and sends you back to the same page over and over, except for the "Feature Questions" area, which sends you to a support person who, unfortunately, can't do anything about this issue since it's not really a hardware problem, it's a software defect.

    Love these headphones but...

    These headphones are awesome, great to workout in! But, there's a common issue with them, the left side becomes low and statically. (troll the internet and you'll find it's a common issue, which should make it recall instead of a warranty issue) apple is refusing to fix it for free unless it's under warranty! Also I, wish that the headphones work without power and just the cord. So beware of these issues. I still love them!

    Proud owner of beats.

    I'm always impressed by beats. I am a proud owner of beats this is my 7th pair. Comparison to the old studios these blow them out the water. The sound is very crisp, the headphone looks sexier then ever, and the base OH YEAH THE BASS IS CRACKING! Do yourself a favor, if you do not own a pair of beats and never have, these are the come to headphones. You will not be disappointed. Oh btw these blow the every other beats headphones out the water esp the iconic solo's.

    Great quality sound low quality parts

    I love the sound and the wireless Bluetooth on my beats. This is my 4th pair and the ear cushions always break from normal use I.e my 4th pair.... need to sell extra ear cushions. Kinda BS for 400 bucks...

    GO WITH BOSE

    Bought Titanium Studio Wireless for $379 at Apple Store. Didn't work out of the box. Fixed. Used for 6 months (desk use, nothing more), then they quit charging. Sent in for repair, now they want $200 to "repair" them when they are under warranty less than a year old. I regret my decision of Beats over Bose so much now. Terrible quality with even worse support. 1 star. Should've known when they didn't work out of the box...

    Incredible quality!

    Great pair of quality headphones for someone looking for a stylish but functional pair. The noise canceling works very efficiently and the sound gets very loud. Not the best compared to cheaper alternatives but these will definitely grab the attention of others around you.

    Very disappointed

    I have bought two pair of wireless studio headphones for my daughter and in less than a year they crack on the left side where the wires are exposed and the foam padding comes apart on both sides. This has happened with pair. I am very dissatisfitied and will never recommend beats nor purchase them again.

    Bad quality but good sound

    The housing is cheap plastic that broke with very minimal effort within a few months of receiving it. I sent it back under warranty but all they did was poorly fix the break, still won't fold properly and the mail lost my package for 4 months so by the time I got it back the warranty was over. The ear cushioning doesn't provide enough support and it squashes my ears, starts to hurt after wearing for too long. The cushioning is also coming apart at the seams and I have to use glue to keep it together. Other than that the sound quality is excellent but that's the only good thing. Not worth $400 personally and I'd ask for my money back if I could. I feel most of that price is solely for the brand name.

    Noise canceling

    The overall quality of the sound is great. The only problem, noise canceling. I got these as a Christmas gift and the noise canceling worked for about 2 days. After that, I could hear almost everything else around me when I had them on. I only used them as a leisure activity when I was about to go to sleep or when I was just laying around. I used them at about 1/2 volume or a little more than that. Very disappointing. But they still work if you like to hear everyother noise when you're trying to listen to music.

    Quieter

    I got this beats for Christmas but after 3 days the Left side was louder then the right. I'm going to take them to apple to see if I can get them fixed

    Poor Durability

    Bought these a couple of years ago and while they sound decent the headphone cushions began to fail within a year and while they were replaced free of charge, within the next year the lower headband fully snapped on the left side with the right hand heading the same way. Bluetooth connection works but will drop out occasionally, poor compared to alternatives of similar price range.

    Better than my solo 3's :)

    I have been buying beats ever since they came out. I've had the original solo, which were okay. The solo 2 were amazing! I got the studio wireless a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. Very, very loud, excellent quality. The bluetooth can reach pretty far actually! I got the white, only complaint would be that under high light, you can see micro scratches. :( What I love about these that the Solos don't have, is the "over-ear" feature, it makes it more comfortable!!! Makes a big difference! I charge mine once a week, using them about 2 hours a day, battery is okay, sucks that you have to use battery even when using the aux chord though! Awesome overall though!!

    Won't charge or turn on. Save your money!! (for now)

    I have read online and many, many people are faced with the same problem. Battery ran out and won't charge, indicator lights will flash but will not charge/turn on for more than 30 secs. All of the resets do not work (power + mute for 10 secs, 2 mins). I've tried every possible reset variation multiple times and all negative results. I've used only the beats charger with a 5v charger and kept great care of the product. This is not a problem with the charging port, but rather a problem internally. Paid $380 and these die out mid-way through my 16 hour flight at the beginning of my long-awaited vacation. Thanks a lot Apple.

    They NEED to update beats studio over-ear wireless. I don't care if it doesn't have an extended battery life, whatever it has now is totally fine. It should be updated to have a lightning connector, possible W1 chip, and fix this stupid internal issue of not turning on. This should be an easy problem to fix. Not waisting my money on these because they will break down internally for no reason at all.

    Beats worked fantastically until I drained the battery for the first time. Then there was no going back. So keep 'em charged!

    Best headphones ever!!!

    First I would like to say I've been listining to DRE since the 90's. After saying that, I head a chance to get these beats by the one and only Dr.DRE. I got the beats studio edition matte black wireless headphones. They are the best headphones I have ever owned. And I have owned my share of headphones. By far the best, by a long shot. Spectacular sound, noise reduction, and just superb style. Complements left and right all day long non stop. Just the real deal Holyfield. Just saying. BEATS BY DRE!!!!!!

    Pretty Good

    I got these headphones for my birthday for a discounted price and I've gotta say, they are pretty nice. I'm into really dark colors, so these matte black ones look amazing to me. Overall the build of these headphones are nice. The part under the band that sits on your head is comfortable and isn't that annoying. My only warning is that you shouldn't really be listening to music via Bluetooth at the max or second-to-max volume level because that's when you can hear loud thuds from the headphones, especially if you listen to bass-heavy music like me. Overall, these are a great pair of headphones but they are a bit pricey.
