    Don't last long

Don't last long before the sound drops out and you turn it up all the way to barely even hear it. onto my second pair and broken again do not buy

I had bought these a year ago and they have broken 4 times. The right ear piece has died for the fouth time and my warranty ran out. I bought them for 100 dollars and thought they could last longer than a 20 dollar pair.

Bought these thinking it would be good because of the brand name. Man was i wrong! The left earbud stopped working after 6 months and luckily enough, I got them fixed for free and they sent me a new one. Another year has passed now and the same problem occurs. The left earbud would stop working and you deal with it but then eventually, the right will give out as well. Tried to get it fixed but they only offered to repair it for 59$+tax. Use that money to buy better quality headphones. If you pay to have it fixed, its like having an annual fee to pay that rate just to fix your headphones.
Horrible by Apple/Beats By dre, will never buy their headphones again

    Quality sound, doesn't last long

I bought a pair of these and at first I was satisfied. After about 3 and a half weeks the right ear piece lost almost all sound. I've read similar reviews to the one I'm writing and I rolled the dice, and I regret it.

Great bass, great isolation, and very durable.

I've had these earphones in heavy use for half a year and I love them:

    - Deep, strong bass response--the best I've ever heard on any pair of earphones.
    - Good isolation from isolation in the environment--better than some older pairs of noise cancelling headphones I've had.
    - Very, very durable--Between heavy wear and keeping them in my pocket, earphones tend to break on me quite quickly. I haven't had that problem with these.
    - Comfortable to wear.
    - Good looking design (red and black!)
    - Great value!

    Good sound quality/awful durability

For a hundred bucks, you'd think you would get a quality product. For the few months while it worked, the sound was great. I liked the volume control & microphone built into the wire. But then one of the ear pieces will stop working. So you go into the apple store to get it repaired, they have to send it out & you gotta go the next few days with no ear buds or some inferior backups. This happened to me FIVE TIMES in the span of one year. Luckily it was still under warranty, but that is besides the point. I suspect what you are really paying for is the brand name: Beats & Apple. I doubt they will improve on this technology since Apple phased out headphone jacks. It is really disappointing the way Apple products have been heading lately. They are taking away more and more customer options (don't get me started on the removal of the 5 star rating system and Genius playlist abilities on the iPhone). If this continues, I won't be surprised if they lose their standing in the technology field and people flock to other brands.

    Plain Awful.

These didn't fit in my ears to begin with, and the sound wasn't terrible, but also not mind-blowing. I figured I could deal with that... Except today they went quiet. I've had them for about two weeks. Everyone I've talked to who has them says they go through about 5 pairs a year. In summation: these earbuds have wasted my time, which I find SUPER irritating.

Four pairs later and I finally insisted on a refund! Each pair had the same issue, one side stopped working after a few months and the last pair lasted less than a week before having the same issue. DO NOT BUY. Invest in Bose, you won't be disappointed. Apple sort this out and stop wasting our time and money! If I could these wouldn't even have got one star from me!

Seem to have the same technical issues

Had for less than a year. The left ear stopped working properly. Returned and replaced with a brand new pair. The very afternoon I picked them up they had the same problem. Must be a design issue. Not worth investing in if you don't want to spent all of your time queuing at an Apple store to get replacements!

Quality & Endurance not worth the cost!!

I have been using this headphones for 4 months now. Sound quality is alright compared to usual/normal headphones you can buy under £50. But 4 months into its life, both the speakers stopped working. I think its poor quality of wiring connection. I wouldn't recommend this, unless you want to keep changing headphones every 3-4 months. It does stick on your ears quite well during workouts/running. Liked the sleak design of the wires. But that's about it. Its just a pretty face and little sound quality. Its not for the long use!!

These are garbage don't buy them

Honestly, they are held together by hotglue.
~ You can hear every bug that flies by while you wear them.
~ They don't fit in the ear well, no matter what earbud I put on them.
~ the music sounds like its come out of a tin can
~ way overpriced for what you are buying.

I ignored the advice that these were terrible quality and only sell because they have Dre on the box. Don't ignore that. View as disposable.

Very good headphones besides breaking pretty fast

I bought these headphones a few months back and have to admit that the sound quality is really good. I'd say it particularly caters to fans of Hip-Hop, EDM and other bass heavy music. That being said, I waited a little before writing this review in order to test the durability of the headphones. Low and behold, the left ear piece has stopped functioning after regular use. In all, The sound quality is very good but don't expect them to last very long.

    They are disposable

I bought a second pair of these because the first ones just died. The second earphones just lasted about 2 years and my left earbud went silent. GONE.
DO NOT BUY THEM, it's a rip off for disposable earphones. I wish i could give it a worse rate. The sound is great but they are just disposable.

    They don't last!!!

So, I bought those UrBeats for $99, they died with light usage after 2 months. I did not like their sound quality as it was blurry and the bass was too much. I was expecting good earphones, but they were similar to $15 Earphones from other manufacturers. The microphone and those buttons did not work on any of my macs or my iPhone 5s. I do not recommend this piece of cheap aluminium and plastic to anyone...

    Ok but don't last long

I have been through 2 pairs of urbeats, they seem to last exactly a year and 1 week (until after your warranty expires). I look after them really well, always wrap them up in the case, and yet after a year in both instances (also two different generations) they seemed to start crackling when you move and eventually the sound just stopped. Generally I wouldn't care about replacing something once a year but given they are a $100 and not I won't be buying again.

    They fall off

So, I bought them 5 hour ago. I tried all the shapes but they fall off. I wouldn't pay 10$ for them...

    Not worth it

I got my first pair of urBeats for Christmas in 2014 and about 7 months after receiving them the left ear bud stopped working. For almost £80 you'd expect these to work for more than 7 months (and considering how much Beats big themselves up in the media). I contacted Apple and they happily allowed me to return them for a new pair. It was a quick and efficient service but that's not the point, the point is that they should never have broken in the first place. I'm not a rough handler of my urBeats, I'm careful with them so I was surprised to see them breaking already. Now I have my second pair and they have broken today, even this pair have not lasted a year. So I have come to the conclusion that this product is cheaply made and although they give good sound quality this positive aspect of them is very quickly dismissed due to them being fragile and oh-so-easy to break. I'm going to be looking at other brand's for my earphones now - Beats really need to review this product and they need to improve it.

    They don't last!

Got my first pair of Beats earphones for Christmas 2014. Had to take them back before the years warranty was up because the sound went in the left ear and came apart from the base. It's now April 2016 and I've had them back from Apple for 4 months and the sound has started to go on the left side again. I don't know whether it's because it's the side with the mic/volume control but whatever the reason it's a disgrace that such an expensive product would last for such a short period of time! My €2 Penneys earphones last longer!! Don't waste your money.
