    Low durability

The space Grey link has low durability, and even if you get it replaced which costs 550, it'll still have issues. I expect something with this cost to have a longer life span than 4 months

Do not Buy the Black Link Bracelet

I used it for a couple of months and I realised that the parts of the bracelet that rest on my leather surface work desk has faded off. I didn't expect such a poor quality for a product of £578.48 in such a short period of time.

This strap is truly a masterpiece of engineering, beautifully constructed with absolute perfection down to the nanometer. I've nearly had this bracelet for two years and it's showing no signs of wear. A perfect strap for any occasion.

The closest comparison is AP Royal Oak Stainless Steel Band

I own few watches and honestly new to the smart watch game. And purchased a Link Bracelet to go with my Stainless Steel 42mm Apple Watch 2. I must say, the quality and finish of this band is high-end. As on the topic, I can only compare this with AP Royal Oak Stainless Steel Band; which has the similar comfortability on your hand. Great stuff Apple.

Function and Style, 4 stars. Value for $, 2 stars

This is the nicest of the "Apple Bands" in my opinion. I like stainless bands, they can wear forever. Unlike many of the complainers here, I have not had problems with the finish, wearing, scratches other than what you normally expect. The look is sleek, the butterfly mechanism is okay, but honestly, I've worn better functioning bands - probably more expensive than this, though.

So in the end, it's a very solid, quality band that will last as long as you want it to. It doesn't scratch nearly as badly as some people say, and overall, I'm pleased. Now... for the money? I think it's overpriced, but it's an quality product and I guess you just have to feel like it's worth it. I first bought a knock-off for a fraction of the cost, but it really bugged me because it wasn't quite "there" in terms of quality. No regrets buying this, but don't expect anything earth shattering - it's just a good, solid, stainless band!

42mm Silver Link Bracelet expensive to buy on it's own £449.00

I was very luckly to have received my Silver Link Bracelet with my watch as a present. This is the bracelet I would have chosen and it works well.

Disapointed that a replacement clasp is not available to buy, one side of my clasp has broken and I do not want to pay £449.00 to replace the complete bracelet

    Still a great band

I've had this band for over a year and it still looks good. It does has "personality" scuff marks on it, but it's what you'd expect from any other stainless steel band.

This thing scratched so easily. My band looks like it has been used for 20 years and it is only 3 months old. Apple should be replacing these!!!!

Looks Nice, But Poor Design and Manufacturing

The Link Bracelet out of the box looks like a fantastic addition to the Apple Watch. It's to be expected that a Stainless Steel band will scratch up over time. I have a TAG Heuer Link which is stainless and at the base of the wrist it does scuff up, but this band to getting close to what my TAG looks like after 16 years in only 3 weeks.

While the cosmetics are annoying to deal with, it's the link attachment system that is the weakest part of this Bracelet. It's definitely a novel idea not to have to deal with pins, etc, and adjusts very fast and easy, it is not very sturdy at all. I do not keep me watch overly tight, I like a little play in there. It has already pulled apart once under minimal pressure at the wrist and after only a few week, some of the links are now clicking.

If you want a Link design, there are much better and cheaper 3rd party options out there.

Owned for 2 years, still looks great!

I got this band 2 years ago with my original watch and it's gone through everything... and I mean everything. The wash, playing hockey with it, half marathons, tough mudders, you name it. Perfect metal band for everyday use, not too heavy, easy to adjust with the detachable links, easily the best band out there. DOWNSIDE: hard to clean.

Best Apple Watch band you could ever buy
Feels great, looks AMAZING, can be worn with 99% of outfits

    Two negatives
Shows wear quickly (silver), nothing too crazy though
VERY expensive (suggest buying from somewhere like eBay and getting it for $200)

    Great craftsmanship and detail...

Fantastic gift for any holiday. The detail in this band is amongst the best I've seen.

    Really Nice!

I don't ever write reviews, but I have to say, this watch band is pretty awesome. I don't understand how some on here are complaining about this product. The quality is great and no special tools needed to size the band. If you want your watch to stand out from all the rest, this will do it.

    Beautiful band

Yes, it's expensive but it looks great and is adjustable without any tools. It does scratch - like any stainless steel but the scratches can be removed with an inexpensive refinishing pad. Just be careful to brush in the direction of the brush marks. I just cleaned up my 1 1/2 year old band and it looks like new.

Looks terrible after a short time wearing

This scratches and wears so quickly it is not worth the price. I regret buying this and have reverted to the sports bands. Very unfortunate Apple made and sells this.

    Great Quality Band

I purchased this band used and have worn it for a couple of weeks now. The quality of the band is excellent and it is very comfortable for a metal band. I previously purchased a 3rd party aftermarket band, but I ended up returning it to the seller. The buckle on it was very uncomfortable and it did not fasten securely and would often accidentally come open. The buckle on the apple link bracelet fits flush to the band and is very sleek and comfortable. The apple band also closes very securely. The quality and machining of the band is very impressive and it should never rust or corrode. Stainless steel is also waterproof, which gives this band an advantage over leather bands.

Several reviewers complained that the metal scratches too easily. The metal can scratch, but not any easier than any other metal watch band, including ones costing several times more than this. The scratches can, however, be easily rubbed out with the right tools. Because I purchased my band used, there were a couple of scratches on 3 of the links. After taping off the non-scratched links with masking tape, I carefully brushed the metal in one direction going with the grain using a scotchbrite 7447 pad. I followed up with a scotchbrite 7448 pad. After doing this, the scratches were completely gone and the brushing on the refinished links perfectly matched the original finish.

Overall this is a great looking band and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a metal link style band for their Apple Watch.

Excellent quality - as it should be at the price

I've seen some reviews knocking the quality - I have found this band to be extraordinarily durable and felt the need to share my experience. I destroy watches and watch bands, and this watch band has survived a week of being knocked around without a scratch (black version). Any marks, even metal on metal, are easily massaged away. I really can't get over it. And the build quality is superb otherwise, excellent fit and finish.

    My Go-To Band

I own several different styles of bands for my Apple Watch (owned for over 1 year, had this band for over 8 months), this is my standard go-to band for most situations. The clasp is rounded and fits well on your wrist once you take out links (or add them) to adjust the fit. It is more comfortable than any metal link band I have worn from any watch, thanks in part to the ease of adjusting the size to a perfect fit. More than any other band I own, I know this one will match almost any outfit, look professional, and have no issues with fit or security (I have never been afraid that this band will come loose).
As some have reviewed, it does get scratched over time. I have several other metal watch bands and can tell you this one is no more delicate than any other metal watch band from a premium company (that I have owned). They all scratch eventually. If you are looking for something that won't show wear, check out the Milanese Loop, which for me only shows wear on the little magnetic tab, scratches on the chain are indiscernible.
Overall, this is a great band, if a bit pricey.

    Not built to last

My stainless bracelet failed when one of the links would no longer stay attached to the clasp. Very disappointing for such a high dollar bracelet. I generally like Apple products, but this is a complete dud!

    One surprise nobody mentioned...

I wanted to comment on what I've found relative to what I expected: First, it's lighter in weight than I expected. Metal bracelets are often too heavy for activities like bike riding because the mass of it is always pounding on you. Not this. Perfectly acceptable for that and comfortably light weight. But the big surprise that no one has mentioned is this: The clasp-side is somewhat rigid about 3-links past the clasp both directions. The net effect is that my watch never spins around my wrist at all! No matter how much fling my arm or how sweaty I am, the face of my watch is perched perfectly on top of my wrist. It's so nice. It feels like the watch was built around me.
