    It was wonderful

The Beat by Dr. Dre urBeats was really wonderful, I really love the sound quality of the headphone, but after nearly one month of using, the left one just doesn't work as well as the right one, the control still work but the sound just horrible, I did not do anything, just for regular daily usage, no water sprayed, no crush, and I really didn't know why I just spent 100 bucks on this.

    Not worth the money spent

I got it 2 months ago and one of the earphones isn't working. I feel like it is some of the dollar store earphones. Regreting for my money spent on it.

    Worked twice then broke

I got these for the holidays at the end of last year. I used them lightly twice in two days after receiving them. The third time I used them, the sound cut out in the left earbud. It hasn't worked since after eliminating all other possible causes.

All products are susceptible to manufacturing defects. For something to leave the factory so poorly produced that it stops working after a few hours use means they care as little about quality control as they do about quality production. Don't let the price or who is selling it fool you. These earbuds are pretty, expensive pieces of junk.

    Good at First

I got the UrBeats to go on a trip when i went to Mexico. The beats worked perfectly on the plane there and the whole time on the plane ride back to america, they made it so i could not hear the plane. a couple days after i got home the right ear but stopped playing noise. They are a good item the first month or 2 but after that they just stop working. They are definitely not worth the price they are sold for.

Stopped working after a few uses.

My Girlfriend bought me these as a present for my birthday (Nov 2015) and I was really happy to get them at first. Sound quality was standard and the earphones kept falling out.
I didn't have many opportunities to listen to them, so I didn't use them a great deal and they spent most of their life in the little pouch it comes with. I went to listen to them the other day and to my surprise, found that only one headphone was working. What was shocking was that I hadn't listened to them since 2015 and they worked at the time.

Even after taking immense care of these headphones and only using them for a total 8 hours, they broke. Bad quality and they were about £75... come on guys!

    Not Worth The Money

These headphones stopped working on one side 2 months after the warranty was up. Not worth the investment at all. I liked this product but would not repurchase due to the fact that they are not durable.

fantastic in every way sound quality bit weird at first but after a couple of songs it is unbelievably clear and the noise concealing is great also depending on the choice of earbud they stick in your ear really well

i was a bit worried about them at first with all the bad reviews but once i got them i loved them!!

if your considering them buy them!!!

I bought these while on vacation in HK, I'd been looking for a new pair of In-ear headphones and these seemed like they would be a good fit. I wear in-ear headphones 6-10 hours a day, so whatever I get, I know they have to be comfortable.

These come with 4 sets of headphone tips to ensure comfortable fit. Right away I was nervous, I didn't see a tip the size I am used to using. Since I could not try them on in store, or even see the tips, I had to buy them to try them.

These are bigger in-ear headphones than I am used to using, so they are heavy. The smallest tips were too small, the weight of the headphones pulled them out of my ears. The next size was too big, as were the largest. The last were a double seal pair of tips that seemed to fit well., but then I found the headphones did not stick straight of my ears, they pressed against part of my ear that soon ached from the pressure. This was the deal breaker.

I loved the controls on the left ear headphone wire. The volume and play/pause controls were awesome...I'll miss these features. I had to return these headphones, too much money for something that makes my ears hurt with less than an hour's use.

    Very poor durabilty

1 ear stopped working 9 months after buying. Sent to Apple for repair. Repaired then only lasted 3 months before same problem again! Apple just told me they're now out of warranty so can't offer a refund & repair carries a service charge that is pretty much the same cost as a new pair! Ridiculous. Sound quality is good but unless you want to buy a new pair every 6 months, avoid!!

    Overpriced for the Quality

My son received a set of urbeats as a Christmas gift in 2014. Literally one week after the manufacturer's warranty expired, this past Dec., the left ear stopped working completely. Now, the right ear is barely audible. I have always liked the Beats products, but these are junk! I feel so bad for the family member that spent the money on them as a gift. I'll be reconsidering buying any type of Beats products in the future, I've lost faith.

They broke exactly 1 month after the warranty was up

They sound good but as you can see from other reviews on here they are not very durable. Mine stopped working on the left side 13 months after i bought them and then the other side stopped about 2 weeks later.
They are too expensive for such a flimsy product. Spend your money elsewhere.

    The WORST

These are quite simply the worst headphones I have ever heard. I wouldn't pay $1 for them, i dont see why anyone should pay $100. Do yourself a favour and buy three pairs of Earpods instead

    Best Earphone ever had.

Very good sound quality high definition. I bought my iPhone 6s Plus
Last week, so I was looking for good headphones then I look at the Apple Store
And I found this. Listening sound on beats my mind just blow away. It's so clear and heavy bass.
Love it. Good job Apple, and dr dre.

Only worked for the first 3 months

These are very good earphones and the sound quality is amazing but these earphones are very fragile. After 3 months of purchase and use, the tips of the earphone (where the beats logo is) broke off. After that, they kept working fine but then the sound on one side of them stopped working and eventually both sides lost their sound.

Pretty good sound but don't buy them ....

These are some of the worst designed (in a practical sense) in earphones ever. Without exaggeration, and literally every 30 seconds, they fall out of my ears. Admittedly I mostly use them at the gym, but even if I'm just walking around they fall out. I have tried putting the cable behind my neck... still doesn't work. I was warned by a friend that this would be the case and thought they would be fine... they aren't. Would not recommend buying them at all. Entirely frustrating. Not to mention that they had to be replaced after 4 months because the wiring the the earpiece failed and they stopped working.

Terrible Durability, Not worth the money!

I have had three pairs of URBEATS within the last 12 months. Each pair of beats has not lasted longer than 6 months, I use my earphones everyday and so durability is a key factor for me which is where these beats perform terribly. I take incredibly good care of my beats and always store them in their carrying case when they are not in use however for the third time now my beats have broken. It begins by the audio intermittently cutting out in one ear and worsens until eventually it stops functioning all together (also on my newest pair of replacement beats the microphone casing has fractured and split leaving the internal circuitry exposed however this is the first time this has happened to me). It seems the audio jack connection on these URBEATS is very poorly designed and is a major weak point which always gives out and results in audio problems.

    Pros: Great Sound, Punchy Bass

    Cons: Flimsy Construction, Poor Design

I would 100% not recommend these products they are definitely now worth the price.

    One side stopped working.

I bought the urbeats for my daughter for Christmas. She loved them. After about a year the right side stopped working. I contacted Apple and of course they were out of warranty. They charge $59 to fix them and the new ones cost $99, so for $40 more I'm going to buy her a new pair. Very disappointing for such expensive earphones.
