Will Not Pair with Apple Watch 2

Bought these new and they will not pair with my Apple Watch 2. Spent 35 minutes on phone with Apple Support, and they could not decide whether it were the headphones or the Watch. Other wireless Bluetooth devices pair fine with the Watch. I did get the PowerBeats3 to pair with my Microsoft Surface Pro 4, so I think it is funny that an Apple product works better with a Microsoft product than their own.

Horrible sound quality - not worth the $$

First had Beats2 - they had good sound... but bad design. The earbud thing broke off even though I treated them carefully - and after reading reviews - it was a consistent problem. Then I experimented with several cheaper pairs. Sound was horrible. So I tried Beats3 - looked like a different design. Expected same sound quality. BUT - design FEELS CHEAPER and the SOUND IS HORRIBLE. Not worth the money.

They sound great but design is flawed

I originally had the Powerbeats2 which I needed replacements for about 3 times. The 4th time I asked for a brand new set rather than a refurbished set. Apple Support was kind enough to oblige me with new Powerbeats3 which was totally unexpected and great of them to help me trust the brand again. 2-3 months in with the new powerbeats3 and the rubber piece that loops around the top of the ear literally snapped off while I was so delicately trying to mold it to fit better onto my ear. I'm disappointed. For something that cost so much yet the product continues to fail and disappoint at every turn. If you sweat a lot, the remote starts to malfunction. As a loyal consumer , I have made the logical choice to no longer purchase any more Powerbeats headphones. Why are we paying so much for a product that is cheaply made?

    Disappointing

3rd pair in 3 months. Previous 2 had the same issue. Couldn't power up.

Let's hope the this set works better than the previous 2.

    Expected more from Apple.

    Disappointed - 5 sets in 7 months

I have gone through 5 pairs of PowerBeats in 7 months. 3 pairs of Beats 2 and then the Apple store replaced them with Beats 3 and I've gone through 2 sets of those in 8 weeks.

The PowerBeats 3s cut out when i'm working out, the volume on iphone starts turning down til i can't hear the music - or it pauses the song or siri comes on. Eventually they just won't turn on after a charge.

I've given up on the Powerbeats. They're probably fine for everyday use but they do not stand up to sweaty workouts. It's too bad because I love the fit and design of them, but they gotta work...

Come on Apple you're better than this!!

    TERRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

being a college student always in the library shuffling through papers and books i thought wireless headphones would be helpful since the cord wouldn't be in the way of everything.... the problem is it has a terrible battery life so i constantly have to stop what im doing to charge it. very disappointed

    terrible product quality

The sound is ok and it feels pretty good on your hears, but the quality of the product is not up to the cost. In 9 months I had to replace it twice because the remote stop working. The second time it was even stuck always high so the headphone were completely unusable. The third pair now seems to work fine, but I do not know for how long it will. A real disappointment.

    Best ear buds yet!

I've never had beats before but am completely satisfied with my power beats 3!!! Sound quality is amazing!!! Call clarity is amazing even in a commercial truck I can still hear calls crystal clear! Would definitely recommend them

    Brilliant

I just got them today and I must say that I am really impressed with them. Sure they aren't so loud but you don't need to destroy your ears. They are way loud enough and have great bass. As a runner I can use these and they stuck in the whole time after my 10k Run today without discomfort. So ignore all the bad comments as these are definitely worth your money.

    I thought it was me...

I've had issues with my Powerbeats since the moment I purchased them... I love the headphones , when they work. Unfortunately all the issues stated in the unsatusfied customer reviews I've experienced as well. And I thought it was me for purchasing the headphones via Amazon. But it seems to be a product problem. I replaced my headphone 5x !!!! Such an inconvenience to be left without headphones for days as apple replaces, refurbishes etc. Customer service was always fantastic but the product in the end has been dreadful. I use them solely to work out and as everyone else has said they are not sweat friendly / resistant. The buttons stopped working on me three of the times I sent them in and the actual buttons completely fell the other 2. It's such an expensive product it is really unfair that it is not high quality.

Lasted 12 work outs. DO NOT BUY!

Stopped working after 12 workouts. Bought these for the long battery life. Long battery life is worthless if you can turn them on. Im assuming its an issue with sweat just like the hundreds of other people have said. I do sweat just like anyone else, but I haven't ran for more then 30 minutes with these on. I cant believe Apple would risk their reputation without doing more RD on these headphones before putting their name on it. C'mon Apple what a joke.

You cannot wear these to workout

This is my second pair of Powerbeats3. Each one stopped working after a few workouts in the gym. They would shut off on their own and then never turn on or charge again after a few episodes of turning off on their own. It appears they are not actually sweat-proof...

    DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I love quality of the sound that this product delivers. However I am on my FOURTH OR FIFTH pair!!!! After a while(less than a year) the remote starts to turn the volume alll the way up or all the way down and it eventually falls apart!!!!!! If I am paying $200 for some earbuds they NEED to last longer than a year!!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!! Poorly manufactured

    Disappointing

So if you sweat while you workout....you have been warned. Love the sound, when I can hear the music, control went out first, now the volume just turns all the way off...had mine less than a year.

    6 weeks before failure

Power beats 3 - average time before failure 1.5 months. Power beats 2 - average time before failure 1.5 months - replaced 4 or 5 times.

Love the product when it works, do not understand why it keeps failing.

Powerbeats 3 Do Not Like Sweat!!

Well..........third pair since 12/26/2106 just quit working. Not sure what to do. I LOVE the way these sound and stay in place while i exercise. But..............that's the problem: EXERCISE! These things can not tolerate one drop of sweat. The volume starts going nuts. Songs will just pause. Siri keeps asking how to help. Finally they just say enough and quit. Third pair and same behavior for all three pairs.

Perhaps I'll go back to my $10 wired Sony for workouts and use the 4th pair only for airplanes.

Just awful quality!! They must have performed QA with dogs instead of humans. Dogs perspire only through their noses!

    Perfect for the gym

I decided to buy powerbeats3 because I go to the gym a lot and can never feel comfortable wearing headphones , the sound is quality and they stay in your ear no matter what exercise you are doing , they're perfect for me .

Five pairs of Powerbeats, all five quit working

We have had five pairs of Powerbeats wireless earphones for members of our family over the last two years. ALL five pairs have quit working while relatively new. The most recent pair was purchased as a Christmas gift and less than two months later has already stopped working. I've reset them, charged them, and updated their software to no avail. Now it's back to the Apple store, again. We will never buy another pair of Beats. This is a terribly unreliable product for the price you pay.

4 EarPods breaks in a row!

I like these, however I can only get about 4 months out of each pair as the plastic ear piece that fits in the ear break on me every freakin time! 4 Times in a row now. I am very careful, 1 time they broke as i was pulling them out of my ear. TERRIBLE DESIGN flaw.
