    Not sweatproof and connection problems

As my pair of original powerbeats broke, the longer battery life made me buy the allegedly revamped version. As the lack of sweat proof started to create problems i decided to disconnect them from my iPhone (forget this device) to reconnect them again. It was never possible. Never again and I tried everything. Waste of money for a very e pensive product. Never again.

    Shut offs

I have had these headphones for 4 months and they won't even last one hour at the gym anymore. I don't know exactly why they shut off, some think it has to do with sweat . Either way a 200 dollar set of headphones should not do this. Very unhappy with my purchase. And when you try to restart them on the spot at the gym, you can't turn them back on. You will get a blinking light. Terrible product. Never buy these

    Never Again...

Simply put, I will NEVER purchase another Beats product again. These PowerBeats3 Wireless Earphones are pure garbage. The inline remote stopped working on my first pair. Luckily, I received another pair under warranty but now the second pair has issues with the Bluetooth pairing. The earphones cut out very regularly, especially in the middle of my workouts/runs. Awful! Never again.

Second pair stopped charging - just like the first

I've now been stupid enough to purchase two pairs of these.

Both of them have died and stopped being able to be charged.

Both within a month of purchase.

The sound quality was great for the month that they worked.

Really disappointed. Wouldn't have expected such terrible build quality.

    -5 Stars

3 weeks of use and broken. They would randomly shut off during workouts. Then they wouldn't turn on or charge. 2 weeks later I tried to charge them again they and the light came on but now they will not pair with any device.

Hey LeBron, do you have any of these these issues too?

Phelps, you bring these things near the pool? Make sure you keep your ears dry!

    Ear piece snapped off

I really liked these for working out. Unfortunately, the earpiece snapped off when I took them out of my pocket. They didn't snag or get bumped, they just broke. $200 down the drain. I'd look for other options.

    Terrible Product

I ordered my beats about a year ago and since then I have went through 5 pairs of them. I have had to send them in for repair or replacement. Note I take very good care of my belongings. They have had issues from way too much static and cutting in and out, to the left ear had no sound at all, they didn't hold their charge and most recently will not even turn on. I have taken all the steps necessary to try and reset them. They had been updated, etc. Then I try to get another repair and this pair finally made it past 90 days so I have to pay $99 to repair when I get get a new pair for $145. Bottom line, do not purchase these. Try to find something else.

don't recommend Powerbeats3 for Sports. They are not sweat resistant

I've used my Powerbeats3 only 2 times running before they started turning off, non of 3 buttons works. 200$ for item and they are not sweat resistant at all, unfortunately.

Stopped working for no apparent reason

Got these for Christmas and worked great for about three months or so. I went to use them yesterday, but they will not turn on. I know it wasn't a battery life issue because they had been charging the day before. However, they will not turn on. For the price of these headphones, I am very disappointed. I only used them while working out or walking around campus at college, so it's not like I was severely overusing them. Waste of money, buy a different brand if you can.

    Not sweat resistant

I've returned them in one month, three times. They continue to have the same issues, loss of mic, volume controls, not charging/turning off, now that the 30 day warranty from best buy is over, I have to ship them out for repair. I originally purchased powerbeats 2 and ended up returning those twice before switching to the powerbeats 3. I would use them daily in the gym and at work in my office. For a product that is $199, I wish the quality would agree to the price.

    great sound bad design

I have purchase 2 pairs and both pair are too delicate and have broken at the ear piece, snapped right off. I love the sound and other parts of the design that are comfortable to wear when working out but if i spend over $100 on a pair of headphones, i expect they will not break as easy as they do. I have gone to very cheap pairs but the quality is bad but no issues with them breaking.

3 pairs in 3 weeks Beats Solo 3

I usually don't take time out to write reviews but after paying $300 for these heads phones and needing to replaced them twice after two weeks I felt the need to. I only use the headphones to work out at the gym and the first pair lasted 10 days. The headphones died in the middle of my workout and when I went home to charge them I realized they would not charge. The second of 5 lights blinked but it did not go beyond that, no matter how long I left them plugged in. I tried multiple cords to rule out a bad cable. I had them replaced and the second pair lasted exactly 7 days. This time the headphones actually worked but the lights would not come on. I had to idea by looking at them if they were on or not, and when I charged them none of the lights came on to show that they were charging. I'm on my third pair in 3 weeks and hopefully I'll have better luck with these.

    Are not sweat proof

Got these as I am a professional athlete and train 15 hour a week for an endurance sport. After a week of use the volume started to turn its self down to mute. Sound quality was good and the over ear fitting was great but they do not work. Waste of money.

They worked well for 30 days or less then.

I bought them month ago. I run a lot I'm training to run half marathons and maybe move up to a full marathon come early next year. I never wanted to spend 200 on some headphones for me that's like no! So I did when I bought the iphone 7 so I ran my second half marathon in march 4 they did great. This last week the headphone would just turn themselves of in the middle of 5 mile run lets say I only made it 2 miles in the run they would turn off. So I was irritated. Look the sound quality is great the way it connects to the phone is great but this constant turning off is not working for me. I researched on the internet and it seems it happens a lot. I download the app for beats updater I did a reset and nothing worked. I spoke to costumer service person they told me if I had done the two things I just told you about then they would have to send me a replacement. I said thats fine can I please walk into an apple store and do that he said no. You have to understand I have my 3rd half marathon this weeked on april 2 and I'm screwed

    Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones - Black

My Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones - Black is just four months of using it, I faced the problems that when sweat starts, it's stops and requires to charge again overnight, and couldn't turn on until sweats dry!! I did observed that during operation without sweating it's perfectly working. so much Frustrated.

    they very disappointing

I bought these back in February, for my half marathon next month. the first issue i encountered was about a week after buying them, while running they started to change the volume on their own, and then they died on me with 80% battery left. Two days after this incident they were at 70% AND WOULDNT TURN ON UNTIL i put them back on a power source, ever since then they werent holding a very long charge, id leave them on the charger all night and only get at most 45 mins of battery life, when they said that they were at 90% or more. Today, i am returning them, because they wont turn on at all, just a white light will flash three times and then nothing, no matter how long i leave them on the charger. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET and will NEVER recommend them to my fellow runners or gym buddies.

    TERRIBLE QUALITY OVERALL

Its appalling they sell these for 200 dollars, advertise them as active and for the gym yet after some hard, sweaty workouts they are completely ruined!

My Powerbeats 2 broke however after 2 months and those were not used in the gym

So, 2 sets of powerbeats 2 from best buy broken, then they were discontinued and i had to pay the diff to get a pair of powerbeats 3.. My powerbeats 3 BROKEN in less than 30 days...

I'm completely done with them, and its a shame because they do sound great... not worth the headache or money

    Not Great For Workouts

I honestly regret and don't regret the headphones. Let me explain why, if you are a sports person or someone that loves excercising, do not get this headphone. When I bought the Powerbeats 3, the sound quality and bass is great don't get me wrong, I had to get 4 warranty exchanges within 4 months. Although it is sweat or water resistant, it's bullshit. My first warranty exchange went smooth but it started shutting off even though it's fully charged. I went back and my second warranty exchange sucked after a workout because my volume and mic buttons kept spazzing and killed my mood at the gym. My third warranty exchange was because it wouldn't charge after another workout. These were not bad for working out AT ALL. I questioned why I spent $200 thinking since it's branded by apple, it would be great. The quality is great for normal activity use or outside. The bass and charge is wonderful, but only use it for regular use like traveling or something.

    Don't waste your money!

I have had these head phones for 2-3 weeks and the battery is shot! That is not acceptable for $150-200 headphones. If anyone has suggestions on good workout head/ear phones please let me know!

Excellend sound, very poor quality of construction

As many others I've had my Powerbeats3 broken without any advice after 4 weeks, get the constant red light when trying to charge it and got the advice from support that I need to replace them....

But what will happen when they will broke again after the warranty ??

    Very bad deal.
