Worst beats product I've ever used.

I have used mine for 4 weeks only. I turned it off after listening to music to take a nap and when I woke up, it refused to turn on.

I bought 2, one of them has already been changed, but both can not be used to run, while you sweat, the controls stop working, a shame, have 3 months I have these problems, apple should give me back my money, I want my money, I bought JBL and I'm being happy.

Poor Warranty, break easily, no replacement parts.

Sound is good for wireless ear buds and quick charge feature is convenient. Warranty does not cover physical damage no matter what the cause. Ear loop broke after 4 months of use...thy are supposed to bend, not break. Not a replaceable part. Also note, Apple will void remaining warranty if you report them as damaged.

    Do not buy

I bought these thinking that they would be a great pair of earbuds but now after 3 months they stopped working, so hopefully I can contact apple and get it fixed.

    Won't hold a charge

The sound fine when they work. But I find that if I haven't charged them that day, when I go to turn them on, the battery has completely run out. In other words, you can't use them unless you keep them charging all the time.

These COULD be a great set of headphone if they worked as they should

I researched this set of headphones and heard a lot of problems. Decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. Well everyone is right. The headphone start off great. I purchased these back on Feb 2 so just a few months ago. Took a little bit to get the right buds to fit my ears. They worked great and I loved using them. By May 2nd I would charge them all night and it would only hold a charge for about 20-60 min and then completely be dead. I tried various times always made sure I charged it with the charger that came in the box. I paired it with my phone (iPhone 6s +) and iPod touch. Either device and I couldn't get through a 45 min walk without it going dead on me. I'm turning it in today to see if i can get it fixed. Every review I have read shows these headphone have issues and need to be sent in for repair (as well as all the guys at the gym I talked to) so just be warned.

Probably on 8th or 9th pair

Maybe this is my fault for spending the money but I had a pair of the PowerBeats2 that kept having the stopped charging/not turning on problem, which I had replaced by Apple 2-3 times, but the replacement warranty is only 3 months and then they started to break at month 4, so bought another pair, repeat first steps 2-3 times. Then PowerBeats3 came out and I thought they must've solved all these not charging/not turning on problems. NOPE. Just the same. I'm on my 2nd pair of PowerBeats3 that I've paid for and I've only had these probably 6 weeks and they're already completely DEAD! So, like I said, I think I'm the stupid one here for spending $800 on headphones over 5 years thinking Apple would take care of me.

    3rd pair is a charm

I purchased these right when they came out. First set lasted two weeks. Apple exchanged the set right away. Now 4 months later the second pair stopped charging and again Apple is exchanging them out. For headphones that cost so much I feel this is a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend this product.

    Decibel Level

I did a sound check with the standard IPhone 7 ear buds and Powerbeats 3. The decibel level was the same. I am returning mine and will try the apple air buds.

    Disgraceful

I had to return them twice already.

Today the red dot is charging but when I disconnect to pair they die.
I had only troubles since I got them, at that price I expect they last more than a year.

I will never buy them again.

    Battery problem

Luckily, I've used for couple months, after that it can never be charged. Keeping the red light on, never can be turned on.

    After 2 weeks - Disconnecting

I had the powerbeats 2 for like a year until the right ear gave out - those went out like a champ considering how much sweat I put in them. So I buy the powerbeats 3 and after 2 WEEKS - the headphones keep disconnecting in certain situations like:

    1. In the middle of my workout at the gym
    2. Walking around during my lunch break
    3. On the train ride to and from work

Sometimes they work fine if I am stationary but when I move they shut off and its not like the thing isn't charged - it will shut off at any battery percentage.

It saddens me that now I have to waste my time going back to the place I bought them (Target) and exchanging for a new product considering EVERYONE else on this thread is experiencing the same issue.

let it be KNOWN that the Powerbeats 3 is a faulty product and needs to be recalled due to disconnecting issues.

    Design Defect

I have now experienced the same issue as many others with reliability during workouts. My Bluetooth connection cuts out after a few minutes and the headphones are rendered useless. From reading the other reviews, it appears this prdoduct is not sweat proof as claimed. I was happy with the product until this began due to the convening features. I agree the sound is just okay, and I would give this product only four stars if it worked properly. I'm trying to get a refund.

    Please read*** do not buy**

*****do not buy******I use to own the powerbeats 2 which were really good however there was two issues with these. The first issue was the connectivity and the second was the fit, they use to fall out when running fast. I had high hopes for the powerbeats 3 but i can honestly say they were awful I had to return them with in the first 10 days, four times. That's right I had four different pairs.

Issues are: Not connecting to the Apple Watch, I had to reset the watch every time to connect. One pair just died and wouldn't switch one and the final issue was the connectivity after 30 minutes they use to unpair. Do not buy *** instead I bought the Bose sport wireless which are just perfect, no problems connects perfect, fit - perfect, better sound

Same problem, Wont Turn on, Very disappointed

I use my powerbeats3 like 7 times, every time I workout, Suddenly down volume, change tracks, at the last I can't power on, It's a shame Apple made this type of products, This are expense products, I assume quality was good, but really disappointed.

    Bluetooth Connecting Problems

PB3 worked great for 2 weeks, right out the box they connected to my iPhone 7 plus with no problems. I worked out them every morning and they worked extremely well!
Until yesterday morning....started my workout and all the sudden they disconnect...I tried reconnecting and nothing.
I spent half the day reading blogs and other website on troubleshooting and fixing yourself and got them finally to stay connected.
I thought, ok we are good....got to the gym this morning, started working out, and half way through disconnected again! SMH!!
    $200, $200!!!! For this???!!!

    DO NOT BUY THESE!
