    The IOS 11.0.3 Update

This was a very decent software update, I don’t like the fact that my phone is more slower now and every time I lock my screen on an app and then I turn it on, it automatically goes to home screen. AND, now that I screenshot, my phone never blinks, so I take a million screenshots for nothing, not knowing if this feature was broken or not. One last thing, my absolute pet peeve about this update is that whenever I make a transparent background for a render, it automatically puts a white background. That is ridiculous, I either demand a better but GOOD update, or a refund on this phone.

    iOS 11 and iPhone X

So Apple thank you very much for the iPhone X. I mean like it's so awesome. The best part I like about the iPhone X is the OLED screen. And thanks very much. But you should have kept the Touch ID, you guys could have put the Touch ID in the back and then the iPhone would be much more secured with this triple encryption.

And the iOS 11 I mean like its so so awesome!!! The best I like iOS 11 is like everything. It's so awesome. The new interface, the new icons, the smart invert, the screen recorder, the new way of moving the apps, I mean they are so awesome. Apple thank you very very very much!!

    Great Quality Earbuds

I was a bit skeptical about buying these headphones at first... because I had tried older beats headphones and never really thought they sounded that great. The bass on those older headphones sounded really muddy, and the mids and highs were just nonexistent. But in the end I decided to take a chance with the BeatsX, and boy am I glad I did! These headphones sound terrific, the bass is great, but not overpowering. And the mids and highs are crisp and clear. The build quality is superb as well, and don’t even get me started on how easy these headphones are to pair... you just hold the power button until a half page shows up on your phone, and then press connect. And your done! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with these headphones, they far surpassed my expectations, and I would recommend these to anyone in the market for wireless Bluetooth earbuds!

    Going Backwards

I thought Apple was supposed to be the best. No longer.

IOS 1an awful update. It’s so addictive that I will consider looking at Android. It can’t be any worse than this.

Great pair of earphones, but be warned...

Perfect earphones with great sound, comfortable and good looking until the red dot wouldn't turn off and eventually the battery died after 2 months of use. These are the third pair of earphones by beats that I buy and suddenly stop working smh, same happened with my studio first gen and powerbeats 2nd gen.

    Beats x

Have beeing fan of Mac since the earliest days with Macintosh SE and Newton, I have been a faithful user ever since. I am also what I guess is called an audiophile musician, playing the piano. As an amateur musician I have been inspired to use Shure earphones for years. A few years ago I was at a road trip in US, and bought a pair of Beats Studio. My good a new world of sounds opened up, compared to my Shure 215 earbuds. But sadly my Beats studio just don’t work with digital pianos, guess this is not what they are mend for. I also am a driven mountain biker and road cycling guy. So at the road I use my Shure earbuds as well. Last year I needed a new pair, and ended up with Shure 425. This is for sure a fantastic product. It is so accurate, but could not forget the fun of playing music at my Beats Studio. I looked into pimping my Shure 425with a dragon fly red DAC, so tried that in a music store. Still something was missing. At my way home from the music store I popped into a shopping center. Lookin at earbuds from Bose and Beats I ended up buying a Pair of Beats X. My good, this is the most perfect pair of earbuds I ever have had. Noice isolation just as my Shure 425, and fantastic sound like my Beats Studio. On top of that all the fantastic Apple quality and additional functions. So fellow audiophiles. Shure earbuds are for sure fantastic monitors, but Beats X are outstanding for music listening anywhere.

Save Time - Put $150 in the Trash Instead

I have no clue how Apple gets away with selling these for $150. I have no problem when using these to watch Netflix on my MacBook, but for some reason they won't play music from Spotify without getting disconnected every 5 seconds. I've tried playing from my iPhone and from my MacBook. I originally bought the PowerBeats3 but was having this same issue so I went to the store and swapped them out for the BeatsX. Problem not solved. I would give these and the Power Beats negative stars if possible.

    Poor quality, keep breaking

First pair failed after 2 months and were replaced under Apple's 1 year limited warranty. Replacement pair then became faulty within two weeks of being replaced. Send back to Apple for a full refund.

very bad quality and poor featurs

Beatsx earphone doesn't answer the calls automatically when you separate the magnetic pods
more worse that even the 2 pods are attached and you start your music or even Facebook, still the sound goes to the earphones instead of the phone speaker, those features are basic and default in other good brands and cheaper than beatsx
cheap quality of the product, the plastic and the wires are so cheap and looks like a product of $20 not $150

Best earphone ever, but Bluetooth connection broke

These earphones would have been 5 stars all the way and are by far the best I've ever owned. Much better than Jaybird. They look great, sound awesome (Apple earbuds sound awful now in comparison), and the magnetic clip was very convenient. The only issue is that they stopped connecting wirelessly to my iPhone after a few months. They never connected automatically as advertised, but that was OK--I just had to go through an extra step. Apple is fixing under warranty and I hope they never break again. But the product does seem to have mechanical issues, as other reviewers have noted.

Good, not great, and definitely overpriced

    - Amazingly smooth pairing and switching between iOS / macOS devices
    - Great Bluetooth range
    - Great battery life (in my experience at least as good as advertised)
    - Great fit with included tips (though fit varies from person to person I have pretty difficult small ears and I don't have to use the wings while working out at the gym)
    - Good but not amazing sound (they do not have the signature bassy sound of past Beats, this doesn't mean that they sound bad)
    - Good aesthetic design and style
    - Cheap build quality (the volume button fell off on day one, but Apple gave me a new pair)
    - No sleep or auto-off function whatsoever (not having this feature is so strange to me)
    - Not water/sweat resistant

Worked fine for under a month, then bad connectivity and crackle sounds began. Soon they wouldn't connect to any device at all, updating them via beats updater fixed that somehow. Afterwards they worked for another 2 months with even worse connectivity, finally one day after charging they wouldn't turn on. Miraculously they would occasionally turn on randomly on their own whim, power button lights went nuts, left earbud wouldn't work, in 2 days they were dead for good.

If you feel like donating 150$ to a multi billion company trading garbage for gold, this is the product.

    Simply Awesome!

Before purchasing these earphones I did literally weeks or research about which wireless earphones would be best for sound, price and quality. I read allot of comments on the Apple site and there was allot of negativity about features and sound quality of these Beats x's. I took the plunge and purchased a pair because of the Beats name as I have owned beats before and I have no idea what some people are talking about when they say the quality is not up to scratch. I can honestly say that these earbud headphones are simply the best I have ever heard. I have owned many wired earbud headphones and have found the sound just ok and the earbuds them selves start to heart after a while of being in my ear. I have had the Beats X's now for about a month and I live with these things in my ears. They are so comfortable that sometimes I forget I have them in and they sound incredible. Recharging usually only takes about 45mins and lasts a full 8 hours.

After reading my review, you would think I work for Beats! I can honestly say with hand on heart that I am just an every day person looking for what I would call the best wireless earbuds on the market giving an honest review to help those trying to make the right decision about whether or not these Beats are all they are cracked up to be. Yes they are. You will not be disappointed.

    Amazing sound, feel, and look

After reading mixed reviews I questioned whether to go for these or another style but ultimately I chose the Black BeatsX. Best decision ever, the sound quality is amazing, the connection to my iPhone is lossless and the feel is comfortable and usable. I use them in my daily life as well as fitness. Running was no issue as the Beats come with a wing attachment to help them stay in place better. Overall I was very impressed, would 100% recommend, my new favorite earphones!

    Pretty nifty.

I've been wanting a pair of wireless earphones for some time. I recently purchased an iPad Pro and received these earphones as a free gift in the Back to School Promotion. So far, so good! They stood up to an intense leg day workout today. I only did few things on the floor, but I didn't have any trouble when laying down like another poster did. Sound quality is pretty good, noise cancellation is superb for a pair of earphones. Not as good as the Beats headphones I already have, but the portability and breathability of the BeatsX makes up for it.

Don't know if I'd pay $150, though. It's very very nice that they hook up to all my Apple products with no setup, and I really like them, but it was also kind of difficult to set up the wing tips! Everything fits a little too snug. I also don't know if these feel durable enough that I'd want to spend a lot of money on them. I think if Apple brought the price down to $80-$100, I'd bite.

    Unfortunately they stop working

The headphone quality is about the same as the earpods which I liked. But now after 2 months of using them the battery life is about 3 hours from 100% to 0% and when connected to a macbook pro (perhaps any laptop) they stop playing sound when you choose a new video to play. So bizarre.
