Love these AirPods. I feel the battery life is excellent. They had a 75% charge out of the box and used them for 2 days and haven’t plugged them in for a charge yet. Other than the case charging them when not I’m not using them. Can hardly feel them when wearing them. They don’t move around at all in my ears. Connection is super easy with my iPhone and iPad. I like that you can use the find my phone feature if you were to lose them.

    Almost Perfect

I have tried at least three or four bluetooth headphones in the past few years and ended up absolutely hating every one of them. The crazy high cost of the AirPods made me completely uninterested, but I recently snagged the wire on my last pair of EarPods and the wire snapped. I really struggled making the decision to spend $170 on the AirPods. I am so happy that I did.

    1) Slightly better sound quality than standard, wired EarPods.
    2) They charge super, crazy fast! 0% to 100% in about 20 minutes. A five minute charge will give you about 3 hours of power. When I work out with my music volume turned up to 100% I get about 4 hours of use. If you set the volume at 50-75% you can easily go over 5 hours.
    3) I've played basketball and racquetball with AirPods and they have never moved, much less come out of my ears. They stay in place just as EarPods do, with one huge exception; you will never snag the wire and yank them out of your ears.
    4) I sweat a ton and have had lots of trouble with sweat getting into the microphone & controls of my old EarPods. AirPods are immune to this problem as there are no wires that are directly exposed to your skin.
    5) The case is also a multi-charge station. You can probably charge your AirPods about five times from 0% to 100% with the case before it will need to be charged. The case will charge from 0% to 100% in about 45 minutes.
    6) You can set the Pause, Play, Next Song, Previous Song controls in the settings for each AirPod. Double tap your left or right AirPod for the control of your choice. Volume control still needs to be set on the phone itself.
    7) If you take one AirPod out, the music pauses. When you put the AirPod back into your ear the music resumes.
    8) There is no ON/OFF switch. Simply take the AirPods out of their case and place them into your ears. You will hear a chime indicating that they are on. When you take them both out of your ears they automatically turn off.

    1) If you have trouble keeping Apple's EarPods in your ears then the AirPods are NOT for you as they are shaped exactly the same.
    2) Siri is worthless.
    3) The price is very high.

Even with my list of CONS, the AirPods far exceeded anything I expected. I have gone through so many pairs of EarPods due to sweating into the microphone & controls while working out and snagging the wire and having to untangle the wires. To me, the AirPods have been an absolute game changer!

Price is great for a true wireless. It still looks funny to me but I love how easy it is to use with my iPhone and MacBook. It connects easily. My favorite feature is that it pause/plays the audio or video when you take it out of your ear. The double tap is responsive and convenient. It has pretty good sound (definitely not Bose but it’s pretty darn good). I primarily use it to work out and it stays in my ears perfectly. I jump rope and run with them and they stay in just fine. They do loosen up when I do cardio, but they never fall out. Someone said if the wired ones fit in your ear well, the AirPods will fit fine too. That is true. If you’re concerned about the fit, just test it with the wired earbuds and it should fit similarly. If you don’t have an iPhone with the earbuds, then there are always ear grips on amazon for $10-$15 that people have said make a huge difference. No connectivity issues for me. No video audio lag, even YouTube is in sync. My $80 Rio true wireless has a huge lag on video so I’m glad I don’t have that issue anymore with the AirPods. Range is great too. I walked away from my phone being upstairs in my 2 story townhouse and it was strong and never disconnected. I love them!

    Nice sound and design

Got these as a Christmas present, lucky me I know. Been using them for a few months now and its hard to find any faults apart from a "hey Siri" function would be nice to save having to keep tapping the AirPods. They connect without any issues to all my apple stuff and the sound quality is excellent. Also great for catching up on box sets via Apple TV when everyone else is still asleep, love the way I can go make a cuppa and still hear what's going on. I didn't think I would get enough use out of them but I find myself using them for calls as well as music because they connect so quickly.

    Switching connections NOT automagically

Switching connections NOT automagically. Connecting from my Mac air to my iPhone X is problematic. Double tap only works if you do it uncomfortably hard

These ear headphones are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. The sound quality is the best I’ve heard of any ear phone, the sound is so clear and has impressive bass. They do not fall out my ears at all! I put them in and I can snowboard, scooter, or go for a jog without them falling out. So if your willing to pay that much you won’t be disappointed.

    Love them definitely worth it

I love these headphones they are so convenient I find my self use if them way more than I have ever used any other headphones just because of how easy they are to throw in your ear no wires in your way I have never even come close to using up the battery in the case because I charge them ever night they fit in my ears just fine so there is no issue there they are so light you can’t even notice them in there and I work in Constrution and I have not had any issue with them falling out they cone a little loose if I have my hoodie up but they have never fallen out. If you have the money to spend on them I highly recommended them oh yeah and they sound great to better than any others (Samsung, drebeats). Hope this helps someone make a decision on these because they are awsome

    Great sound Short battery life

Sound is great the best sound I have for a pair of wireless headphones hands down. There is no comparison.

BUT the battery life is horrible. You have to constantly and I do mean almost constantly have them charging. If you are going to use them for talking on your phone you may get two hours at the most of use before they quit and have to be recharged.

If they can find something that has a better battery life and the same sound I will spend the astronomical amount of money that Apple wants for them.

I've got to give it to you apple I'm impressed. My husband lost his charging case while snow blowing over a week ago. We had thought it was lost forever or at least broken beyond repair from most likely making a trip through the snow blower and then buried under three feet of snow. Today, however, ten days after the incident the snow mostly melted I spotted the little white case in the middle of our road. I expected to see the case dented metal guts spewing out. It wasn't though, other than a few back marks the case was intact and when I flipped the top open that wonderful green light of life shined out at me. Hallelujah! Now if we hadn't just spent $70 on a replacement case. These head phones out do all the rest though so it wasn't a hard decision to replace the case.

    Battery Life

AirPods would be good if it wasn't for the battery life. I figured I would use them for talking on the phone and while talking to my brother one night the AIrPods just died all of a sudden. The call lasted 58 mins so the AirPods can't even make it to a full hour? This just might be the first Apple product I get rid of.

    Suprisingly Durable in the Snow

I had to share my experience. I thought it would be a good idea to listen to them while shoveling snow. One fell out and I lost it in the snow. It had been about 5 days before the snow melted enough for me to find it. When I charged it, it worked. My hat's off to you Apple. Impressive hardware.

The epitome of Apple's trend lately

I'd like to start by saying I'm an Apple fan. I even own stocks at the company. However, the AirPods are great for all the reasons they should not be great. What do I mean by this? Well, AirPods or not, the first measure for any audio device should be sound, in which the AirPods rank horribly if compared to say the Bose SoundSport Wireless or Jaybirds. I have to stop listening to audiobooks when a train comes because you won't be able to hear anything, for instance. Also, in order to wear them you have to get used to having them move around your ear a little bit. They won't fall off, but you're being forced to 'get used to' something that in the world we now live in should no longer be a problem (why not silicon around them for a tighter fit?). You'd love the auto-sync, their tap and play, the case, and no having a cable. But at the end, these are all just distractions for a product that needed to make money and was unable to get the most important feature right: SOUND.

    Nothing But Problems

I have had nothing but problems with the Apple Air Pods. They will suddenly go out on you. Often the left first, but sometimes it's also the right side. Other times you get a crackling sound when you try to make a call and you have to reset them.

I have done everything from resetting the software to even trying it on a different phone and nothing fixes it. Apple's only answer is to go in each time and just get new pairs which have had the same issue.

This is the worst product I have ever bought from Apple and their lack of support has made me think about going away from Apple completely in the future.
