    Much love.

Yo. The leather breaks in very nicely. You should buy one. Honestly, I don't love colored leather. Saddle brown is where it's at.

    Shows too many Scratches

For a $75 case it Scratches too easily. looks good in the shop but that is about it.

    Do not buy.

Leather gets dirty and scratched at the second day. It looks like a really old case after used for 48h. Seems nice at the store but it i not something you want to buy unless you want to loose your money. NOT WORTH IT...!!!

Nice case but don't get a light colour

Really great fitting, lightweight case but the light colours mark up really really badly very quickly. An expensive case looks marked, old and tired very quickly.

    Super Slippery

This phone case is very slippery. It's hard to grasp and it slides off any surface that isn't flat. It's just the opposite of what you would want for a case to protect your phone. It makes you wonder what were they thinking when they designed this?

    Stay away

This is the worst case I've ever owned. The leather is low quality, and after only a few days begins to look dingy and worn out. The edges of the case turn black and the leather starts to fray from normal use. Complete waste of money.

    Very poor experience

I bought this case from Apple store last month and within a few days the colour on the edges and the finish started to ween off. I have come to the Apple store today hoping to see they can help either replace it or give me another product.

    Very nice but gets dirty

Wanted a low profile case that would be professional and provide some protection. Surprising amount of protection from just leather. I got the tan color which I loved at first, very soft, then it started to become more sticky due to the oils from my hands. There's discoloration now. Bought a leather cleaner for it which didn't seem to help much (though the conditioner restored the soft feel to it). So there are weird dark spots at the corners and on the sides. Some of it looks good, some of it is black so it doesn't look good. I was expecting a bit more from Apple on this one. Went to the store and they said I should have chosen a darker color. Duh... I just wanted to accentuate my gold iPhone 7 with a gold-ish case.

    Why mess with it?

I had his case on my iPhone 6S and loved it. The new one, not as much. The case edges are higher at the sides of the screen than tne old one. Makes it awkward. Why couldn't the just lave well enough alone?

    Slippery

It is nicely build, fits perfectly to iPhone. Not bulky. However the top leather layer feels like a plastic and it is very slippery. If you are looking for a case to get a better grip holding your iPhone I would not recommend buying this case. I don't understand why Apple didn't stick with the same leather they used on iPhone 5s leather case. that one feels like a leather.

    Cheesy gold buttons

Great case that is starting to take on a nice patina over the first two weeks of use. Unfortunately, the gold buttons make the case look like a cheap, cheesy Michael Kors handbag. Once the leather begins to darken the gold will only stand out more in contrast, which is not a great thing if you're looking to have rugged looking phone. If I had to do it over again, I would go for the darker leather - even though the patina on the tan will ultimately look better - solely for the button color because I am constantly ashamed of the flashy, cheap looking gold.

Nice slim sexy case but very slippery!

ok.. so I bought this case yesterday and already, phone slipped SO EASILY out of my hand and onto the concrete. About a 3 foot drop I'd say. It luckily fell on the backside and the phone itself was ok (iphone7) but the case is now pretty darn scratched up.

My suggestion.... dont get this case if you are looking for protection and a good grip for that matter!

Nice feel, surprised about button color

I purchased the tan leather case for the new iPhone7. I have been carrying around the new phone for the past week without a case, and it does feel slippery all by itself. I am happy to fancy have some more protection on her. This leather case gives a good feel to the phone and gives it just a little grip. We shall see how it petinas over time. The phone can now lay flat on its back as the case is just thicker than the camera bump.

One big surprise on this for me was that the buttons look "gold" in color. While some may appreciate this, I abhor the color of yellow gold and this was a big disappointment for me. I looked back through their lineup and it seems they are anodizing the case buttons to color match the leather. The color is just off on tan, creating a brassy gold color. FYI

Looks Great and is Very Well Designed and Made

I bought the tan case for my gold iPhone 7 and the new metal buttons are an exact match for the gold finish on the phone, which ties it all together and looks great. The tan finish is already darkening around the edges and this is all part of the aging process of leather and in my opinion adds to the feel and character (like a well used baseball glove). I'm actually looking forward to seeing how the colour and finish ages over time.

The new case is really well designed and the buttons feel like you are actually pressing the phone's buttons directly, unlike with the original case (which wasn't too bad either). Getting the phone in and out of the case is easy, unlike with some other non-Apple brand cases I have had in the past, so you don't feel like you are going the damage or drop your phone when your goal is protecting it! Tip - always fit cases over a table or soft surface.

I bought an iPhone 6 at launch (over 2 years ago now) with a black leather case which was used everyday - I'm still using that case on my 1 month old work iPhone 6 - they really do last that well. This new case should last as long as it is essentially the same design.

    Great case!

I love the look and feel. The buttons are simply gorgeous and maybe the leather really well.

Good look and feel, bad buttons

as much as I love the look and feel of this case on my new iPhone 7, if you click the lower portion of the volume up button, it also triggers the volume down button, canceling out the volume up.
