    Great Piece of Equipment

These are comfortable to wear and the sound coming through is crystal clear! If you're on the fence wondering if they're worth the money, I can promise you that these are a great investment & if you one of those people that require better than average sound from a set of headphones, you won't be disappointed. The only reason I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is my personal opinion that these could weigh slightly less without sacrificing quality. Otherwise, for the price point, they are 5 stars.

Right side ear band BROKE only w/ 40 DAYS of ownership

Brought the device in for repair after owning this headset for less than 40 days. First cold day in Texas and I was placing them on and thought it was weird they were loose. Thought since I've only recently purchased them Apple would cover them. Nope DENIED repairs and slapped with a $100 bill to replace a BAND on the headsets that CLEARLY FAILED from everyday use. The audio or the battery life is not a question of a quality. Audio and Battery is amazing. It's such a SHAME that Apple has a product that CLEARLY DESIGNED TO FAIL FOR THE EVERYDAY USER. Not to mention if something breaks, don't expect Apple's standard warranty to cover.

I should have OPENED my eyes and paid close attention to demo products at places like Target, AAFES, and Best buy. You will find that the headsets there are also broken in the same spots. My thought was if I took care of the product, I wouldn't have that issue. Thats a $300 dollar mistake. Don't make that same mistake I did.

I normally wouldn't do this, as I firmly believe in Apple products, however this is one Apple product I do not stand by.

There many quality manufactures out there that produce better products than this.

    Good headphones but...

I'll start off by saying that these headphones are great. Unfortunately the Bluetooth stopped working and my headphones won't turn on even when they are fully charged. I've heard that this was a problem with other wireless headphones too, and there was an easy fix for this. I've tried them and they don't seem to be working. I'm very disappointed that for the price payed, this is happening.

Awesome sound quality - highly recommend!!

    Get yourself a pair now!
The sound quality is fantastic and charge time is so fast, they are pretty compact too which is what has put me off getting over ear headphones in the past.
There are people on here marking them down for "not being available in green" and "over priced for headphones in this price range" -perhaps they'd prefer $100 headphones in the $300-$500 price range.
    I pity the fools.
Anyway, stop reading this and order a pair, you will not regret it.

Beats solo 3 are a legendary set of headphones

I just got the glossy black solo 3 wireless headphones. Not many complaints here about them, i pretty much love everything about them. The sound and bass is phenomenal, I love the weight, comfort, and flexibility. Only thing I don't like is that there doesn't seem to be control button to skip songs, always have to get my phone out to change songs it gets annoying. overall grade A-, would be an A+ if i could skip songs.

Warning - Won't Work in Cold Weather

I love these headphones but they will power down if you take them outside in cold weather (anything from 0 celsius/32 fahrenheit and below) for more than 20 minutes.

My Mac Mini drive was full so I converted my old LaCie 4TB backup drive to a working drive and bought the new drive to use as a backup. Simple easy setup. Seamless backups, never had a problem. The bright indicator lights are not a problem to me, they're easy to shield. I don't care about the fancy "Porsche Design", but this is a lot of reliable storage for the money.

    Awesome headphones

This is my first pair of beats, I've always enjoyed earbuds more as I didn't care for the look of cans. After using these for a few weeks now I can say that I'm super impressed with the quality and sound. The 40 hour battery is just amazing and the W1 chip makes syncing with the iPhone a breeze.

    Good but....

They sound good, but they're just plain out too expensive for headphones in this price range.

I love these headphones, the only complaint I have is that I hope in the future beats will allow you to set a password on the headphones so others cannot take over the sound

    Beats are Best In Class…..

I was in the market for a new set of cans, I already own the powerbeats2 wireless. I liked the Beats Studio over the ear wireless earphones, they sound great but I chose these due to its lightweight factor, at 0.5 pounds vs 2.6lbs. The other factors that convince me was the 40 hr. battery and the new W1 chip by apple. I’m integrated into the apple ecosystem. My iphone7 plus connected via bluetooth almost instantaneously, then my New 2016 MacBook Pro already listed the solo3’s under bluetooth. AWESOME! It comes with a 3.5mm stereo cable, just in case battery dies or u prefer to save battery, i think thats a great thing. Like the case it comes with too. U also get a usb-a to micro usb for charging and for update via pc/mac. I have noticed that connecting via the MacBook pro there is a slight increase in volume max output vs iPhones max output, Perhaps a software upgrade can fix that. Regardless I’m still satisfied with this product and purchase. Ill still keep my sony wired vr6’s, but I really like these. Thanks @Apple/beats

    not worth it

Good sound, expensive. I would rather have a different brand that is compatible with all computers. NOT WORTH IT returning Immediately.

Everything work great except the wireless microphone

It sounds like you are walking down a tunnle and people have a hard time understanding what you are saying when you talk using the wireless microphone. Took the first pair back to see if i just got a bad pair but when i got the second one i tried it out at the store before i left, the sound quality was just as bad. Very disapointed. I returned them again and just got my money back. These would be perfect if they had a decent microphone...

    Wow just impressed

I never used wireless headphone before this the fast one I just bought with my iPhone 7 plus. And my god they just good. I did a little test on this I got exactly 53 hour. On single charge. Not bad at all. W1 chip make it more powerful to Connect. Sometime when I watch movies and listen music, my iPhone battery died but not these headphones they still going. Very happy with this headphone.

They are good earphones but I'm dissapointed that there are no green ones? Come on beats step up your game bro you should add green for the solo 3 or the studio as they are both brilliant headphones

I own multiple beats products and love the sound quality. Can't go wrong with any style. Only thing I would like the option to customize my beats, picking color combinations.

    Love them

Probably the best wireless headphones released this year, by any company. And I am in love with the W1 chip from Apple. I can switch without needing to press any buttons from listening on my iPhone to my Mac. Also probably the easiest pairing process. Battery life is amazing, used them for about a week for 1-3 hours per day, and my battery life is still at 90%. 5 minute charge = 3 hours of play time is amazing to me. Yes, these are expensive for headphones, but are completely worth it!

If the Solo3 was food, the chef would win a Nobel Prize, and I mean ... NOBEL PRIZE. These beats are off the charts. I don't know what people say about them being hurtful to the ear. The cushions are so soft and the headsets so light, when I was working, I literally forgot I had them on. Great value for money. Other than that, I won't repeat all the positive reviews about the piece.

If only Apple could make a software update that could enable pairing with other solo bluetooth headsets so that someone else can listen in on what you want to share with them, they aren't exactly like earphones that you can each have a side to listen to or the modern Y connectors. It would be futuristic type sh**. For now, "they are the best headphones in the game."

Still new, I cant tell how susceptible to scratches they are, but they are very much so to smudges, I will change them for Matte, but I definitely recommend 100
