Quite possibly the WORST headphones I've had

Not only are these at least $10 more than similar bad quality headphones, but these have 0 bass and make music sound tinny. Not to mention they fall out if you remotely touch the cord. Would not buy again.

Stops properly working after 3-4 months

I keep buying these earphones (unfortunately, they are the only ones that fit my ears properly) every year and there is always an issue. I have to play with the wire to have sound in both earphones. I honestly do not recommend these earphones as you'll be having issues in the near future.

    Low quality

Have had these earphones since December came with my new iPhone 6plus, just recently started using them as I have my old pair away. I am extremely disappointed, I took the earphones out of my phone today and the jack just stayed in my phone and totally detached from the earbuds. It didn’t fall or get hit just broke off. I am extremely upset as I pay more for high quality Apple products but in this case was extremely disappointed, and now I have a jack stuck in my phone.

    Broke within a week

I've never had any issues with apples products being low quality before. For this reason, I didn't bother to save any of the packaging to return them. Unfortunately, after a week of use the left ear randomly stopped working. I will not be purchasing headphones from Apple again.

    Excellent

I know some people don't like the earpods for being hard plastic and not noise insulating, but I love them. The plastic doesn't hurt my ears, actually I can spend more time with them then with silicone earphones. And being not noise insulating at all allows me to be more aware of my surroundings, which I like.

    Beware of volume blast glitch

I like that the earbuds are each one solid piece with no foam and they sound ok, but I had to toss these for safety. When I used them with my iPhone 6S, they caused the volume to go up rapidly and out of the blue to full blast (note: it overrode my max volume control) and I was unable to bring the volume back down. I'm an average tech user and know how to ask for help, but I couldn't locate a fix for this. Keep your receipt just in case and do not give these to kids.

Come on Apple, is this the best you can offer?

These headphones came with my iPhone 6s, the last iPhone to use a standard headphone audio port (WHY????). At first I was impressed, they came in a nice looking case, and I liked the built-in volume control and mic. They seemed like they would be better than the old apple earbuds I had from my iPod shuffle (Why did you have to discontinue those?). I tried them on, and the sound quality was very good, however, they are very uncomfortable. Sure, they feel fine at first, but I have to use them a lot and after a while they hurt. Why do you continue to use plastic for them??? No one likes it, as can be clearly seen on the consistently bad reviews you've had on all your headphones. Why can't you do what the rest of the world does, and use silicone? Yes, you sell a pair with the silicone tips, but seriously, $79???? I can buy a perfectly decent set for $10 - $20. For the price of the iPhone, you should be able to afford to give a better pair of headphones in the box. Your computers and phones are great, but you have some serious work to do on your headphones if you want happier customers and better reviews.

    LOVE

I have allergies which make my ears itch and any earbuds with the rubber things make the itching worse but these are so comfortable and I absolutely love them!

    Annoying

These earbuds are fine. They have semi-decent sound quality, they're pretty comfortable, but they just do not last long enough!! I've had my for a little while and they're acting up a lot. They randomly pause and unpause my music, they randomly skip songs, sometimes the right earbud doesn't work at all, sometimes it does, Siri turns on and off over and over again until I unplug the earbuds- the list goes on. It's annoying, it really, really, is.

    Amazing earphones

I as an Android fan generally just generally ridicule Apple products. These earphones have taught me to not be so easily rude. The sound quality is amazing and that's saying something because I'm extremely picky with that. As for build quality these earphones have proven quite strong. The cable is amazingly strong and that's extremely rare for wired earbuds so these earphones pass in that department. Judging comfort these things are unstoppable. They fit perfectly in the ear and make a tight fit. Overall very comfortable to wear. In conclusion I highly recommend these earphones to anyone looking for quality earphones that don't cost an arm and a leg.

    Break quickly

I’ve had my pair of Apple earphones 3 weeks and they’re broken already!
I’ve not dropped them, and I have kept them safe in their container, yet they still break.
They still play music, but the control panel on the earphone itself (including the microphone and the volume setting) has stopped working. Not happy especially considering the price of these earphones.

GREAT FOR LISTENING TO VARIOUS ARTISTS

Artists i recommend when listening to these
    Camila Cabello
    Dua Lipa
    Zara Larrson
    Ariana Grande
    Khalid
    SZA
    Nicki Minaj
    Rihanna
    Snny
NOT fifth harmony (especially their latest album as a 4)- i dont know if any headphones will save their newest album, 1-4 is good tho
    Little Mix
Beyonce (but any headphones will do the trick)
These headphones are great for blocking various people out, your friends, family or even your dog. Great when vacuuming and music is full blast. Great for whisper challenge. Great for singing without being able to hear yourself. Great for blocking out teachers in lessons. Great for making you feel like you're in a music video when walking down the street. Easy access control remote for turning down music when listening to other peoples conversations. they don't say they are waterproof but secretly they are ( i have washed them a number of time, not only kept working but also spotless after) LOVE THEM

    True Workhorse

These wired buds have been washed (by mistake) over 6 times and still sound as good as the first time I tried them. The sound they produce is not groundbreaking but for 30$, you get 30$ worth of sound. Not bad if you get them free with your phone.

    Not the best

They work great but they break really easily. I had my earphones in and dropped my phone and the drop was about half a metre, on a carpeted floor, yet the plug completely tore off. Considering I paid £30 for them and had only used them for two weeks I am disappointed.

    The Best

I hate justifying the $30 price tag on these, but when it comes to just simple earbuds, these are truly the best. I've tried a few of the less expensive brands and the quality is just trash. If you're not going to splurge on Beats or Bose, then I think these are the best you're going to get on the low end.

    Sound fine, feel terrible

I'm one of the people for whom EarPods are virtually useless. I've tried every orientation I can think of but they won't stay in, which is just as well as the hard shells feel very uncomfortable when they are in. I can't stand using them. Since they come with the device anyway, they are worth a try. Hopefully they will work for you.

    Awesome

These earbuds can withstand anything. I ran them over with my car and the freaking things still worked. They’ve also gone through the washer and still worked. Apple for the win.

    I like them.

I find the sound pretty good and I really like the remote. I have been using these for years and while they don't last forever, no headphones do. I would re-purchase.
