Find it really hard to stay in the ear while workout

When ever I workout and get sweat the powerbeats always lose sound and grab on my ears. Tried all the sizes and still get the same result... Very disappointed.

    Disappointed to sum it up.

As soon I I purchased these, set them up, charged and paired to my phone. Initial use was great. Great sound quality, over the ear hook was a plus, however, on day three it would not power up even after fully charged. Then when it did turn on, it would not pair with my device. Customer care kept trying to get me to do an update but they are brand new so I shouldn't have to do an update. Ended up returning the product and got my money back as it was not worth the hassle. Maybe the next generation will be better.

It`s garbage - DO NOT buy

Hi All, bought it in January 2017, worked for a month and stopped working. The shop changed it for me on Feb, and now again stopped working. Going a big fight with them, Finally nothing till now. For this much money does not worth AT ALL. Had to go with Monster or BOSE.

    Great music/poor quality

These are the third set of Beats that I've had. These are by far the best that I've had as far as sound goes. I like them over Bose I've had and even Harmon/Kardon headphone I've had. The construction however is poor I feel. This is my third set now that has fallen apart or has quit working on me.

    Best for workouts!

Once I figured out the right size ear bud to use and properly adjust/bend the ear hooks these things are fantastic!!!! Crazy easy paring Watch/Phone/Mac with W1. Great sound quality!. Take a beating, I sweat like hooker in church and these keep working flawless! Don't think, just get....

    Very disapointed

Bought these for deployment to Estonia.. charged great for one charge ... lasted me until I got here and then I haven't been able to charge since ... it's not like I can just up and leave here and return them to the shop I purchased them from ... and I have no one I can send them to in Germany to get them exchanged as the proof of purchase is locked away in my room on camp ... If I had seen all the bad reviews of people having similar issues I would never have bought them ... seems like I've just thrown away €152 ... NOT A GOOD IDEA TO BUY THESE

    Dont waste your money

I bought these recently and they have only been used, maybe 10 times. now they will not work at all. They will play a song or two and completely shut down. After this happens the white light blinks 3 times and they will not turn back on. I have tried to reset and fully charged them over night. still nothing. For 200+ they should work flawlessly. my $30 set from Amazon are still kicking for around 2 years now. I checked online and this is a common issue....save your money.

    Only lasts 13 months

Headphones died shortly after warranty. A lot of money to spend on something that stops working after a year.

    Disappointed

Purchased for bike riding and running. Great product for first 3 weeks, then stopped turning on. Wouldn't charge above ~50% but even with charge, the headphones were lifeless. Frustrated / disappointed

    Great repair servie

After the charging port on my powerbeats wireless stop working, I contacted Apple to see if I could use the warranty. People were super happy to help me and get my Beats returned to me asap. Very happy and impressed.

    Random Cut Off

I own the Powerbeats 3 and Beats X. My Beats X have already been replaced once for randomly cutting out. The Powerbeats 3 (which I bought to sweat and work out in) began cutting out on me during my workouts after 2 months of owning them. I sent them in to be repaired and was notified that they was nothing wrong with them. Since then, I have used them 3 additional times and they have cut out on me after about one hour of working out. When they cut out, I cannot reboot them or reset them. I have to carry my white cord Apple headphones for back up. I also have been wiping them off during my workouts hoping that this would prevent them from cutting out, but no luck with that. The reason I bought the Powerbeats 3 was so I can sweat in them but they do not appear to be sweat resistant or they are just a bad product. Too expensive to take the risk again. I won't be buying any other Beats products in the near future.

    Keep Your Receipt!

Well they're definitely the best available, which is why I'm on my second pair. My 1st pair of powerbeats2's only lasted 1 year as my workout headphones, before I began having connection issues, & they ultimately died on me in mid-run. With no receipt I would be charged to have them repaired, so I'm onto powerbeats3, where I'm already having similar issues. They won't power off unless I plug them back into my laptop, exactly how my last pair began to conk out. Are they sure these things are sweat resistant? Saved my receipt this time though.

    Overpriced, glorified, piece of cr@p

I have had two pairs of the bluetooth earphones and they both have failed me after less than 3 months. I loved the bluetooth factor and the good sound quality for the short time I had with them, but then they died. Refused to charge correctly, would not connect with my phone (like it had before), and left me without music at the gym. This product is unreliable and I will never be purchasing beats products again. Everyone would be better off buying $30 bluetooth headphones from Best Buy.

    Moderate

OPINION: I do not think I would buy another pear of Beats again. Very unsatisfying product. The product is not worth your money. SAVE YOUR money. HISTORY: I bought a Power Beat 2 which I got it fixed 4 to 5 time I am unsure how many times I got it fixed, too many broken events with that product. It lead to a new Power Beat 3, but I still find the product unsatisfying because I found the issues were very similar to the 2 that I had before. POWERBEAT 3: I have a three now and it is a little better which I will give it a 2 star. CUSTOMER SERIVCE: Customer Service is great (4.5 Star) BATTERY: The life of the power beat 3 is okay. I don't know how long it is supposed to last, but I do not find it amazingly long lasting at all. Used it two days in a row for like 4 hours then third day it died completely, until charged.

Good at first but won't last.

These headphones work so well...when they are working. Eventually, as I have learned the battery will fail you and no matter how many times you reset it or try to upgrade your software, it will never work again. If you want to get them fixed it will cost you at least 75 dollars for a "service fee". Though I was pleased at first and I understand over time the battery may go bad but there is still no excuse for not standing behind your product. I can't believe these can work so well for months then all of the sudden with no damage occurring to them the battery just goes out and the company tells me essentially that is just part of it. I will not purchase anymore beats headphones in the future.

    Unreliable...

Bought these 8 months ago...first pair stopped working, sent them back and got replaced with a new pair. The new pair I have now had for about 1.5 months and now it won't charge...will have to send this second pair back. Very unreliable...I now carry an old pair of Skull Candy wired in my gym bag for when the Beats inevitably fail. Beats is no longer a viable product.

    Disappointed

The sound quality is poor. The battery life is abysmal. If I don't use them for more than a day, the batteries drain to zero. Likewise, I have to charge after every use. They've been like that since I frist got them. But, the worst part for me, because I bought them for use at the gym, is that the shape of the earphones make a good fit difficult. This is independent of the earbuds. They have a large bulbous part that prevents them from going very deep into the ear canal which prevents using effective noise isolating earbuds.
