    Great... WHEN it works

    Read some other reviews with same problem. I'm on my 2nd set, but today it seems I might be experiencing the same issues as the last one. I've had them plugged in to charge for 2 hours and still does not show fully charged. Last time this happened, the bluetooth connection constantly dropped for no reason and had to exchange after only 1 month. I've only had these just under 3 months.

    Worst product ever

    Bottom line - don't waste your money on these. I just got my headphones back from being repaired. They started to shut off at 72% and had to be recharged. I just picked them up last week from the store after sending them in for repair and they literally don't charge anymore. If I could get my money back I would. Won't sell them to anyone as any further repairs would be futile.

    Battery dies

    Great sound and love the way it connects to the iPhone but after a couple of months it just turned off and has refused to turn back on. So annoying as I am now without headphones that I know are comfortable for the London marathon. I will be asking for a refund.

    Great Sound But Dies

    The Powerbeats 3 Wireless have amazing sound, but this is the second pair that just stop working. Ran with them yesterday and had a great workout. Tried to use them today and nothing. They won't even respond to the charger. Talk to Apple about the first pair and went through troubleshooting, and they sent me a new pair. Now I guess I will be getting pair number. This is disappointing. These are expensive headphones and should not stop working after 3 weeks. I bought the first pair in December and it is only April and I am moving on to the third pair. I don't know if I would recommend these to anyone for the price.

    Great sound BUT won't pair or turn off!

    I have had two pairs of these earbuds now and I love love love the sound and the feel of them BUT for some reason when I turn them on sometimes they randomly don't pair and won't turn off! I have tried to reset them and nothing works, all I get is the solid white light. I'm really upset about how much I paid for them and they don't even work right. Apple really needs to fix this problem...

    They last 13 months only

    They worked great until a month ago, the left ear piece broke in half. Of course out of manufacture warranty apple won't replace or fix them unless you want to pay $99. The apple employee told me he has seen similar problems with this style. Buy them if you're planning on use them 1 yr only

    Not worth the money

    hardly stayed in my ears when working out, quality is okay could get better for cheaper. isnt designed to fit every ear type and stay in when very active. not worth the money at all. can be very annoying when placing it back in its cheap lil plastic case holder. dont buy

    Not sweat resistant, even from a girl

    I was excited to get these as a birthday gift to go with my new iPhone 7. Was looking forward to having my first pair of wireless ear buds. These were very disappointing!!! The first week I used them for cardio they shut off in middle of my run (only a few miles, nothing crazy). I am now on my 3rd pair and yet again this morning they shut off 30 mins into a run... these are clearly not sweat resistant for cardio use - even from a girl!

    insultingly low quality

    So after the gym, i went home and my music was suddenly becoming softer. I tried to increase the volume button using the buttons on this things and it didnt work. As an IT guy, i was testing if it was just buggy or other things devices do. Nope. It was faulty already in less than a month. I dont even sweat more than the average gym guy. So, dude. Seriously? 1st pair of beats and this is what I experience. And there are a lot of us apparently experiencing this.

    Piece of junk

    i had these for 3 months and now they won't turn on even though i've charged it for hours. i have tried the recommended resetting and they still don't work. if i'm paying $200 for this, no thanks

    Brilliant sound, connection and battery

    I bought these to replace a wired pair of Bang & Olufsen earphones (which are fantastic) but the powerbeats3 are better in every way, they fit better, they sound better and for gym, running and cycling use they are way better. The wireless connection is brilliant - you can literally be in another room from your phone and the battery life is holding up as expected. The sound is great and as you would expect with beats the bass is spot on but it's not at the expense of the rest of the sound spectrum in my opinion. You get 4 ear bud options so most people should get a great fit in your ear and you can tighten the cable around the back of your head/neck if you feel the need - Great product !

    Looks Amazing and the best Quality earphones on the Market!

    ive had problems with my beats about charging and supported apple support for my problem... they sent me a box to send my beats in for repair or replacement. Amazing work to apple support for hooking me up with new pair of beats (i had warranty tho), Very pleased with the service!

    Do not purchase (Battery Issues!!!)

    I have had these replaced 3 different times through Apple Warranty. Each time due to battery issues and the headphones not being able to recharge. Buyer beware! Waste of money. I do not recommend purchasing these. I am no longer a Beats Customer due to these repeated issues and poor warranty service on flawed replacements time after time.

    Volume controls not working any more

    After only 1 month of usage the volume controls are not working any more. Seems to be a common problem of this product (you find a lot of complaints in the Internet). Very annoying....

    They are wonderful and have impecable battery life

    i bought these 3 months ago and i have too say i am enjoying every minute of it i read all the reviews before purchasing it with must complaining about the fit and comfortability..... i have to say that has never been an issue for me , connectivity when paired with my iPhone and mac is seamless and even when you are a slight distance away from your from your device the sound quality doesn't suffer. would recommend. its best to cross check the device you're purchasing because some stores sell the PB2 as the PB3 and misrepresent

    Power to the Beats

    Having toyed between Apple's AirPods and the Powerbeats 3 (Shock Yellow) I opted for Powerbeats 3 and I have to say I'm not disappointed.

    The Shock Yellow complements my Nike + Apple Watch (Volt) and set up was ridiculously easy; in fact I couldn't get over how seamless the process was.

    It's finally great to have some wireless headphones that don't compromise on audio quality; I've owned third party Bluetooth earphones before and whilst it's great to have something light and portable playback has been woeful sometimes.

    Not so with Powerbeats. The fact I can switch between my qualifying iDevices is also a bonus meaning I can change the audio source at the drop of a hat.

    Don't Stand Up to Sweat

    I bought the Powerbeats3 in Nov 2016 and now have a second pair failing on me after just 3 1/2 months. The first pair just turned off one day in the middle of a workout in January and became COMPLETELY unresponsive no matter what you did. Apple support was very helpful and replaced that pair with another though the process does take several days which is frustrating because you're without workout headphones during that time. Now my second pair is failing- they start out fine during a workout but part way through they start randomly turning the volume up and down, pausing or skipping songs, activating Siri, etc. all on their own. Both malfunctions are clearly the result of sweat intrusion which is unacceptable for a pair of headphones Apple advertises as being made for working out.
    If Apple can't make workout headphones that actually stand up to sweat it really makes you wonder how good/reliable their water resistant efforts are for other, WAY more expensive products like the Apple Watch 2 and the new iPhones.
    Other than the extremely poor reliability I LOVE these headphones. They are comfortable. They sound great. The W2 chip is amazing and makes pairing and transitioning between devices seamless. It is simply all let down by the poor quality.

    Pretty good, but overpriced.

    Flawless connection with the W1 chip. No skipping or pauses that plague the Jaybird X3.
    Great for an active lifestyle, but these are by no means audiophile headphones. With that said, I feel that they are pretty overpriced. While they are bass heavy, I feel that they could sound a lot better for 200 bucks. It would be nice if they also included Comply foam tips to provide an even better fit and to completely block outside sound.
    If you're interested in buying these, I would shop around. You can find them for cheaper than the 200 dollar price tag.

    Perfect for workouts!

    The integrated ear clip along with multiple size tips make these block out the world when working out. All I hear is the music at whatever volume I choose. I had a little trouble with the wire placement and sizing but once I figured that out everything has been great. I went up on the size of the ear tips because I was having some comfort issues after extended wear during non-workout use, all is better now.

    Sound-wise, they sound amazing, the bass hits on some of my favorite songs makes me think there's sub-woofer nearby cranking the bass. It's not bass heavy, in my opinion, though. It sounds about right from where I would setup a home theater system or even car audio.

    The effortless connection with the W1 chip is fantastic. I do wish they used a lightning port to charge as opposed to micro USB, but I do have some of those handy, just not as ubiquitous as my lightning cable collection has become. Also the 12 hour battery life will eventually come in handy but for right now I have not had the opportunity test that too much.

    TL;DR Great fit options, excellent sound when sealed properly, I wish it used the lightning cable for charging. Overall these are great headphones.
