    Great design but rubbish specs

    • Written by Oliver F from Douglas

Great design, but they're made of plastic, use Micro USB, not USB C or even Lightning, the sound quality is ok, worth £50 not £320, Sony and Bose have much better sound quality, these have the least active noise cancellation volume and quality in the industry. But of course we all buy this for the great design, they have very slow speed and unreliable W1 pairing, sometimes they won't even connect via bluetooth until I restart them a few times, every time I connect I have to switch from their microphone to my MacBook's one for less noise cancelling fuzzy interference like noise, I would get the Surface Headphones because they are aluminium, have better sound quality, noise cancellation, they have two rings to change the volume of sounds and percentage noise cancellation, with a similar great design. The problem with Sony and Bose would be they don't look very nice, that's why I got Beats, I wouldn't get them again though, I'd go with the Surface headphones but they don't pair with Xbox by the way if you have one, don't consider that a factor.

Worst heaphones ANC headphones ever do not waste your money!

    • Written by Daire M from Enniskillen

The ANC is inferior compared to other headphones like the Bose QC 35 v2's and the sound is dreadful I pair of 1 pound headphones would have better sound.

    Not Fit for Purpose

    • Written by Ben O from Colchester

Prince might as well whisper Purple Rain in my ear. These headphones were purchased for sound quality and impact over the wireless earbuds. In actual fact, the wireless earbuds offer a better sound impact. What you are paying for here I do not know. The only positive was that when I wore these it did seem to separate me from the external noise around me, but these headphones did not deliver the beats.

PAINFULLY UNCOMFORTABLE DONT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME

    • Written by Wesley R from Hornchurch

Painfully uncomfortable headphones seriously don’t waste you time or money no point in having a fancy W1 chip and great styling and colours if you can’t even keep them on your head for more than 10 mins without being in agony so uncomfortable it’s unreal I cannot believe these have been released being this uncomfortable ear ups are way to small for your ears to fit inside also the clamping force is way way to strong and to top all that off there’s no voice prompts which is a total joke at this price point
Also no usb type c or lighting connection there still using micro usb I mean really come on now 2017 micro usb it’s laughable
And finally the sound is average at best no way worth £299 there flat sounding there’s no real punch and clarity is definitely not a strong point of these headphones again at £299 totally not worth it
I genuinely suggest you look elsewhere!
PAINFULLY UNCOMFORTABLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I really wanted to like these

    • Written by laci a S from coeur dalene

They seem great, controls are cool, the gold is gorgeous. They're really uncomfortable, they don't fit all the way over your ears, they don't cancel any noise, they have a high pitched tone in the left ear when music isn't playing, and the case is trash. I'm sad to return these as I have to find a better pair.
