    Quality Sound

    No doubt with the sound quality. I bought a wireless solo and works perfectly. I recently bought a wired Urbeats 3 but does not include CARRYING POUCH ;( which plays an essential role in taking good care of my beats.

    Right Earbud not functioning

    Bought my grey Beatsx from an official Apple retail store in April this year. Handled it with care for approximately 6 months but finally in October, the right earbud stopped working. Hope to receive some professional Apple support on this issue. Thanks.

    Missing a Beat

    I’ve been eagerly awaiting these headphones when they first announced them back in 2016, and managed to grab my first pair Feb 2017. I’ve own these headphones for nearly two years and they were my everyday headphones. I’ve worn these commuting, working out, working at my job and so on. These became my fashion accessory and I love these head phones. The convenience of these headphones was exactly what I needed for my lifestyle. Always around my neck, freeing up more space in my pockets. Can be hidden in plain sight with its low profile and the Fast Fuel technology was something I really loved, if I need a quick charge.

    Now that I’ve had these headphones for nearly two years, it shows it’s wear and tear cosmetics of its active use. The cords have quickly lost its form, the seam between the silicone and plastic is exposing the wires. The button is worn to wear you can’t feel the button actually being pressed. Lastly, what has killed the the BeatsX in its final hour was the battery/connectivity issue. I did my best to reboot it and I took it to the Apple store and they gave me a quote of $75 for a new replacement. Which isn’t too bad, considering the warranty for my headphones is expired and they were willing to replace them. However, I’m looking for a headphone that is willing to last a lot longer than I hope.

    So I will be moving on from this product and jumping into the AirPods. There’s no question that these headphones were exceptional and I would say the best bang for you buck. A little hiccup but still by far my favorite headphones to date.

    Ear Wings

    Headphones work well but ear wings are cheap and break easily. Was very disappointed to hear I have to pay for such a small replacement part

    Stopped working

    I was so excited to finally find some ear buds that were comfortable and wireless. These worked great for about six months then they just stopped working. I pair them with my phone but as soon as I try and move them (like put them on) the bluetooth connection is lost they start flashing white then red. I've tried everything but can't get them to work.It's almost like there is a short in them.

    i know that beats is one the best brands offering high material and sound quality, but i am surprised with the negative reviews, well after buying fake product through Amazon, i tested and returned it (bad sound and mice quality), i realized that most of people buy fake product then complain about. In spite of everything happend to me, i bought BeatsX from a reliable retail store again, it is amazing, there no better than that BASS sound, just use the best eartip that fit your ear and enjoy. any war you can check if your beats are real or fake by connecting to pc then go to update firmware on beats.com

    Defective

    I ordered beatsx online.i received the product nicely packed all original.i was quite happy and excited. I also checked it’s authenticity by registering it on beats website it was all OK. After taking the earphones out I pressed the power button but nothing happened.I thought it’s battery must be dead So I put it on charge for one hour straight. I got frustrated because after charging it didn’t worked either.i can see the white/bluish light going on while it’s on charging but the power button is just doing nothing. It’s very sad to see this big brand products selling defective earphones.this is really really disappointing. This will my First and the last beats product.im hoping the seller will replace or refund my hard earned money. Do not recommend beatsx.

    Huge Disappointment

    I am quite dissatisfied with this product. I had the wireless beats for about 5 years and the noise was excellent. When they wore out I thought that these would be just as good. Not the case. They are constantly slipping out of my ears and the sound isn't the best quality. If I could return these, I would.

    Worth the purchase

    Waiting to see how these headphones will be once I’ve owned them for a year. Purchased them in September and they’re excellent. Sound quality: 7.8/10, Pairing with iPhone: 9/10, Pairing with MacBook 6.2/10 (not as effortless as once you’ve paired with your iPhone before, one has to open up Bluetooth tab to select headsets to use them or interchange between devices e.g. from IPhone to MacBook and Mircophone: 6/10 (callers on the receiving end can hear wind and sounds in whatever environment you’re in. They’re cozy to wear and blend in with whatever outfit you wear as well.

    Terrible

    Long time beats customer and expect much better. Same great sound quality as expected from beats, but the heavy, long awkward cord is worse than just buying corded headphones for less money and saving the imconvenience of charging. Did beats not product test these - worst wireless headphone design I’ve ever tried.

    just went through my second pair of beatsx, the first ones lasted about 7 months when i got a battery problem, then when i got the second pair that were brand new they wouldn't even turn on, the light would turn on when i connected them to the power but then they wouldn't turn on when disconnected from power. I've talked to some people that have beatsx that went through the same thing and there is so many articles and videos about this problem so my guess is that there is a manufacturer's defect. i love the design and the sound that's why i went through two of them instead of buying the airpods or something different but what good is that if they dont even work. So if you're getting the beatsx just know that they might not even work or they will last you just a couple of months.

    Average sound quality. Continuous hassle

    Sound quality seems to erode over time. I've had mine less than a year and already had to send them back to Apple twice for repairs because they wouldn't turn on. Here I am, just after the life of the warranty, and now, for the third time, they won't turn on. Junk. Ripoff.

    Worst Product I have ever Purchased in my life

    I had purchased my BeatsX earphones on the 31st May 2018. The earphones have stopped working 4 times within the span of 5 Months. This is the worst product I’ve ever used in my entire life. Apple needs to accept their failure regarding this product as many people around the world are having the same issue. The service is another worst thing, I agree you guys replace the product but if this happens with you 4 times then you just do not want to use that product anymore and for that there is no other policy made by apple to keep their customers satisfied. You guys portray in your keynotes that there is a 98% customer satisfaction from you but if you want to close that gap of 2% for complete customer satisfaction then you need to alter your policies so that customers like me are also satisfied.

    I love these earbuds, the quick charging and long battery life is great. Even though they aren't advertised as sweat proof i use them for basketball and they have held up great. Great sound quality, my only complaint is the wire is a little too long but it can be placed in such a way as it looks good.

    Bad product

    Had to get a replacement/repair 3 times from apple care for the earphones. 4th time worked longer but spoilt again and warranty expired so could not get a repair again. Would not recommend buying it.

    Bad wiring

    They seam great quality and the sound is good but I’ve hed mine for about 5 months and the wire inside going from the battery to the headphones has broken. You can tell this because when you plug them in the light refuses to light up but when you push the cord together in one place it’ll come to life. If I spend a little over 100 on headphone I want them to last for as long as I own them......

    After 3rd pair I give up

    Bought them in April, 2018. They were replaced under warranty in July and September. They have failed again now, at the end of October. They start blinking white and red and might connect for a few seconds but then disconnect. Something is clearly wrong with the design. I can see I'm not alone with this problem. Also, it's nearly impossible to read the serial number - in black on my gray pair - so I'm not going to bother getting a 4th pair. It takes up to a week and it's a hassle. When they work I'm happy with them. But I bought them to use them, not to keep sending them back. Buyer beware! I'm all Apple - iPod, iPhone, iMac, MacBook. But these are awful. Apple should stop selling them.
