    Ever since I got the Beats x I have been listening to music. I love these things I used to hate Beats but now after trying them on they have incredible sound and look incredible. My only complaint is that the carrying case is flimsy and small. Overall these are a great buy.

    Mine just broke out of the warranty period. This should be grounds for a class action law suit. I've had 3 die on me, each time after about a year and a half. so many others say the same here. I regret not buying them in australia, consumer law would have fixed it.

    2 different pairs stopped working after 7-8 months

    I brought a pair back in 2017, after 8 months they suddendly stop working, everytime I tried to turn'em on they just blinked 3 times white, so they basically stopped working. Went to the store where I purchased'em and got a new pair. Now again after 7 months the same happened and now they are outside the warranty period, so im gettin charged to get THE SAME PRODUCT for like 90% the price.
    DONT GET THESE.

    Great earbuds

    Syncs as seamlessly as AirPods, but I can't wear AirPods because they are too big to fit in my ears. The swappable tips on BeatsX make them small enough to fit and snug enough to stay put. Sound isolation works almost as well as Bose QC 35 w/ ANC.

    Only complaint is that the connecting wire (which is where the buttons and battery are) is a little heavy which can make them bounce around too much while running. 5 stars when they fix this, either by making the battery much smaller and lighter, or (better yet) by making these truly wireless.

    A piece of dodo product.

    Everything is good. The only bad thing about this product after using it for 2-5 months it breaks down. Doesn’t charge and light turns into white pinkish color. If you pay a product this expensive but the materials inside is not a good quality product then this is a piece of Dodo.

    unreliable

    I bought a grey pair of these and thought they were great until a few months later they suddenly wouldn't turn on. I tried reconnecting and resetting but didn't work. I gave up and bought a second pair this time in white and the same thing happened after just a few months! The red light shows when its charging but wont turn on at all! I haven't yet been to apple but as I didn't buy them direct I am guessing they wont do much to help! Do not purchase!!

    Worst product and service!!!

    It only keeps 4 hours of battery...8 hours is a myth. Return it back to apple store and give it back to me without fixing anything or changing it.
    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    Defective

    The headphone have broke on me on three separate occasions. They blink red and white and the latest time it blinked pink even when they were plugged in. Every time gotten replacement but they keep on breaking.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    I would urge anyone considering these headphones to not waste their time or money.

    I purchased a black pair in August 2017 - 10 months later they died - red and white flashing light.

    Apple replaced them but said the warranty is not renewed - it is valid from the date of the original purchase. Despite me protesting that this can't be fair considering the first ones were faulty, they said its apple policy

    Fast forward 7 months to today and surprise surprise the replacement headphones have now died - permanent pink light!

    I never write reviews but feel compelled to so to warn others to not wast £130 as I have because Apple do not give two hoots about you despite charging you a premium for a shoddy product.

    Unreliable headphones

    Got a pair of BeatsX that died almost immediately. Got them replaced for free and four months later they died again. Wouldn't turn on, wouldn't even blink. When I chatted with an Apple representative they told me that replacement devices have a 90-day warranty, but I could buy a new pair if I'd like. Ha. Buy these if you only need some headphones for a couple of weeks these might last.
    If you want a pair of reliable headphones you're better off going with Skullcandy or some other much cheaper brand.

    Terrible for workouts

    Great to just listen to music if you dont move. Bought these to replace a pair of wired buds I use at the gym, at first thought these were great, fit, feel, sound. And then I went for a jog, no go buds kept pulling out, same issue when using bench or incline. I think the cord is just to heavy and is pulling on the buds when its not resting on the neck. Didnt want to buy the bulky headphones but looks like that might have been the better option. Now these will probably sit in my bag and il move back to the wired buds. Thats how annoying these can be during a workout.

    Amazing

    I've had these earbuds for a few months now, although they are not black or silver, I got the blue ones. These earbuds have been through everything, I've dropped them, thrown them, bent them, squeezed them, stabbed them, sweat in them, and even put them through the washer and they still work as if I just got them out of the box. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking to buy a pair, I got mine from Best Buy though, I don't know if that will affect anything.

    I was so excited because I have had Beats earbuds int he past, though not wireless. These are seriously the worst pair of ear buds I have ever bought. The don't compare to Bose. ZERO base and extremely uncomfortable to wear. AWFUL.

    Horrible Quality Wingtips Ruin the Experience

    I've purchased a pair of these back in November 2017 and have had to replace the wingtips that hold them in your ear just about every 6 months (February 2018, July 2018, and now again in February 2019). I am not crushing, yanking on, or otherwise damaging them in any way.

    Apple charges $9.80 for each replacement set and you can't request just the size you need so you end up paying for the whole set.

    Sound quality is great so I'm disappointed that for a $150 product I've now had to spend $30 more just to use them regularly. When I contacted support today they told me to buy third party wingtips. Thanks, Apple.

    Left ear lost sound 2 months after the warranty expired

    Suddenly stopped working

    Great earbuds which I loved....until they suddenly stopped working. They were working great until one day they stopped turning on. Very disappointed. Was about to purchase a pair as a gift but am now thinking it is not worth the price as mine died just after a year (right after my 1 year warrenty expired of course...). For this price they should last more than a year!!!

    Horrible Quality

    These headphones look very cool and sound quite nice but have terrible build quality. My first ones broke after a few weeks and the replacement pair were broken straight out of the box. Would not recommend these headphones!

    The most neutral Beats out there

    Great Beats audio, without too much of the oversaturated bass. Have almost completely stopped using my Beats Pro's since I got this. Cut one star because of poor call quality. Works and pairs great with my Android phone (OnePlus 6), my iPad and my Mac.
