    Love the look BUT

    • Written by Stacey R from St. Johns

The fact that the band can slip all the way out of the connector worries me. I am a first generation stainless steel with Milanese Loop Apple Watch owner. I just upgraded to the Apple Watch 4 and this is my one complaint and concern. I wish they would have kept the band the same.

    2 major flaws

    • Written by Steven D from Fort Wayne

I ordered this a couple of weeks ago, and while it's a great looking band, have 2 complaints about this very expensive piece of equipment:

    1. The magnet either doesn't hold well at all, or it holds too well; it's strong enough to constantly engage when you're trying to disengage it (like when you try to take it off), and too weak to keep it tight to your arm. The band always loosens up during normal wear and I find myself having to readjust it to tighten it back up at least once an hour; if i'm moving my arm around a lot, it's every couple of minutes until I get sick of it, and then pull the watch off my arm.

    2. The band pulls out hair. Period. Unless you don't have any hair on your arm, it WILL pull out hair. A lot.

As is nearly always the case, Apple once again sacrifices function over form.

Great Band. So easy to get on and off and adjust.

    • Written by Jay F from Brooklyn

I had the SB SS Apple Watch Series 4 and switched to the silver with the silver ML. As with the SB, it is so easy to find your optimal adjustment. Fully extended, I can easily get the band on and off without having to fully remove the band from the lug. Since the latest version of the band, can fully pass through the loop lug, some have worried the watch can fall off during wearing. The magnet seems strong, so I don’t think so. IMHO, the fact that the band can fully pass through the lug is an advantage. It makes it easy to clean the band without having to completely remove it from the watch. It is too early to tell if the band will scratch to sapphire crystal, but so far it seems ok. By comparison, the band feels more subtle than the SB. I have no idea why. For those who find some types of bands present challenges for easily putting your watch on or taking it off, I recommend you consider the ML from Apple. Also it is a recommendation if you allergic to leather or synthetic bands.

    Band not secured to watch

    • Written by Ralph L from Valrico

Warning... if the magnet that holds the band in place becomes unconnected to the band it can totally slip through the connection on the watch and the watch will fall off. THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW. The simple fix would be to make the magnet portion thicker so it won’t slip through the connection on the watch. BE VERY CAREFULL... YOU CAN EASILY LOOSE YOUR WATCH!

    Poor magnet

    • Written by Joshua R from Spring city

Love the band but the magnet loses its strength over time. It won’t stay tight on my arm anymore and just had it 8 months. Definitely not worth the price. And can’t find any warranty info.

    Paid for QUALITY

    • Written by Dean A from Jacksonville

The Milanese Loop is overall a great band. It looks and feels wonderful. It is on the steep side on price but you are paying for quality. I have tried two other third party bands similar to this and had returned them both. Third party bands tend to be loose at the connection site to the watch itself. It can pull hair off, but the others did too. It may get loose after a lenghty period of time throughout the day, but the magnet has yet to come apart completely. It also will basically stay in place. There is virtually no side to side flex in the band. It’s not completely solid but it feels fine. If by some chance you can buy it new and cheaper than the original price, I say go for it.

    Quality material, one major flaw

    • Written by Steve H from Seattle

As expected from Apple, this band is of the highest quality and it feels nice to the touch. The magnet is also very strong and I've had no issues keeping it on through a variety of activities.

The flaw.... it constantly pulls out my arm hair and is VERY uncomfortable to wear. I'm not a very hairy person, but it's enough to make the band unwearable for me. I'll be returning.
