    disappointing

    Sound quality and fit/comfort are very good. However, there are some significant shortcomings that have forced me to abandon these after just a few weeks. 1) the battery life is significantly shorter than the standard Powerbeats and is also annoyingly unpredictable. After a full night of charging I sometimes only get an hour or two of listing time before the battery goes. 2) at least once per day one of the headphones loses its connection and needs to be reset. .... these two problems lead to a 3rd problem ... 3) charging and resetting require you to have the case with you ... out for a run ? left earphone stops working and needs to be reset ? you are out of luck unless you have the bulky hard case in your back pocket. Overall, a really poor user experience that I would not normally associate with Apple products.

    Do Not Bother.

    The only thing I can say good about these is the battery life which is about 8 hours of constant use before charging with the case. They do not seal in the ear and actually hurt after about of an hour of war due to the ball that sits in the ear that also prevents it proving good sound isolation. The connectivity is ok but the range is not as good as my other true wireless headphones. These will be the last pair of Beats I will buy until they get ride of that annoying ball at the base of the head phones. I had the same problem with the Power Beats 3's

    6 weeks in - already faulty

    Started impressed, comfortable fit well suited to workouts. However, within 6 weeks the headphones are faulty.

    There are two faults:

    1) The left earphone fails to turn on ~75% of the time (have to dock and un-dock multiple times). I cannot tell if this is a faulty connector on either the headphone or the case.

    2) The microphone is broken; callers on the other end of the line complain of constant static on the end of the line (I can hear them fine).

    I would not recommend these headphones.

    Connectivity and battery are Flaky.

    I have had Powerbeats Pro for couple of weeks. It was good at the beginning but the connectivuty to the phone and hoe long battery last are very flaky.
    Poor quality for expensive earphone :(

    Uncomfortable and sounds quality is lacking

    I picked up a pair of these ear buds and spent a week playing with fitting and hoping they would somehow sound better and no joy. I tried all the ear bud fittings and none of them offered comfort or audio quality to equal a $249 price tag. I did a comparison with the Bose SoundSport Free ear buds and the Bose win hands down, much more natural audio, amazingly better low end and the fit and weight was perfect and I forgot they were in my ears. I cannot recommend the PowerBeats Pro, maybe if they $99 but not for $249 - No Way! The Bose are $199 and well worth it. Beats are overrated!

    Battery drain if out of case

    Apple told PBP has 9 hour battery life. But if you keep it out of case when don't use, battery will drain. 70% in the morning, are at about 15% by afternoon.

    Extremely Discomforting For my ears

    IF YOUR GOING TO READ THIS READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. I bought these a month ago and waited a very long 4 weeks for them to be delivered, only to be extremely disappointed with the outcome. The sound quality is just a pure and clear as the PowerBeats Wireless 3, high bass and high trebles. No problem with the sound quality whatsoever. However, the comfort is nowhere near the same. Putting these in at first felt very convincing, but after about 10 minutes of wearing them, I began to feel like something was prying my ear open. I gave them a week trying out different earbud sizes, positioning the earpiece different, and still the same result every time. I used these for working out, walking around the house, or simply just laying down, and at all positions I was still getting the same ear pain. I even tried wearing these without my glasses for an hour for 3 days, and still nothing. Went back to my old Powerbeats wireless 3 (thank god I still kept them), and wore them and instantly felt a relief of pain from wearing them. Will be returning and getting my money back, very disappointed.

    Back to the drawing board with these

    These headphones have one purpose in my opinion. To hang on your ear securely. Clap, clap, clap for the innovation there :-/. Outside of that, I have nothing really good to say about these. Sound clarity is a bit better than Airpods but the bass is trash. Sound is definitely not worth the additional $100 in cost. I like the fact that they are black vs the white Airpods that end up looking disgusting to me. Battery life is awesome, but I also don't like the humongous charger case, so a much better battery life is needed to avoid carrying that brick around. There are also connectivity issues left and right. One ear won't work, sound drops from one then the other, answers calls but no sound, drops whatever I am playing at times even when the phone is in my lap (Iphone with no prior issues), so on and so forth. Bad product at price point. They act like $100 headphones. Left a lot to be desired. Returning them

    Worked great.... For about 2 months!

    It saddens me to write this but Apple has done nothing to fix the issue of intermittent connection issues and charging problems, My left ear piece would constantly lose connection but my right would continue to work. I would completed disconnect the Pros, and reconnect them, and even had my phone forget the device. Would work for about 10 minutes and then it happens again. Now my ear piece has intermittent charging issues. Sometimes it is recognized and charges, most of the time it doesn’t. When it does, it’ll charge up to 100% then about 30 minutes later I get the low battery ding. I’ve dreamed about these headphone and have these issues which is upsetting. Apple please address the charging and connection issues. The cost of these make it unacceptable!

    Needs improvement

    I was waiting for powerbeats pro from long time, but I am disappointed because the feature Live Listen is not working as expected.
    It needs sound amplification to use it as stand by hearing aid with Live Listen feature.
    Sound quality and Bass is not great, we can the better quality true wireless bt in the market in less than $100.
    Spending S$328 is simply waste for the quality and features.
    The only good thing is IOS integration and quick connectivity.

    THEY STOP WORKING

    Purchased online from T-Mobile. Sound quality is 7/10 and fitting is 7/10, features are great.
    After 3 months now I have a big problem, the Powerbeats pro will not turn on. Hopefully, I get new Powerbeats Pro or get a refund.
    All things have good and bad things so I will keep buying Apple products.

    Good sound // terrible connectivity

    Great sound and stay firmly in place while running... but..
    Terrible connectivity.. sometimes they will not connect, sometimes only one connects, sometimes they connect and then fail after 1 hour outside... basically completely unreliable and frustrating. Took to genius bar- very helpful spent an hour resetting my watch - they worked OK for a couple of days then back to the prior issues. Went back to Genius Bar spent another hour and ultimately they decided best to return- they could not figure out the erratic behavior.

    The Sound Quality is Abominable!!!! PowerLESS Beats.

    I enjoyed my Apple wireless AirPods, but when I saw that Apple was hooked up with Dre Beats, I thought it couldn't get any better. $260 later, and the first time I listened to the PowerLESSbeats, they sounded so tinny that they actually HURT my ears! I switched back and forth on the same tracks with the AirPods and PowerLESSbeats, and there is absolutely NO doubt that the AirPods have far superior sound quality. I'm sending these tin cans from Dre back as soon as possible. they better refund my money. Worst headphones I have ever used! Don't buy these unless you just absolutely need something to stay in your ear.

    Personally, I'd rather Crazy Glue my AirPods to my ears than have to suffer through another song on these PowerLESSBeats.

    Not worth $250

    I got these for running as my airpods wont stay in my ears. The very first thing i noticed is they are very comfortable. The second I turned them on all my music I was playing sounded completely flat, no bass at all. The headphones don’t get very loud and to get any kind of full sound I had to turn my Bass booster on in my iPhone settings. My Motorola hds11 from 2013 was way better than these and were only $70. Apple needs to fix there products for this amazing sound they promise or reword the products page.

    Great but with one fatal flaw

    Just upgraded from the Powerbeats 3. Had them for two years and they finally died presumably due to sweat. The Powerbeats Pro were really attractive because of their IPX4 sweat rating. The Powerbeats Pros are superior to the Powerbeats 3 in every way except one: my main workout is running it's nearly impossible to skip forward or backward in Music when running fast. You have to take one out of your ear and do it that way (or use your phone, which is a hassle). Most people probably won't care about this issue but if you sprint like I do be prepared to not be able to control your music from the Pros.

    Not comfortable for long term use

    For the price point I expected these to float on my ears, the reality is I'm part of the Apple universe that all of their in ear products either don't stay in or are beyond uncomfortable. If the normal ear buds or air pods don't work for you either will these. Save your time and your money and find something else.

    Do not buy these! $249 and the sound is awful. With the battery dying on my earbuds, I waited for these and ended up with a huge disappointment. Tried all the EQ and balance settings, etc. and nothing but a cheap sounds. How could Apple put their name on this? Wait for the next generation earbuds or check out Bose. What's going on at Apple?

    Woeful connection issues

    Sadly it’s either my earbuds is faulty or this device has a really bad connection issues. It doesn’t matter whether I paired it to my Apple Watch or iPhone, the connection of the earbuds just drops in an open gym. It’s even worst when I’m at home and when I leave the my phone on the living room and use the earbuds on my room.

    I’ll return this to Apple and see if it’s a one off issue.

    Super disappointing

    I was so excited to try these out at the store. The sound was too low in the demo. But I thought maybe I need to buy my own and try them a bit. Well, I was wrong. So brought these in to work for their opinion. I was not alone. They all commented how disappointing they were. "They sounded tinny" and "very weak volume". "Does it come with equalizer?" I mean for over $250, these should be better quality. They sync nice and quick. fit reasonably comfortable but the sound is utter garbage. I will try exchanging them, in case they are defective ones but I highly doubt it. So far, these has NOT been a good experience. Sadly.
